I am a remote home owner that owns a house for my kids to live in while going to MSU. A recent storm caused damage to the electrical mast on the house. I picked Elite from a google search to do the repair. Randy (owner) was very responsive. Communicated well through the entire repair process to me and my kids. They completed the job quickly and effectively. Randy and his company, Elite Electrical, can be trusted to do the repair without you having to be there. I recommend them and will use them for any electrical needs I have in the Lansing area in the future.

Randy & his team were great to work with; I highly recommend! With my custom new construction, Randy took the time to customize my electrical from corner to corner of my home to best suit my needs, allowing for growth in coming years, as well as helping me stay within an allotted budget. He was very intuitive as to what I was needing as far as guidance, while still allowing me to be creative, but also made great suggestions, as well as providing honest feedback. With so many decisions to be made with electrical, his knowledge and honesty were a breath of fresh air. He was extremely responsive in clear communication and was more than willing to assist me, whenever needed. He was efficient in scheduling the job, based on other contractors timelines to finish their work. With all of the decisions to be made in building a home, I can honestly say with Randy’s guidance, he made the experience enjoyable and stress free.

I made an appointment through Yelp and nobody showed up. When I called, the owner said all appointments go through him, and he didn’t have any today. So I sent him a message with our conversation, and he said today “it’s a phone consultation”. I’m not sure, but I don’t need an electrician to give me a phone consult. Find someone else, someone reliable.

I was very pleased with my service. The electricians were very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable. They did everything as agreed on the day it was agreed upon. I usually don’t write reviews, but these guys deserve one. Without question, I would use them again.

Randy & his crew are fantastic! Not only do they do great work, but they are some of the most professional, honest, and friendly tradespeople Ive ever encountered. I had several new outlets installed and their work was solid. I also got a quote for a new breaker panel but they didnt believe that my current one needed replacing so I didnt have it done. Thats a big, expensive job, so how about that for honesty? Im not sure that Ive ever worked with anyone who cares more about customer service. Highly recommended!

Prompt, flexible, and easy to work with. Talked through the issue, got an estimate over the phone, exchanged a few additional texts with pictures to ensure the problem was appropriately identified. Estimate to completion was done within a matter of days. Electricians were friendly, polite, and professional. I plan on going to them with all of my future electrical needs.

Absolutely love these guys. Very professional and they came in under their original estimate. Even though they were very busy after the storm we had here, they got right out to at least check in with us and make sure things were safe. Kuddos to Elite and Randy.
