This is my new favourite liquor store. Great selection of scotch and bourbon. Friendly and helpful staff. Theyve got a lot of isles for wine and coolers for beer. By far the best variety I have seen in Michigan. Reminds me of Chicago stores. Great pricing and everything is visible from the counter. I didnt see any price gouging like you find in other stores, an Ode to better pricing!In any case, if you like whisk(e)y, definitely check this place out. My only complaint is the underwhelming sign on the road because Ive passed by this place 300 or more times and never saw it...I could have been into this greatness for a couple years if they had a better signage!

We are from out of town and needed to buy some liquor for a wedding party. My boyfriends grandma told us to go to Horrocks but we didnt find what we were looking for there. So we looked on google and saw that ABCs was only 4 miles away. I was very impressed with the amount of booze they carried.

Visiting from out of town and wanted to get some Michigan spirits to take back to Alaska for friends. We randomly stopped while driving by. Dont know the first thing about liquor, but the guys at ABC couldnt have been more helpful, or knowledgeable. They helped us choose, told us about the specifics of the distillers, and even helped us packing them for the flight home. Very impressed.

These are some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with at a Liquor store, especially in Lansing. Steve is the guy who always helps me and he is very professional and courteous; Just helps you get what you need and get you out happy. Good people and an awesome amount of Liquor. Usually a pretty good experience, but I saw a bottle on top of the cooler that I wanted to buy and had them get it down for me. It had a price tag on it, but I was told it wasnt for sale since it was from the owners personal collection. Why display beer with a price tag if you arent selling it? Seems fishy, like against the item pricing act...

One of my favorite beer/liquor stores in Lansing. As good of selection as anybody with slightly better/friendlier service than the other big stores. Theyll special order anything you want, beer, wine or liquor... They have as good a chance as anybody of getting it.

This is *the* liquor store for grownups in Lansing. I dont know much about the beer and wine, but the spirits selection is awesome, stacked in those huge shelves they need a cartoon ladder to climb, and—this is key—state minimum prices. In a state where I can justify a trip to Toledo for the sole purpose of buying my whiskey, I simply cannot afford to pay the upwards of 10% markup they apply at my former liquor store on the other side of town. Ill miss my old liquor store (I spent a lot of time in there over the years), but Im very excited for this new beginning. Real friendly people, sunny shop. You can bike most of the way there from downtown on the newly paved Michigan Ave.

Great selection, however they need to change their hours. Every time I try going at night (around 10 and 1030) theyre closed. Not sure why they continue to close early but they should change their hours if theyre going to do so. Its like playing cat and mouse.

My name is Caleb Wilson. Most anyone that has went to ABC party store knows me and has seen me working at the store usually with my black hat and taste in close. It breaks my heart to have to rite this post however I have to make this known. Ive never but 2 times in working there received my check on time, been denied my check stubs and told that money Ive worked hard for in that party store he doesnt owe me. I have been promised that when pay roll got fixed I would be payed in full for the 900 something dollars that was shorted from my checks. I have been been being charged taxes for money Im not receiving. Im sorry Ive never made a review in my life on line but it has to be known Im being told that I never worked there and am being denied my last check and all my pay stubs😔

Started out very positive about the store. Found them to be very helpful and thought the store itself was wonderful. Bought several bottles of wine and a couple other specialty drinks. Needed a keg for a family gathering and everything went smooth until time to pick up the keg. Sent two young men to pick it up for me and they said they got treated poorly right out gate. They took my deposit for the tap, however, didnt have a working one there. Sent them, with the keg in the back of my van, to the other store across town. Telling them its only 5 minute away, which is not true, plus much further from my home. Got the keg back to our house later than expected (no longer as cold as it should have been) only to find out that that tap didnt work either. Got mostly foam out of it and lost a lot of beer because it continued to leak out of the top. Yes, it was tapped right if you are wondering. Returned everything the next day with most of the beer still in keg. Had to return several times to talk to the right person and once I did all I got was how I could have gotten a new tap from anywhere (leaving my family and quest to fend for themselves I guess) and how people tend to not drink as much as they think (??? Felt like he was accusing me of lying). Never check the tap himself and took absolute no ownership of the problem. Said the keg had most of the beer gone, which was also not true, and that was confirmed when I originally returned it from one of the other workers. Bottom line for me is that I will not be going back. You should treat customers better than this. Very disappointed. I wasnt looking for a full refund - not sure what I was expecting. Just thought they should have made it right. Also, really noticed how his tone and demeanor changed when I was explaining the situation - became defensive right away. Again, very disappointed.
