Wow, Real Service ! There was no games or up selling. Francisco Hernandez answered all questions, and he checked to make sure he was accurate. I dislike all forms of shopping. Francisco made this a good experience. Plus the final price was exactly the same as online. When I have other needs i will first check with him at Denver Mattress. He is the type of person you would want as a Neighbor.

My mattress salesman, Brenden made the experience great. He was informative but also listened to my likes and dislikes. He didnt push one brand over another yet provided pros and cons of all the brands. He seemed honest and forthcoming. No high pressure. I felt comfortable and trusted him.

This review is for the customer service as my wife and I are waiting for our bed to be delivered. Francisco was very helpful, knowledgeable, and even remembered us when we came back a week later. He gave us quotes the first time we came in and prices didnt change when we came back in. He took time to show us different kinds of beds and explained all of the features so that we could make an informed decision. He gave us the time and space to try out the beds and if we needed anything else we know who to go see. Five star customer service for sure!

We came into store yesterday (3_20_21), shopping for a new mattress. Got assisted pretty quickly. Went over various options and ended up leaving with a purple mattress hybrid 3, along with pillows, pillowcases and sheet set. Will purchase more sheet sets in near future. Our sales guy was super helpful. Was able to load it and bring it home same day. Hoping it is better than the sleep number hubby wanted.

Spent about two weeks searching for new living room and bedroom furniture for myself and 11-year old son. Different places had certain items I was intetested in, but not all one location, the wait times were at a minimum, 3 months out, and a couple places I was going to settle on but when it was time for the bottom line, the hidden or unexplainable fees became clear. I figured I would look at one last place before I decided the old stuff would suffice, which it really wouldnt, so I strolled into Furniture Row and immediately found the bedroom set I wanted for myself. In the same instant I was warmly greeted by Nbor (sp? Sorry). He introduced himself self, explained the current sales/promotions, and gave a quick point-it-out overview of the layout of this huge showroom., told me to browse at my leisure and he would be there if I had questions. As i made my way thru the furniture to the living room part, I was warmly greeted, again, but was told if I had questions he would be happy to get Nbor. This was solid I thought in the event theres commission involved. He did help answer a few questions and based on his information I bought the blue marine leather set (not turquoise, Red.) As I went to my final destination, Francisco met me and what knowledge and insights into the world of mattresses. I bought 2 on his recommendation of the three different ones he thought would meet my goals for me and my son. Estimated time, 4-6 weeks, which was right in my needs.Outstanding service by all team members, and they let me dictate the entire process and with smiles the entire 2+ hours it took me to decide. I highly recommend and so long as these individuals are working there, I will recommend and being utilizing them again.

We called ahead to confirm Denver Matress had the box spring we were looking for, and that we could leave with it if we came in. My wife spoke with Kyle on the phone.We went into the store about an hour later and Kyle walked us theought process and we were out in just short time with the box spring and 2 pillows. I purchased a new mattress from Denver Mattress the staff is so knowledgeable, helpful, and non-pressuring. I went into the store to try the mattress then when I was ready to buy I was able to call in and place my order and pay thru a secure website. It was so easy. There was an inconsistency in the sale advertisement on the Denver Mattress website and the mattress manufacturer’s, but Denver Mattress honored the lower price. They also offer a better return policy than the mattress manufacturer. I will definitely buy from them again.

This is the second time we have ordered a queen sized Summit mattress. We havent received this one yet, but our other one is nice and we are happy to have it. The first time we ordered, Andrew assisted us and this time, Kyle helped. They are both very nice and professional.

Our salesperson was so pleasant and helpful. We purchased the Doctor’s Choice Firm mattress with a low profile box spring and two Doctors Choice Firm Jumbo pillows. After 20 years of climbing into bed, almost needing a ladder to accomplish this feat with our old thick mattress, it feels great just falling into bed! We feel our sleep is deeper with a greatly improved comfort level. Proof? Our dog needs coaxing to get out of bed in the morning.
