The website had different prices from the actual price. The full size mattress I ended up paying 580 when I guess it was supposed to be 150 to 250 …

Update:I wanted to let everyone know how satisfied I am with my mattress, 6 months later. There is no regrets in purchasing a $600 mattress. I look forward every night to getting into bed. Sean at Matress by Appointment is the best 100%. Good quality mattresses that wont break the bank. Love the different payment options available. This is my 6th mattress from here. (3 twins for my childern, and 3 different ones for myself.) I will not by another mattress from anywhere else. Come time to upgrade my daughter to a full bed I will be going back to Sean. He is very polite and will make sure you get what you want.

Ok.... I was in need of a new mattress so I called and set up a appointment. When I got there the salesman knew my name. He was very professional and helpful. Never pushy or overwhelming . Once I selected one I liked, the paperwork was easy as pie . What I liked the most was they delivered the mattress 24 hrs ahead of time .

Straight con artist. I felt so uncomfortable shopping here. The wouldnt sell me what I wanted but kept trying to persuade me to by a more expensive product. I just left and shopped elsewhere. The salesman was very intrusive about my place of employment and wages. I felt like I was about to be robbed.

Had problems with the first purchase. And warranty process was a bit tedious. But if not for Shaun we would be stuck with a defective mattress. Shaun went above and beyond to help us resolved the issues. He was very helpful and patience with process. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks again Shaun.

Went into our appointment a little early and started looking. Look us just a few min and we found our top 2. Family owned place and Amanda is fantastic .prices are great and the payments are also fantastic and we walked out the door with a brand-new queen size mattress. Delivery in just a couple of days and you feel like you just accomplished something big . They really saved us and our matress search .
