Had the opportunity to use Ken on a PPI for a SAAB in the Miami area. (I live in MD). I spoke to 2 other shops who specialized in European autos, and who had included “SAAB Specialist” in their description of services offered. Both quite simply, left me with doubts. After speaking with Ken for 5 mins, it was clear, that he was the real deal.While Ken is a certified factory SAAB Master Mechanic, the thing that immediately impressed me was his customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable….very easy to talk to and explained things with just the right amount of detail. I called him late Friday night and he offered to inspect the car the next morning; exactly the sense of urgency I had hoped for, and mind you it was 35 miles away and his day-off. He treated me like I had been a customer for years, rather than a stranger who was looking for a one time service. We agreed on price (very reasonable), and arranged the appointment with the dealer @ 10 am. By 11:45 he had contacted me and we spoke for almost 30 mins. He compiled a list of concerns, repairs, took lots of pictures to supplement the discussion and even weighed in on a target purchase price. His analysis was spot on!I have bought a number of vehicles by long distance, and I highly recommend One Stop Auto and its owner Ken Slade. Easiest and most effective transaction to date. Only wish I lived in the area so that I could become a regular customer there.

I came in told them there were noises on the front brakes they check my car told me 800 dollars. I told them more than I can afford they said well 24.99 for the inspection which they never told me or have any sign that state they will charge for inspection. If u that desperate then don’t own a auto shop cause no one in the area charge for inspection so I went to Midas. And the old white man at the front desk smiles with a satisfying look when he told me he will charge me what a deuce. Bad for business I hope the owner read this !!!!!! Got a quote on a repair, but took my car to another shop because I found a better price. Brought my car back for an overpriced alignment and when I got my car back, the inner handle was broken off and it was claimed to be like that when I brought it in.ha

I had a noise coming from my tire. I brought the car in to investigate the noise. They fed me some BS about my backing plates being bent and an axle nut being loose. Turns out I had a bad wheel bearing, which they were too incompetent to diagnose. They basically made up a repair, and took $200 from men which fixed nothing.
