Great customer service and timely tire replacement made for a pleasant experience at this location of Tire Kingdom!! Mike Kiminas was the Tire Pro whom evaluated my needs then reccomended good tires at a fair price. Many of the staff are long time employees, insuring consistently good service. My first time Booking appointment online went smooth.

I was there to drop off a vehicle before opening time. Since this was a drop off it would have been very easy to have left the keys and a drop box. If there was one it was not in a conspicuous place. The store opened almost 15 minutes late and as I had appointments this was an inconvenience watching them set up their shop before they would even unlock the doors. Returned later in the day to pick up vehicle only to find out that it wasnt done the way it was supposed to be done. I personally havent traded with Tire Kingdom in years but this was an impromptu situation and was the only alternative at hand. My guys at pep boys know me by name when I come in and Vladimir if he has fresh Colada is always offering to share.

Reviewing focused on the service provided. Awfully Rude. I had a tire replacement scheduled, on my way there, they called Canceling my appointment minutes before scheduled, and gave me no options besides 3,4 days later. I asked if I could leave the car and pick up the next day, NO!. You can do this kinda of stuff “maybe” with the walk in people, still awful, but not to the people that has appointments. They blamed the “system didn’t update” whatever….Awful service. Rude. Entitled. Arrogant. Take your money somewhere else.

Great customer service. Keith was great, he broke things done and explain what I need and how they work. Carlos was great at what he did, he balance my tires and rotated the old one to the from . Exactly how it’s supposed to be done. Luis is a great manager!! Keep up the great work guys🙏🏾

I had a 8:30 appointment for my tires and when I got there they told me they are so busy and couldn’t fix it until later. I would have to leave the car and come back after 4 hours for a tire repair. Mind you I got the 4 brand new tires from them 2 weeks ago. This some bull.

This location is very overpriced and their management are dishonest. They try to sell you a lot of items you do not need at over inflated prices. The area it is in has nothing to do while they keep you waiting for hours. Avoid if you want to not be scammed.

I took my 2015 Tahoe here for a battery replacement which was under warranty so the good news was that I only had to pay 30 bucks for the install. The bad news unfortunately was the guy working on my vehicle put a dent in the quarter panel during the process which I did not see until after I returned home. Needless to say, I was very angry and called the store immediately. I spoke with Luis who asked me to bring the car back in the morning so that he could assess the damage and decide if it was indeed caused by the install which I did. Upon inspection, Luis took responsibility for the damage and sent me around the corner to a body shop to get a quote for repair. The shop said that due to where the dent was located that the entire panel would need to be repainted at a cost of $400.I was able to get my truck repaired the following week which was done at no cost to me and covered by Tire Kingdom.Although I was not happy at all being put in this situation that was completely avoidable in the first place, accidents do happen and it’s nice that Luis did the right thing even after I cursed him out and was probably pretty unpleasant to deal with initially.That said, I will still return to this location in the future.

I made my appointment online. Oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out really quick. Those without an appointment waited much longer. So make an appointment! The guys were very nice.

Stopped here about two months ago for an oil change and got what I needed. They are super busy though so your best bet is to try to get an appointment.

I had an eleven oclock appointment today. Went to have four new tires mounted and balanced. They offered a free brake inspection, which was thoughtful because who doesnt need them checked to ensure safely. Welp things moved a little slower than Id have hoped for but my vehicle was finally taken in for service around 12:40p. When I looked in from the customer lobby, my hood was raised and the technician seemed to be toying around..This seemed odd for a tire and brake service but I said nothing. (I wish I wouldve)After I pulled into interstate 95, I immediately broke down. I called and inquired about what they were doing under the hood. Initially I was told no one was u der the hood but that quickly changed to oh we checked your fluids when I kept inquiring. Whats funny is, I already knew I had low power steering fluid, but not one person mentioned that while I was there paying for my service. I feel like they were trying to sabotage me by disconnecting my mass air flow sensor. They never did disclose what they touched just kept mentioning that I should bring it back so they could fix it for me (with a bill no doubt).Never again will I frequent this location again.Oh and my tires ride nice. It took a while for me to experience it but yeah, there nice at the end of the day.

I had been to other places that seem to make my car issues worse, I was here for 3 hours and the guys at this shop are really fun and kind. Great customer service by Keith and Mike. As much as I dislike mechanic shops I wouldn’t mind kickin it with them. #GoSteelers

Mike & Luis were great to deal with; of all the Tire kingdoms I been to, this location had the friendliest & fastest service. They helped me out best they could for new tires & the manager Luis went out of his way to fix an issue, which I really appreciate. Def. will be going out of my way to come to this location, its worth it.

The staff and management are great at this store. I was headed for a long trip and discovered a nail in my tire the night before. I explained my situation to the manager and they got me in immediately and fixed my tire at no charge. I get my oil changed there. Had to buy a battery and the associate found a rebate for me. I bought 2 tires and was given a great deal. Everyone is always so helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

Bought 3 new tires and got an alignment done. 2 months later car went out of alignment again went had it fixed here we are 4 months after alignment is screwed up again. And the guy who did the alignment on my rear tires messed it up completely and now both new rear tires are worn down to the steel belted radial on both rear tires. Very unhappy considering the amount of money I paid to this company to turn around and this happen. Will never go back to another tire kingdom

Was not very happy..it started with a flyer stating oil change at 19.95..they said it did not applied to my vehicle.i said do the oil change and i left.they call me later and said my truck was ready.i got there and was shocked at the amount of my bill.they never told me they were putting synthetic oil and i did not tell them to put in it..payed my bill and walked to my truck and it had grease on the outside the fender,on my door,handle and back door.told one of the guys and came out and cleaned it.nit.never had this trouble before with them.

WORST TIRE KINGDOM ; Been on both sides as an employee and customer at this location and its bad. Tire Kingdom is a great place to get work done BUT NOT THIS LOCATION. It’s dirty and the people who run it leave much to be desired in professionalism and curtesy.

Ive been going to this place for years. The facility and its people serve the purpose. However, my last visit was more notable. Upon leaving, my battery died. They reduced the price substantially and installed the new one right away. Ill go back another day when I need to.

Had a tune up, shocks and struts. The labor and parts prices were competitive and fair. The manager, Audrey, was a pleasure to deal with. I dont know about their other stores but I would highly recommend this one.

Took a chance and got an oil change at this location. I was supposed to get a free tire rotation with my oil change but that didnt happen because the guy claimed my bolt on one of my tires was to tight and if he broke it, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT! I should have took that as a sign and left but I just told him forget the rotation and do the oil chnage. Oil change was done in about THREE HOURS. This was Saturday, by Tuesday my check engine light was on. Now there are multiple things wrong with my car and I regret going to this place. I will NEVER AGAIN and I hope you dont as well.

Buyer beware!!!! Make sure you read everything before they do the work. They say one thing and on paper do everything opposite of your conversation. Very bad business. I thought per my conversation I was getting everything we talked about for one amount and in the end it was not. I signed for one amont but paid about $70.00 more in the end! They are rip offs. Be careful! They are not getting my or my familys business ever again and I have a huge family!

I usually go to tire kingdom of Congress in Boynton Beach but I wanted to try this one because it was closer to me. I had one of the worst experiences of customer service and not with the person who was attending me it was with the manager Luis. I was talking to the person who was attending me and he gave me a price which was a lot higher than the other tire kingdom. He was searching on the computer and the manager came out of nowhere and said all prices are the same for all tire kingdoms. I just asked if they could check the computer and see the prices I had from the past. The person that was attending me gave me a better price I looked at the manager and he replied that I just have to be nice to get that price. Before that he just kept going back-and-forth with me about the prices being the same in every tire kingdom. I was not loud or mad, I just wanted them to check my past payment. Luis should not be a manager, he has no customer service skills.

I purchased 4 BFGoodrich g-Force COMP-2 A/S 245/45ZR20 103Y XLfor my Taurus Limited awd. The price was competitive and the service was acceptable. I drive 35k a year for work and need a good wet/dry tire. Im very pleased with the performance of this tire set and the installation. Cruse control is set at 85mph most of the time and I felt absolutely no vibrations in steering wheel, pedals or floor at any speed. I needed an oil change and tire patched. After 2 hours I pulled up and there were 4 men standing around the car. They could not get it to start. It wouldnt start because the steering wheel wasnt locked. They broke a plastic piece that covers some wires and didnt tell me. And didnt change the oil became they said I has a fuel pump problem and couldnt take the chance the car wouldnt start again. They also wanted me to buy a tire because they said it was an old patch that was leaking. The tire had a nail in it and we plugged it ourselves. I also purchased 4 new tires for my SUV. I cant believe they wanted me to purchase a new tire instead of fixing the one on the car.

I am very satisfied with the tires I purchased. However I brought my car in because it was shaking at highway speeds. While it is better it is still shaking.

I was overdue for an oil change, coincidentally, I got a coupon for Tire Kingdom. I went to Tire Kingdom they could get me in. She warned it might take up to 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I told her I had a meeting in 90 minutes. They got me out in an hour and I was on time for my appointment. Ive been here before, they do the work, check the car and dont encourage me to buy what I dont need. Friendly too.

I was stranded with a flat tire and too far from my usual Tire Kingdom so I went to this one because it was the closest. All of my tires were bought from Tire Kingdom with road hazard warranty and full coverage, once I got to this location they told me I didn’t have coverage and my tire was “shredded and not safe to drive on and not patchable.” They told me I would have to buy a new tire but they didn’t have a tire to match so they had to order it or get a different brand. I left and took it to my Tire Kingdom the next day and they patched my tire, found the warranty and told me it was not shredded and they would not let me drive on something that was unsafe. Very disappointed in Hypoluxo location and think this is a terrible way to practice business.

If you care about your car, DO NOT BRING IT HERE! I brought my car when the check engine light came on. It had NO ISSUES besides the light popping on. They kept my car for a month and when I got it back, the check engine light is still on!!!!! Not only did I have to pay 1600 for whatever nonsense they charged for, but they refuse to warranty the non-work they did because my engine mounts need replaced they needed replaced when they stole my money, but it wasnt an issue then, now its a crutch to say what is wrong. If that was the case, DONT DO THE REPAIR! THEY ARE SCOUNDRELS AND SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS. Not for tires, not for ANYTHING!!!! the most untrustworthy bunch I have had the displeasure of ever encountering. NEVER GO HERE.

Yvette, took my call on the phone and helped me in person at this location. I was VERY angry when I called as the Delray Beach (Linton) store sold my tires prior to my APPOINTMENT. I was so upset as I could have been a walk in to find out they no longer had the tires that were there days previous. Yvette was so kind even with me being upset. She was very understanding. Overall, this location is more organized more attentive and generally a more pleasant experience than the location I normally go to. I wish I would have came here FIRST!

Came here to get breaks and rotters for my car dropped it off at 7 am picked it up at 3pm had to go back the next day do to the breaks still making noise as if they wear never done the guy lewis drives it and says give it a week and if it still does it come back the breaks are so bad and makes so much noise I refuse to drive my car like this now hes telling me to come in and they will change the break pads why should i have to go through this after paying you guys $500 jus for breaks rotters and labor? I want a refund

Be careful of what is either an upsell or just incompetent management that does not understand the difference between Required and Recommended, as well as, the difference between conventional vs. synthetic oil. My wife took the car this morning for a conventional oil change. Its had them in the past, dealer has done them, owners manual states either conventional or synthetic is ok, and its marked on the oil cap. So the manager says it must have synthetic. I spoke by phone to him and he refused to do it unless we got synthetic. Now I guess that tactic works on many but we said F it and walked out. After I then took it to another place that had no problem with the conventional, I went back to the store and showed the manager the owners manual and he still continued to argue with me. He then said he would show me on their printout. Sure enough, it said 5W20 Non Synthetic or O20W Synthetic (could be wrong on the number). I said see, it says non synthetic. Maybe he just does not understand what non means Either way, incompetent or up sell. Be caregul.

Not only does this location continue to be painfully slow once they start on your vehicle, the new manager seems rather incompetent. He does not know the tire stock from your sister companies, nor does he appear competent to search electronic customer files. Very, very disappointing!

Went there to see if i can get an overall health of my car. I had gone there to get my oil changed 3 weeks ago. All i wanted was to see if there was anything wrong with my car to go on a road trip. So i was able to speak with a lady who abruptly cut me off and denied service to me. She said no we cannot check your car. I just said thanks and went to sears where they were able to check it. I could not even request an appt as she did not care. This was only a 2 min conversation mind you. This is the worst customer service i have had in a long time anywhere. There is no reason to be treated this way even if she was having a bad day. I would have been happy just to get an appt but that was not even offered I dont think i can go back again.

I used to live in Florida and this was my go to shop. These guys are legit, they dont lie, they are very knowledgeable and really value their customers. I hated leaving florida because this was my go to place to get my car serviced. I am skeptical about going anywhere in town now because I was so used to the same guy helping me keep my car maintained. These people will work with your budget and make sure your car of getting the right service.
