This is one of the most neatest and tidiest Kmarts I have ever seen. And I had to go to Every section today including jewelry, clothing, Lawn Equipment, makeup, you name it I was there and every section was very very clean the parking lot very tidy no trash around only two or three carts. All the staff I encountered were nice although they werent engaging they at least were kind and their responses. In fact even the restrooms were spotless and clean. In fact the only reason this Kmart did not get 5 stars was because the air conditioning was either set to a very high temperature meaning it was too warm or it was broken because it was just way too warm in there for Southwest Florida weather. And by the way for a little bit of humor click on the picture of me wearing the black shirt with a pink writing and read what it says. LOL just wanted to show you guys that I do have a sense of humor about what I do.

There should be a way to post a review giving 0 stars as they dont deserve 1 Star!!!! I hate to say but Kmart is no longer the same as it once was. I purchased a box of Raisin Bran here and got home to find maggets in my SEALED TIGHT bag!! Not only that but there were some on the outside of the bag as well. I dont care how it happened, it was disgusting and should never happen. I took everything I bought back! While I was there the cashier said I know they were treating for this and it shouldve been taken care of. This was of course regarding the cereal issue. When the manager came up she tried to talk over the girl as Im sure she didnt want her saying anything about how NASTY they are there. Then the ink I purchased didnt work! I took it back to get another and still didnt work! They are (remanufactured) in small print on the box so BEWARE! Not only is this specific Kmart physically nasty their customer service is horrible!!! I know customer service as I have been in the Sales industry for 20 years and no one there has it!!

Clean store and organized. Can find good deals on items, has clothes, home goods, some dry goods, healthcare and beauty and gardening supplies along with others.

I ordered a tool box online. It was supposed to be delivered to the local Kmart on Feb 28. Never received the email confirmation, only the receipt online when I purchased it. On Feb 28 I called the store to see if it was there. Woman on the phone tells me the stuff never arrives on time. She told me to call back another day. On March 2, I called the store again. They said they had it. I asked why I never received the email. She told me it was up to corporate and she had nothing to do with that. I went to the store and it took them over 30 minutes to find my order. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

I am so sad that the store is closing. I have always loved going to Kmart and finding little treasures...

I went to the jewelry department where I was waiting for a long time to be attended to. They didnt have many workers and the customers before me were taking forever. When it was finally my turn I showed them what I wanted and waited to pay, she was having trouble (an experienced worker) with the price of the set, it was coming up to be way more then advertised. She tired, then tired it again then called her manager who was talking to her over the phone trying to help and it still wasnt working. After and hour the manager then finally decided to come down and see her herself. It still wasnt working then she tired overriding it. When that didnt work she went back to the office and tried going through the system. That still didnt work, so they sent me to the front where another manager would try and help me. Dorian, was his name and he was rude from the start! He start you are just going to have to walk out of here without it. Its been two hours of trying to get this to work. He didnt seem like he cared and at one point just walked away from the register with an attitude! Then I started to get one because he didnt seem like he cared. At the end of the day I have to pay more because it KMART falsely advertised or there employees didnt know what to do. Dorian is the worst manager I have ever seen! And should not be allowed to work.

Extremely friendly service from everyone, but they would do well to organize shelves better and stock the grocery area better.

This store must be on its last legs - dirty, disorganized and very stinky. Plants are dried out in the gardening section - nobody cares anymore, it seems. Checkout slow as molasses. Last but not least - roof is leaking, its a sure sign SHLD is not renewing the lease at this location. Well, it was a good ride..

Drove all the way from by the boynton beach mall, just to walk in and turn right around.... the smell in this store is repulsing smelt like sewer and pepto bismal. Nothing clean about this store.... dont even waste ur time its disgusting in there.

Great customer service from Katlyn...she sold me a very nice pair of earings.

They are charging me return shipping after only having the product 28 days. 30 day return policy but charging return shipping. Would not allow return to be done In store as I was in the store an hour working with the store manager and customer service on the phone and they did not help. They still charged me 7 dollars for return shipping. Not sure why that’s my fault I have to pay.

Its never crowded and sale items are usually in stock. The store hours are great

I really like kmart and wish they were doing better. Yes you may have to search if you need help with something, like jewelry or electronics, but they are a FAILING company and CANT afford to hire the number of staff that walmart or target can so yes you will have to wait for help, yes the stores are cluttered, no theres not many employees or price check machines, yes you will have to deal with weirdo customers, and yes it can be frustrating but its worth it if you dont give up. Im stubborn so maybe that helps but please give them a chance. Please keep in mind that like most of America they are struggling! Im just trying to give this FAILING company my business because walmart sucks (in service and quality) and Target is too expensive for the cruddy quality merchandise they offer. Please give kmart a chance! They deserve your business so quit being so stuck up and give the little guy a chance!! Please dont judge them by their location, outdated stores, clutter, lack of employees, type of customers, or appearance. Rather judge them by the quality of their products, their prices for such quality (better quality than walmart and cheaper prices than target), and that they are trying!Lots of love~ A Loyal Kmart shopper.Ps. you wouldnt judge people based on appearances so why judge a store based on appearances?
