Very impressive, Ive never seen a auto repair shop use one before, talk about quality!They offer a nice clean waiting area with vending machines.

No matter how busy this garage is the staff are always friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. Makes something I typically hate doing…going to a garage… seem less painful. Also they will always help find an economical solution when possible which I love. Thanks gentleman.

I will not use this store for any future purchases. I spent $1500 on truck tires a few months ago, they had no problem accommodating my very busy schedule via appointment, however they cannot seem to make an appointment for a simple tire rotation and balance. In stead they expect you to wait 2 hours while they take orders for new tires over customers who have already spent money. Poor customer service.

Really great guys, honest and helpful. Came in with a low tire, they checked it for free, told me it was my rim. I took and had my rim welded brought it back and they put my tire back on my rim, put my tire back on, filled all my tires, all same day in 30 minutes, all no charge. Worked with Nate and he was really great! They Helped me out a bunch and I really appreciate how they treated me. I will definitely be coming back when I get new tires soon.

They charge the most in town for service. Youd think that would mean it was the best, but after getting a set of new tires I kept having to come back because of rim leaks. Everytime they said it was a rim leak and the technician forgot to put the rubber seal on the tire the service members claim. They claim it was the new guys, but wouldnt give names so I could ask for them to not touch my vehicle again if I had to come back.

This place is legitimately awesome. I came in to have a tire checked. I woke up to find low tire pressure in one of my tires. I was taking a trip to Georgia the next day. They found a nail, and patched it for free. I will give them my business from now on. That was very kind and cool of them.

I finally found a place that I can trust to work on my car. I mainly dealt with Mark & Zack, however, everyone was professional & helpful. They never tried to talk me into any service or item that I didnt need.Their prices were reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. I’ve always had good service at competitive prices at Belle Tire in Lapeer. At my visit yesterday, Rob Stitt exceeded my greatest expectations. He greeted me with assistance before I even walked through the front door. He had the expertise for my situation to complete the write-up quickly and accurately. Service work was completed timely (actually quicker than I anticipated) and with no issues. Then, Rob completed my visit in a friendly, thorough manner, even offering further assistance outside, if needed.

Im new to the area, I initially started coming here for a minor price difference, but the front counter guy Mark, and the crew in the shop are great. Always take care of me really quick, now my go-to tire place. Thanks guys.

Ive brought my car here for years and had consistently awesome experiences, till I met Paul. His attitude and arrogance is outlandish. He lacks manners and customer service skills. Hes bringing down the rest of your staff and needs to be corrected.

They did such a wonderful job. I showed up at 8am hoping they would finish my car in time for me to go to work at 2pm. They were very thorough during the diagnosis and told me what needed to be done asap and what could wait. Explained to me what was causing what (this was causing shaking in front end, this is causing grinding, ext.) I needed a ball joint on the front driver side, and I needed shocks in the back which wore my rear tires down really bad so I also needed rear tires. They finished my car and I was out of there by 10am. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with my experience. I actually live 45 minutes away from the Lapeer location but I will make the drive just because of the experience.

There have been a couple of occasions that I have been here lately. I find the staff personable, the waiting room and bathroom clean, and the service is always above and beyond!

Walked in and although they were very busy, I was able to have my oil changed and tires rotated with a small wait.

We showed up with a hole in a tire close to closing time. They were on it so fast. Both people I dealt with were great. Couldnt ask for better. Very professional.

I was so terrified driving home from work this morning. My tire was losing air, and none of the air machines seemed to be working. It was even scarier when I realized it must have been my tire why it wouldnt air up. Tim was so wonderful and patient with me as I told him what was going on. I was shaky and almost in tears. He put me at ease and fixed my broken valve stem. Thank you so much, the rest of the drive home was so much better. I always go to you guys for my tires, and I will continue to. Been here twice and both times they worked fast and efficiently. They tool on a ton of work new years eve and pushed through helping the customers best they could. I was happy with the service and will definitely be back.

I took my car in believing that I needed to purchase a new tire as it had a continual slow leak. One of the technicians asked as to why I had ordered a new tire and I explained the situation. He offered to check it out - to see if it could be patched instead - as the tire had a lot of life left on it. Sure enough he was able to successfully patch it. And then if that wasn’t enough, the person at the counter said there would be “no charge”. In my mind they have just made a customer for life.

Took over an hour and a half to get a oil change with nobody in front of me. Watch 6 kids sit on their phone the entire time while the one kid worked. All the front desk employees were talking about what they wanted to drink after work . For litterly an hour I listened to them talk about who likes whiskey sours more. It was very annoying and I wont be going back. This place used to be ran well. Now its a sh*thole

The Belle Tire has always done a great job. I feel secure that when my wife contacts them, she will not be swayed to have service done that is not needed. She had service done earlier this year that were done at no charge, even though she did not realize it was covered. Recently, we had service done and was looking for a replacement sun visor. Paul took the time to try and find it for her. These extra steps mean a lot to us as customer service has become a lost art for many companies. Free advice to these companies...integrity and good customer service hold more value than a discounted price. Great job Lapeer Belle Tire Team!

Amazing! My sons tire popped & needed a new one. I called several places that all told me they couldnt help (closing, or too busy) Belle Tire said they were busy but wouldnt leave anyone stranded to come on in. We took the tire in & they were super helpful & had a new tire on the rim in no time. Greatly appreciate their service and kindness!

We called three times before arriving to their store, requesting an appointment was absolutely not available. Called two times the day of, one three hours before and one 15 minutes before to ensure they could do an oil change. Upon arrival they decided that they could not get my truck in, didn’t want to take responsibility for me driving all the way there without being able to help. And still refused an appointment. Unfortunately we do not have the time to sit and wait for hours and need the vehicle for work. Very poor service, basically said sorry about my luck.They lost a tire and rim sale today and any future business/referrals

Me and my family have all used Belle Tire in Lapeer since they first opened in the fall of 2013. They always have great deals, especially on good brands like Michelin and Bridgestone. My most recent purchase with the deals they offer the total out the door cost was $200 less than the closest competitor, even online sellers. And now they have made the rebates way simpler (all online now).

Took my camper there to have new tires put on without an appointment. Was back in road within 1 hour. Fast and professional service.

Worked with Nathon to get 2 new tires. Arrived 6pm, and the technician (didnt get his name) had me out the door by 647pm! Stellar service. Love this place! Excellent service.

They completed the work in my vehicle in less time in they originally thought, and did it for less than what they thought.

My husband took his truck to the Lapeer location with his new set of rims and tire sensors and had a set of 4 tires purchased from Belle Tire put on the new rims. The rims and wheel sensors were guaranteed to fit and work properly with my husbands truck. The tires were put on the rims and on the truck and the vehicle was given back to us without mention of issue. 6 months later my husband put his original rims and tires back on the truck for winter use. While putting the first tire on the truck he noticed the tire was completely flat, as were the other three tires, there was no reason for this. My husband finished putting his tires and rims back on the truck only to discover that the truck would not read/learn the tire sensors (his truck has an automatic learning system), these sensors should have been the original OEM sensors and there should have been no issue. After much thought and investigation the conclusion was made that one of two things happened: the aftermarket sensors did not work when Belle put them on the new tires so Belle put them on the old and used the OEM ones on the new tires and did not notify us or one of the sets was swapped out for a cheaper after market sensor and put on the old wheel in hopes that we would not notice. Either way the lack of communication has caused us to lose our warranty coverage with the company who we bought the sensors from. We expressed this to the Manager, Mark who said he would scan the tire to confirm a sensor was on there (which he did) but he would not show my husband what sensor was on the tire (to prove that it was im fact one of our sensors and not a cheaper version) unless he waited 2 hrs at the minimum. He also stated that he could put new sensors off at our expense (both parts and labor) and again would make us wait over 2 hrs. As a long time customer of Belle this response is infuriating and unacceptable, Belle of Lapeer cost us potentially $175 in sensors due to either warranty loss or theft, several hours of our time and is unwilling to accept any responsibility or prove that there was no theft unless we are willing to be even more inconvenienced. We were able to get the after market company to agree to review our claim with a written statement from Belle saying that the truck would not learn the current sensors, this was the only assistance we received.As a follow-up the manager called me to tell me he would break down a tired at no charge but could not guarantee that he could get us in at a time agreed upon, because they are very busy. I explained that we wouldnt be in this situation if things were done correctly in the first place and he would not budge, he stated he would try to get us in and out as soon as possible but we would have to wait. He was also very demeaning and told me there were too many hands in the cookie jar even though I had all of my facts straight.Update: Dave at the corporate office contacted me with wonderful customer service skills and has made things right! Thankfully there are other Belle Tire locations nearby that we can resume business with.

Regular customer; I used to purchase tires here for multiple vehicles, including over-sized off-road tires, and have always used this location for any services i needed done. Until now...The tech slammed my vehicle into the curb with my steering at full lock to the right, then proceeded to throw my truck into park before it stopped moving. The in-store supervisor told me it would be taken care of. I reached out to the Manager of this Location thru multiple emails with no response. I held my review for a week thinking i would at least be contacted back by the management and have a chance to explain what happened. If so they would have had the chance to gain back a loyal customer that just spent thousands of dollars at their location and earn a better review from me, but here we are. Just be wary as a customer that this location cares more about profit than customer satisfaction. I will no longer be purchasing tires for any of my vehicles through this location.UPDATE: Its been over a week of trying to get a response from management. I am still owed an Alignment and a safety inspection that they neglected to perform when my tires were initially installed. this place is a joke. i wish i had never given them a cent.

Went in for an alignment and 4 wheel balance and rotation. Seems like they did a good job with that other than some wheel weights already looking ready to fall off. They also snuck an “alignment warranty” on my bill for an extra $30 without anyone telling me and yes I agree I should have looked over the receipt before I left but I didn’t and that’s what I get I guess so watch out for that.
