The best way to predict the future, is look at the past. Don’t, DO NOT, do business with this outfit. They sell off Amazon and EBay. My order from Them, through Amazon, was incomplete. Their “Customer Care” phone number is a joke, No Answer period. Read all of their reviews and DO NOT waste your money!!! SCAMMERS, be AWARE!!!!!!

Ordered fender flares for my 99 dodge ram. might be able to use the flares but they didnt send the correct mounting hardware. made several calls, but no one answered, ever. no response to emails either. Look elsewhere for products and read the reviews.

I would absolutely give this company zero stars if possible. The absolute worst communication. I placed an order online over $200 it was “out of stock” so they pulled my order without any call or notification of any kind until I sent several emails trying to reach them, after I finally received a response asking if I would like to be issued a refund I responded to please refund it, I’ve been waiting 4 days with not a single response again. They do not answer their phone whatsoever it just rings. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.

Like other posters on here. Ordered fender flares for my pickup. Order arrived in three days which was great but they only sent 3 out of the 4 flares. Emailed and tried calling the next day with no one answering the phone after trying all day. Horrible service !!!

Purchased a few items through eBay. When one of the items arrived damaged, I contacted the company via phone. Spoke with a women named Whitney, who went above and beyond to help me with my issue! I am for sure happy with the shipping time and customer service.

The item I received was not what was ordered. It was not what was described or depicted on the website. I have called numerous times. No answer. They will not respond to messages. Since their website says they will not accept unauthorized returns, and will not accept any returns after 14 days, avoiding communication with a customer seems to be their way of avoiding any returns at all. Once they have your money they have no interest in serving you. BUYER BEWARE! You do business with this company at your own peril.

Same as all the other reviews this place sells junk. Half the parts were missing in the 30 series torque converter kit I bought, not to mention it was packed very poorly and the main part that I actually needed the most was broken. Don’t waste your time. I will say shipping was fast but what good is that if it’s not properly packed and your order is broken. Glad Im only out 60 bucks.

Bought fenders flairs from the seller. Its apperent they dont care about their clients satisfaction ☝️☝️☝️☝️by there reviews. They sent the wrong ones, then after asking for the return they never sent the return shipping. 4 months this has drawn out and I never write reviews. But this really bothers me since I am a business owner. No response, wrong product sent, total disrespect for their customer relationships. I will sell the ones i have a t a loss amd biy from a reputable company. My guess is they are going oit of business because of poor customer relationships. I dont wish any business har . Brought New wheel speed sensors on eBay. One came used, smelling of solvent (from someone cleanign grease off of it to make it look new, the other was used, damaged and completely covered in grease! Unreal. This is fraud and they will be reported to the authorities and trade commission.

Terrible experience with this company! I ordered a pressure washer pump from Auto Express through eBay. When received, it was the totally wrong pump even though I correctly matched my model number to the description. Contacted the seller through eBay and was informed that there are 2 pumps for that model, even though that was not disclosed in the listing. Was told that the correct pump could be sent for an additional $45 as soon as I returned the first pump. Here’s where the dishonesty started. I was told by Kendal to open a return request through eBay then almost immediately after I did that, I was told by Courtney that Kendal is a new employee and didn’t know the correct procedure for returns. Courtney told me not to use the return label provided by eBay because it would “cost a small fortune” and that she would send me a prepaid label so I could return the item for a full refund. Kendal then sent me a message saying that she would get that to me right away. That was when all communication ceased. I sent several messages through eBay and called their store number numerous times and left voice message all with no answer. I even sent a Facebook message to the owner, Derrick Zock trying to get some resolution. In the mean time, ebay closed the returned window and close the case for lack of response. Almost 3 weeks later, as a last resource, I contacted eBay directly. The representative I spoke with was able to see my conversation with the seller and was able to reopen the case and get my return processed.I believe that after Auto Express had me open a return case with eBay then told me that they would circumvent eBay and send me a prepaid label, this company engaged in a dishonest practice by stopping all communication knowing that ebays return window would close and that I would have little recourse to get my money back. Thanks to ebay for seeing through this scam.

Ordered lawnmower carburetor through Walmart.com. I guess auto express is their 3rd party seller and they sent the part straight to me. I received the part and it was the wrong part and I didn’t receive the filters I ordered. I contacted Walmart and was told to contact auto express, still awaiting my return call.

My order was missing 1/3 of parts. Called them, no answer or call back. Filed complaint through Walmart. Nice lady from company called me 7 days ago and said they would send missing parts. 8 days later they have sent me nothing. They dont ahnswer the phone. This clown factory needs to be shut down as they are committing theft by deception. Time to prosecute.

This company is a scam! I ordered a part. The part that came in was not even close to what I needed. I ordered a Carburetor for my Compactor. The part arrived., it fit perfectfully and was an apparently updated Carb. It had an adjustment for the Air/Fuel mixture which the original did not, I’m very pleased with the quality & Price, in addition to the service! The only constructive criticism is that the carb should have been in a box vise plastic bag.

I ordered a window track for a BMW 328i on Nov. 19th. The tracking number says it went out to carrier Nov. 20th to arrive Nov. 26th. On the 28th the tracking number said the package was “late” and would arrive the next Tuesday Nov. 4th. Nov.4 the tracking number said to wait til the 5th before contacting them. No updates on tracking # since Nov. 20th. I emailed Express Auto Parts on Nov. 29th but no response. Called phone number but no one answered phone so I left message. I will give them one more day and reverse charges on credit card and cancel order.

I own alot of equipment with various types of Small engines and have bought a dozen or more carbs/ pull cords gas tanks and have never had a problem always a great experience!

Well, mixed feelings about this company. The first couple parts I got from them were correct, timely delivery, and cheap. The next order I placed (all orders were through Amazon) was an absolute disaster! It all began back in March ordered a .50mm oversized piston for a honda engine. They called me around the time I was supposed to be receiving the part and said it was not in stock but they had .75mm and 1.00mm available. I told them to hold off and I would look around a bit. Without much luck a couple days later I ordered the .75mm and the same thing they call to tell me its not in stock. So again I tell them to cancel the order. I wait a couple weeks and then call them and ask what sizes they have in inventory. Well to my surprise they now have the .50mm back in stock we have hundreds of them. Order as many as you would like. so I order it and pay for expedited shipping. The part doesnt show up so I call them to look into it and surprise! not in stock, but they have a .75mm that they offer to overnight to me. I reluctantly agreed and again the part never shows up. Call back and again they are out of the .75mm but they have 1.00mm available. They are willing to send me the part for free and pay for shipping too at this point. So I hadnt seen the part yet after about 4 business days so I call to get the tracking number which they give me and tell me it is scheduled to arrive on April 18th. Still no part so I punch in the tracking number and it wasnt even shipped till the 18th... expected arrival April 20th. From my point of view the bad has far out weighed the good. Their prices are tough to beat but I guess you get what you pay for.

I only received half of my order. After initially contacting Auto Express, they said they would correct the problem, but I never received the rest of the order,. Now I cant even reach someone at Auto Express to resolve this problem. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Bought a timing chain kit from this place had a faulty tensioner, blew my motor and all they can do is refund me dont give this place your money. Hope they go out of business

We ordered a filter on April 8th and it was supposed to come by the 14th but didnt. Then they said the 20th because of back order but still didnt come. Now is the 25th and still not here. They sure had no problem taking our money! I strongly suggest not to order anything from here!!!!

PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I wouldnt even give this company 1 star. My father ordered 4 parts from this company totaling at about $17.10, 2 air filters and 2 fuel filters. The company sent 1 air filter; at the time I figured ok maybe the other parts will come in within the next few days. After a few days pass still nothing. So I decide to call the company contact number and the answering machine picks up so I leave a message with my contact information and still no call back. Two days pass. I decide to call again and no answer, so I decide to call from my friends phone who just so happened to be in the car with me at the time; well what do you know somebody picks up the phone. So of course, at this point im irate because they were clearly avoiding my phone number but I get passed all of that and begin to explain my issue. The person on the other end proceeds to tell me they didnt call back because they left early the other day because of a snow storm and thats why they still had not gotten back to me. She then told me that she couldnt look up my order; after I give her the order number she could then magically find it. she explained they would send my order out the following day. So I demand to speak to Supervisor she tells me that she is. Now a week later still no products and no answer. Damn they do all this for 17 bucks. THEY ARE FRAUDS ANd GOOGLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED AS WELL AS LIABLE even suggesting them on their search.Very Disappointing! Will also be reporting to BBB. Stay Away
