They’re pretty good keeping on your meds safe.

We were excited to find somewhere open on a Sunday to have a tire plugged from nail. NEVER AGAIN will we go here!!! 3 hours and 40 mins to have it plugged. The guy that came in after us with a shredded tire had he fixed first 😡 Not very customer service friendly either. If there was a ZERO star rating they would definitely recieve it!!!

The crew here did an excellent, professional job during my purchase of a set of tires. Anthony gets special recognition for excellent customer service and the cleaning of the my rims at the sealing surface. I live an hour away, near many other tire shops, and Id drive back here without hesitation for the great service I received. I hope Walmart to properly compensates them for this high level of service.

Worst place ever! Before I went up there I wrote my initials on my oil filter and I tried to check my air filter but there was a screw rusted on the lid and I couldnt get it open. I get there and i elected for them to vacuum my vehicle and fill all fluids with my oil change and they didnt vacuum, didnt check or fill my fluids, and they said they checked my air filter and replaced it. They also signed my name on the paperwork before I got up there to pay. I get home and check everything and they didnt even change my oil. Still had the same oil filter with my initials on it. Screw was still rusted and stuck on the air filter cover so they never even checked it nor replaced it either. I went back to talk to the manager and they referred me to the same guy who claimed he did all that work and signed my name himself. Will never go back

Came to get an oil change and no one came out to great us or anything...didnt tell us where to park or what to do being it was our 1st time there....then they closed their doors without even acknowledging that we were there..such horrible customer service!!! You should be ashamed!!

After four bad experiences trying to buy and have a battery installed. Walmart was awesome! After the last place tried to sell me an alternator, Walmart checked it for me. It was fine and they gave me the computer readout. Great service!!!!!!

I had the best experience today. I thought it was gonna be a bad one but turned out to mine good. I left my headlights on 🤦🏼‍♀️ So me and my daughter walked back to the auto dept to see if they could jump us. Not only did they send someone out to do it, but Devin didn’t go back inside until my car started(it was being a pain).He waited for my battery to charge and was thinking of other things that could be wrong while we stood outside in the snow and the cold.This was the kindest gesture I have ever had from someone at lapeer Walmart and it really made my day so much better. So thank you!!

They were very busy I had an appointment and it took quite awhile but waved the fees for it taking so long. Thanks guys.

I had the pleasure of meeting joe, he had a very long line and was very patient with each customer. He was laughing and cheery and just loving his job! He explained to me that I may have a longer wait than normal for my oil change but because he was so great I didn’t mind waiting at all! Thank yo Joe for loving what you do!

Cant beat their Deals, dont expect fastest Service but It worked out for me cause I did my shopping while tires were changed and I took my sweet time. Expect to wait 2hrs minimum

Do not trust any time estimates they will give you. I know your thinking you can waste time walking around the store....plan on wasting 2 hours for a oil change even after arriving on a weekday at 8am. Not worth it!

Be prepared for a long wait. They have always done a great job but I have always been there forever even with just an oil change

Even with an appointment for a simple oil change that I made the day before, I’ve waited over an hour and a half for them to even bring my car in. Still waiting for them to bring it in. Do not waste your time with this place.

Went there this morning for an oil change, stood at the counter for about 20 min, while the young man ran around like their was a fire somewhere, while running around says to me, Ill be with you as soon is i can, only needed an oil change . As Im waiting my friend calls my cell, while talking to my friend on my phone,and still waiting for help, another sales associate comes to the desk, says, have you been helped? I told her no, she very rudely says .... I dont help people who are on their phone, I said, excuse me? She again very rudely says, I dont help people who are on their phone, I wouldnt want to interrupt your conversation. I was so mad I walked out, and she says, in her snarky little attitude, Have a Merry Christmas. I had a few choice words for her, and left . I talk to a manager, he said, we never get complaints, then offered me a 10.00 gift card, and said we will watch the video footage, although it has no audio, SORRY. Horrible place, went there the time before, and like many, waited 4 hrs for an oil changed, paid for a tire rotation, they never did it.They are a joke, something needs to be done about all of that dept.

I recently got my oil changed here. Brought it in around 6pm. Walked around Walmart trying to kill time. Finally, it was a little after 8 and I still hadnt heard from them. I went back to the auto department to see if something was wrong and much to my surprise, they were closed down for the night! No one bothered to question why there were a set of keys still there? No one called my phone. No one called me over the p.a. Finally tracked down a manager so I could get my keys back. No apologies. Just took my money and sent me on my way. Definitely wont be giving them my business or referrals in the future.

Dont try to make an appointment more than 2 days in advance. They wont take it. In addition, appointments are only given at the top of the hour. Poor customer service!!

Went in to get tires and there was 2 people in front of me. Decided to wait. They said it would be about an hour and a half. Im not even kidding when I say five hours later they finally got it done. The people working in the garage are complete slackers. Screwing around and having snowball fights. They didnt even have the tires they said they did so I had to get different ones. Then the cashier thought it would be funny to joke about how slow they are with each other. They werent cheep enough to make a 5 hour wait worth it. Only a little cheaper than the main tire places. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY. Another person waiting on an oil change waited for three hours.

Horrible place to take ur car went for an oil change and they broke the top for my air filter and just left it and when I called to confront them they told me it was broken when I arrived which it was not. They have no idea what they are doing just take ur car to kanrock they are cheaper and right down the road they also take pride in there work

Went about 6 months ago to get new tires. They could only replace one bc they were unable to get the rest off bc of being to tight.. Brings us to now I had an appointment still waited 11/2hours...Line just to even talk to anyone was insane. Not sure why when I came back from shopping one guy was in my front passenger seat looking around, when there was no need for being in there while changing tires .They told me I needed to replace the tire I just got from them bc I need an allignment which Is not correct! .. Then the biggest thing after I left my car started making noises, everyday since then Its been getting louder. Finally took it some where else and my tires were so loose they were about to all fall off and all they did was tighten them and the noise is now gone. So not only can they not remove tires or are just plain lazy but they dont know how to put them back on. Thank god I took it in when I did bc I have children in my car and I can only imagine the damage and money it could have caused for their carelessness. That was only last sunday.

Why is it I went here for two $69.00 tires and out the door it was over $200.00. But yet when I went to Griggs & Son on Howard st Two $88.00 tires out the door were just $176.00. Walmart sucks always.

The guy at the front desk at the tire and lube department was a jerk. They had to go out and double check that they put the right tires on and wanted to overcharge me. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I got there before 7am, there was a woman getting 2 tires mounted in front of me, I got the four tires mounted and and oil change and it took the 3 hours and 50 minutes. Then they mounted my white letters on the inside . Worse service I have ever had

Had a appointment set for one. No one was here when I got here and they just got my car in at 1:30. Both bays were empty. Had to say something before they let a walk in before mine. Worst service .
