You have to be willing to have the job done right and that means a lot of diagnosis time to get the problem resolved right. These guys have the patience and care for customers vehicles to have the job done well like they would on their own cars/trucks. The owners are top notch in experience and knowledge and they employ no foolishness techs. I cant lie, you arent gonna have a low bill, but cheap work gets you cheap quality gets you broken again or never fixed causing you more time and trouble and costing you more later on to resolve a problem that couldve been resolved the first time if you brought it here. Been using them for years to keep my familys old vehicles going!!

Condensing a VERY LONG story into a review,.....As a perpetual cynical and non-trusting consumer, my experience with Paul Keppler and Diagnostic Auto was to say the least - EXEMPLARY.I received exactly what I was told and had my car returned to me at a promised time. ( In spite of me being a First time and hopefully Last time customer.)I would BEYOND HIGHLY recommend their service if needed.
