Awful Service.Car has been there for 2 weeks just sitting outside now with a flat tire.Owner called 1 time n told me he was gonna call me back the next day n no call ever came but Ive been calling everyday,several times a day since them but the shop is closed n locked up.Cant get in touch with anyone to get my keys to get my car from there.DISGUSTING

Laplace Express Lube And Auto Repair is a very good place for all your automotive needs. They have a very knowledgeable staff with over 30 years of experience. They service all of my vehicles. Including my BMW and Mercedes. I trust these guys with all my automotive service needs . You won’t find a locally owned shop with very good prices anywhere else. Brant the manger and Patrick 1 of the technician’s are very nice and treat you like family. I thought that they had retired but they just relocated. I was worried I would have to find another shop as good as them but there just growing with there business. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys for all y’all hard work y’all do for me.

I took my car there fir a water pump to be changed it took them four days to change that and then he (thw owner) told me that my car need a timing belt and needed to be retimed but never did the repairs and kept giving me lie after lie as to why my car wasnt finshed, long story short the repairs were never done and I had to CALL THE POLICE, for my car to be released to me without the repairs being done!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO LAPLACE EXPRESS LUBE FOR REPAIRS THEY ( THE OWNER) WILL SCREW YOU!!!

I took my car to this place Monday Morning, and was told that having my water pump replaced would take 2 days. Here we are on a Friday and my water pump is still not fixed, I now have a broken suspension belt and pulley & on top of all that, my $260 deposit was not returned to me and I had to call the police to have my car released to me.Not a good company nor owner.UPDATE***When the car was originally brought in to this horrible shop, this despicable man told me that it would be done TOMORROW & I was told that same thing up until Friday when I decided enough was enough.The car being from Pennsylvania has NOTHING to do with you poor work ethics nor your poor customer service.

Now: LaPlace Express lube & auto repair..I love this place, these guys took care of me BIG TIME.. I recommend this place to anybody ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it’s totally a five star place..Last day here in LaPlace but I got to be 💯 to get to the next job.. Yes! I didn’t have a good experience with this place. I bought my truck there to get a thermostat housing repaired it took seven days to get it installed when I got my vehicle back the water was dripping I bought it back to the owner that’s name Jay he lied to me and told me he put another thermostat housing on. This wasn’t so I was still losing water in my truck. All he did was put something around the thermostat housing thinking it would stop the leak I went back about 6x then he told me it was something else wrong and wanted me to pay him 60 more dollars to fix this wasn’t so I feel like he is a very mean person to do me and others the way he did us he isn’t a good place to bring your car for repair while I was in there so many people came back to him because he didn’t repair their car right. I wish I would have known he was a person who don’t do the repairs right then he don’t like to fix the problem after we bring it back to him. SOME PEOPLE DON’T KNOW THEY CAN REPORT THIS PLACE TO THE Better business bureau. I wish I would have check the BBB website before going there. This place have a F with the BBB because he did other people like he did me. He need to do better by others ASAP
