Great service, while they couldnt fix my issue because of the dealer specific work need to be done, they were helpful to get me back on the road quickly.

Nick went above and beyond to help me after getting dropped off with by a tow truck 60 miles from home. Nick stayed in constant communication with me, did a video call with my claims adjustor, and overnighted the necessary parts to get me my car back as soon as possible.Being stranded there I got to listen to Nick care for each customer this same way throughout the day. He was patient and answered questioned thoroughly. As customers came in calling him by name, it was easy to see he his respected by the community there.I cant thank Nick and his team enough.

Very slow but excellent service.I turned in my car at 10am and waited till 730 PM.Was told it would take 4 hours which is reasonable amount of time for all the work that was being done . But that was not the case .I was very pleased with how the manager Jack handle the situation.Very slow here but the technicians do good work besides being slow!

I had a appointment for 7:00am on 5/6/2019 for a oil change and didn’t get my car back until 11:00am on 5/7/2019. I have never had my oil changed and it took 24 hours. I use to love this Firestone but now it’s going downhill. What is an appointment for if you still have to wait a day to get your car back. Unacceptable need better service and have no concern about customers time. Will never go there again. Shame on you guys.

My car was having acceleration problems and after running my own on board diagnostic codes; I decided I needed to have my spark plugs and wires changed. I went to Firestone and asked for a tune up, and more specifically that I wanted my spark plugs and wires changed. The clerk said that not only does the tune up not exist as a service anymore, changing my spark plugs and wires would not magically fix my problem and I needed to have a full diagnostic run. I said fine, do what you have to. just fix my car. When I came to pick it up it ran like a dream. The clerk remarked looks like It just needed a tune-up.The services rendered came to just under $600. $100 for a computerized engine diagnostic and $100 for a courtesy diagnostic. The other $400 worth of services listed on my bill were as follows:1) change spark plugs2) change spark plug wires3) change fuel filterBut honestly, this was my fault. I could have paid more attention to the problems, attempted to fix these easy problems myself, or shopped around for service, but I didnt. I feel I was both overcharged and misled into getting expensive and unnecessary service and I think anyone who didnt know anything about cars would be similarly taken advantage of. I will not be going here again.

Maybe reasonable with tire prices but outrageously high with automotive repair.they quoted me a price of 1,800 dollars to replace an air conditioning compressor for a 09 Ford F-150.

I love this Firestone! Tina, Kevin, and George are knowledgeable and honest sales people and the mechanics are outstanding. If you need to have your car repaired, this is the place to do it.

Pack a lunch because you will be there all day!!!!😡 6 hours and 15 minutes for 2 tires and a wheel alignment. No one was on the same page as to what was going on..This is the second time this has happened to me. I will not be back!!!

This Firestone staff has been one of the most friendly, caring and knowledgeable I have had the pleasure of meeting.I was traveling from Texas to Florida on a Saturday when my tire blew on I-10 outside of New Orleans, triggering a fail safe that would not let me start the car. This was at around 6 pm so very few places were open, much less have a mechanic on hand to look at the issue. As they were closing up, having little business at that time, Steve and Victor took the time to check it out, quickly assess the problem and resolve it. They could have easily said sorry, well open again Monday, but they helped my brother and I greatly by taking the look. They got us back on the road in under an hour. I am grateful for their service when they did not have to give it, and would give them my highest recommendation.

Brought them 2 tires to mount and balance...price was high but did good job. Several months later I called for $$$ on 4 tires to mount and balance and all of a sudden they dont do that service. Total car care my ass.

Went in to get 6 of my tires replaced on my 1999 f350 dually. They went to the ends of the earth to get my tires the day i was to leave on my trip back to texas!And made me feel at home. Extremely courteous staff and had the best prices on the tires i wanted! Thanks guys im gonna switch from getting my tires changed at discount tire to yall at firestone!!!!

Had a few issues with this firestone when I first came here, but they were really fast to fix it and make it right for me. Tina and Craig are the best.

Were polite over the phone, and then when they had my car, which had a lifetime alignment, they didnt adjust anything and said the alignment was in spec. The toe was off, yet they didnt adjust it. Now Im 1200 miles away and the papers I got from this location were shown to another Firestone and they said the toe was bad to the point of wearing the tires. Be wary of which location you go to with lifetime alignments.

4.5 hours to change a battery (was told 2 hrs), I even called before I arrived to make sure the battery I needed was in stock.....wasn’t until I told them I needed to leave in 45 minutes regardless if they were finished did anyone do any real work. Who knows how long it would have taken if not.I should have trusted all the bad comments on here.

They got me back on the road it was decent enough time on the wait but they got us back on the road

This place is the laziest worthless place I have ever gone to get anything. Their attitude was awful and they said they didnt think they had time to take a rim off a tire and put it in a new one. Compared to firestone in Lafayette this place sucks

Told 1:30 wait time 3 hrs later still waiting.

Purchased tires online, sent them here for an install, dropped the truck off the night before so that it would be ready for 3 pm the next day at the latest, worker promised it to us for 1pm, was not ready for 1 pm or 3 pm. No reason for this when they have had the vehicle since the night before. Wont use this facility again
