On October 5th. 2021. Robert Tamplain WAS on top of his game to get me into my new 2021 Ford Escape as soon as possible and got all my paperwork completed and was able to drive off the lot that night.The shop and detail crew did a great job even staying to just at closing time to get my car detailed to make its way to its new home.Thats dedication!Not too often you get into a ride with just 3 miles on the odometer. It was love at first sight! No need to see anything else after seeing what this ride had to offer in features and the color was not one to pass up.It was just in time for me to make the STYX Concert the next week, 3 hours away!Perfect Luxury for a small vehicle. The trip and Concert were GREAT!Way to go you guys!!

Great experience. Everything went perfect and I was in and out in one hour. The Service writer (Lori) was very nice and professional. The tech was knowledgeable and caring. He made sure that I was satisfied with his solution to a problem that I had in the past. Its not often that you get service like this anymore!

Such a pleasant experience at Bayou Ford, with the help of Mr. Long Nguyen. He was able to take care of the bulk of everything over the phone since I live out of town. This made the signing of the papers a breeze when I got there today.I do think that they could have a better system of greeting customers as you walk in. The “lobby” area was stuffed with a truck, so I believe it was the fact that no one could see me. However, after a few minutes of standing there, I was greeted and it was smooth sailing and kindness all the way around. With that being said, that small thing does not deter me from giving a 5 star review for the otherwise exceptional service! Thanks again Bayou Automotive!!

Cody Jackson was my salesperson and she was fabulous!! She was able to help me get most of the paperwork done before we ever arrived and we were out of there in less than an hour and a half, test drive included! We were not prepared to get a new vehicle. But unfortunately it became necessary. And from Long (the sales person down to the finance manager) they are the best. Long seriously helped us. He did his best with what he had to work with- us- he got us the best deal he could and worked really hard. He was so patient and kind and we were able to drive away with a much needed truck. I had been talking to a sales guy to purchase a car. There system was down. I was ready to purchase. Test drove it. My salesman was home because the system was down in the meantime which was cool because there was nothing he could do at the time. He said he would contact me today if it was back up so we can precede. I contacted him today to find out he looked last night and the system was back up and someone had sold the car at 7pm. No one contacted him to see if his customer stilled wanted the car. I called for the manager twice. 3 hours pass no return call. The second call a salesman was determine he could help me. He made the comment to come in when i see something i like and ask for him. Now hes trying to steal his coworker customer/sale. He also said i sat back on the car and i couldnt do that and why i didnt give a down payment, but mind you there system was down. So just give money to them? Its A LOT of UN-professionalism going on at this location. Mind you Im still awaiting a return call from a GM.

Bayou Ford in Laplace LA are a gem in the industry. I’m here doing relief work after hurricane Ida and suddenly had trouble with my truck . It’s still under the extended warranty I purchased so I took it to the closest Ford dealer. Felt like I went 40 years back in time when I stepped into the service department. They genuinely cared about my situation and worked hard to resolve it. Gabriel and Kayte are both great. Walked over to sales to discuss the possibility of trading and met with Deanna M. She was also great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and hard working. This is what a dealership should be like. Unfortunately this is the only one I have had dealings with in many years that measures up.

My jeep was at a bayou dealership during the hurricane ida and their shop blew up and my truck was damaged and was given back to me like nothing happened.....My jeep has holes in the roof and water is just pouring in the paint is scratched and my mirror is broken

Ive used Bayou Ford many times as all of my vehicles are Ford. Both my 2013 Ford Taurus and my wifes 2013 Ford Flex have been serviced there regularly. Normally, I am very satisfied with the service at the location especially the folks who work at the service desk. That is why I was pretty dismayed when I called recently to try to get a part number for a part I needed and was told the only way I could get the part number is if I ordered a part. I asked twice to make sure I was understanding what the parts guy was telling me. He was willing to give me the cost but not the part number. After getting the price of the part, I hung up and dialed Gateway Ford in Pontchatoula and they were happy to give me the cost and the part number with no hassle.I will probably continue to have my vehicles serviced at Bayou due to the convenience but I wont be buying any parts from that location again. If the parts manager reads this, I hope they would consider retraining their parts folks because this is obviously a Bayou Ford policy and one that can and will alienate potential customers.
