Crew needs to be retrain. They don’t know how to do simple stuff other Office Depots locations can do. For every question I asked I was told we don’t know how to do that and I was referred to go online and do it myself something that could have been done in less than 5 minutes in the store. I went to the Office Depot in the Metairie location was in and out in no problem.

Unfortunately didn’t find what I was looking for but got great customer service from Mr. Lance appreciate him stopping what he was doing to come to my assistance

There amazing there place that i need to be for supplies but theirs always space for improvement. they have all types of supplies for kids in school but they have no clothing or shoes. anyways they are perfect where they are to me

I was given advice by an employee to purchase particular products that would lower my costs for ticket printing. I followed all directives. During the last phase which was bring my memory card to Office Depot Print Department to have them print tickets out. After 3 days of waiting they told me they couldnt do it, then they misplaced my memory card & ticket paper. On a positive note thet located my items and gave me a full refund 2 weeks later on my ticket purchase. By that time it was to late to sell tickets for program.

The management and employees always go out of their way to assist and help. On one occasion the manager stopped by another store to pick up a display port video cord for me! Thank you Office Depot!

Shopping Experience was good, but it was so dark inside. Many light bulbs were blown out. Appeared dark and a lil destitute.

Kind of hard to find as the store sits tucked into the corner of the shopping center next to home depot. Everything one would generally need for office, school, etc can be found here.

Lots of bare shelves. Prices are pretty high also
