Scott is very patient and took his time with my dad to make sure that he has the best experience with his new hearing aids! Very professional and went over and above the call of duty to make sure that everything was right. Pam, who works in the front office, is extremely accommodating and very friendly. Got Hearing aid last February. Specialist was unfamiliar with the program on how to adjust the settings . I had purchased RIC 19. Went back several times and I was still not pleased with the settings. I even had people standing by me and asking what the hum was (my Aid). I stopped wearing it 10 months ago. I am going to make another appointment with another specialist in another city to see if they can help.
