Only reason they get 2 stars is for having what I needed. If I didn’t need it, I would’ve walked out. The total time waiting for someone to ring up my purchase was longer than it took to drive over, park, go inside, grab it off the shelf and walk to the front of the store. The manager had been very busy, walking around on his cell phone, the 2 at the counter were busy chatting with customers, and the 3 of us in line were just left standing and waiting. Absolutely horrible service and I won’t be returning. I should’ve stuck to ordering from Amazon or O’Reilly’s.

One of the places you can get the auto parts at fair prices and not as crowded as the others.. .you can order on line and just go and pick it up!.

Terrible service the employees do not even know where the parts are located inside the store, apart from the fact that their handling in Google in the hours they do not fix it as they close at 8 or 9 and they closed the store at 7:20! A Favor that when they decide to change the schedule, they put it correctly in Google, we are people who are guided by that means.Zero stars !!
