The whole process was slow they need to do something to speed up their load/unload times

Never experienced anything like that. Loaded in 15 minutes, thats including check in and docking time. Good place, hope to be back there any time.

3hrs here and still not loaded. Appointment at 12pm now its past 3pm.

Guard was rude office people were slow but was loaded in a timely manner.

Be prepared to come with lots of patience the guard is very rude and starts arguments with you he stands so far away from your truck to try to check you in that neither one of you can hear each other when you finally do get a dock door you stand for 10 minutes in front of the window where everybody 14 employees all look at you and nobody will come to the window to check you in

Usually quick and friendly. Can be tight in there when they are busy. Not unlike most of the shippers around Laredo.

Warehouse workers need to learn customer service

Pick up frieght here but warehouse folks can be rude. If your early they make you wait and if your late they are sarcastic too

Absolute nightmare, the rude midget at the check-in gate and the recieving guy are far the worst representation of Bosch as a company, checked in 5/22/19 at 09:00 got out at 15:00 after they tried to unnecessarily push my appointment to the following day
