Horrible customer service and a very combative associate in their service dept. no need for their tone and lack of respect, regarding a payment issue. never getting a car ever again from them.

My husband and I were just driving through, and We’re forced to stop due to our AC not working. We thought it was going to be a all day event, and very costly. The service department was so great and so up front. They were very honest and helpful. I wish our service department in Alabama was as helpful. Thank you guys for everything. Truck broke down shop took 3 days to diagnose and never called back to check on status the worst experience ever. They don’t pick up when you call they just forward them

The price for the vehicle was ok. Sales rep assumed all 2020 vehicles come with Bluetooth he was wrong. We wanted to dissolve the deal and get into a vehicle that did have bluetooth for the same payment offered,vehicle was only 2300 more but we got denied. Had to get the steering column replaced on a brand new vehicle. Went back with a noise in the ac the service advisor said it was normal noise, after evaluation compressor and lines needed to be replaced. Dodge is the place of assumption becareful with the customer service. Felt ignored after so many attempts to reach a rep for an update on the vehicle. Honestly I regret giving them my business.

Only place I would consider for service. This is the best service department this side of the Mississippi. Great prices, and great people.

I have had my Caravan serviced at other dealers before, but I will not bring it to another place that is not Laredo Dodge. This was the best service department. I can not say enough about them all.

Worst service ever two to three weeks to get your vehicle back and when you do get it back the problem still hasnt been resolved. If you do go to take you vehicle there DO NOT get Kylie Ramos as your service representative she is very rude when you call to check on the progress of your vehicle and most of the time she doesnt even answer your call or message. Advice you to take your vehicle somewhere else.

Took my car in for defective stereo was told it would be a week it’s been 4 weeks and still no stereo was told by Brando it’s not his job to keep customer informed of status of parts of it wasn’t for this covid 9 I would have gone to San Antonio Texas I will keep waiting.....

They Never answer or call me back my truck was in for service they told me maximum 3 days and its already 2 weeks and everytime i call they tell me that it will be ready one day then i call and they change to another day BAD SERVICE
