Saturday mornings are busy at Mr Frog, but regardless of the volume of customers they have the technicians always do a great job. Went in for my scheduled oil change and was in / out in 30 minutes. Always a satisfied customer due to their quality products and extensive knowledge of the Automobile and all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Mr Frog for your next oil change.

Always less then 10 minutes. They do not carry the oil brand I use so I take my own oil and filter and pay $27 in labor. Friendly service and always advise me if my vehicles need other services. I have been a customer for over 5yrs. Great place to go if you do not want to wait for hours for a simple oil change.

Don’t ever go to Walmart again for an oil change. Avoid yourself the long wait and bad customer service! Mr. Frog’s staff not only was professional and friendly, they actually took the time to explain the different type of packages and pin pointed additional problems with my vehicle at no additional cost. Employees all had masks tucked under their chin. Customers took their masks off too and employees didn’t say anything.1000+ active covid-19 cases in Laredo and packed hospitals. Thanks for doing your part guys.

The lady at the front had her face mask down while eating a lollipop, there was a group of people. Don’t come here if you want to wait close to an hour to get a state inspection. Not professional at all.

Went in for a regular 7 dll inspection and left with a broken tail light that is easily going to cost me 100+.Inspector said I had to replace a bulb and i gave him the ok trusting that they would take care of it. They boast great service but cant own up to their mistakes. Tail light housing dont just fall off. If my twilight went unnoticed who knows what else they dont tell customers. Make sure to inspect your vehicle before leaving because they will not own up to messing up and compensating damage.

Rating it a one star because when I went for a inspection sticker they gave me to many excuses. Bottom line the did not do it.

Crappy customer service and overpriced. Plus they don’t tell you about the coupons unless you ask or till after you pay.

Fast n friendly, you wont have to worry about the employees putting in cheap oil or breaking drain bolts or other related oil parts like Wal-Mart :)

I like the attention and the service. I have been receiving the service for a long time, but like everything there are exceptions. I stopped going a long time ago because according to what they marked on the service sheet that they had put water on the windshields and it was not true and that caused me to mistrust. The prices for me are a bit expensive. But I got used to it.
