This place was fantastic! They worked with us to get a great KING SIZE bed set that is originally $2100. We will definitely be coming back here to finish out our house! Highly recommend

First purchase from the fantastic .. Second was a bed.. Very disappointed.. They can set the bed up and forgot the wood slats .. Came back a week later after we called them and put them in .. 2 weeks later I bump the bed with my leg and seems like something is broken inside the bed . Which of course you can not see with the naked eye.. I called the store and the manger called the owner and the owner said they won’t do anything about it.. need I say anything else

I bought a beautiful sectional with 3 recliners. One of the recliners is not working. When I called, I was told I have to pay for them to send a tech, even when I paid insurance for 3 years at the moment of the purchase. Its incredible that insurance covers even a cigarette burn and dont cover malfunctions of the mechanism. First and last time buying here.

I received a call from Furniture Distribution Center regarding my previous review. I didnt plan to put another review. However, after this call with Vanessa, I would like to share my experience of additional poor customer service. She called asking me to take down my previous post. She was talking 100 miles a minute explaining how it was the holiday weekend and they were busy, so it was hard for them to be able to do all the deliveries and I needed to take down my post. I thought that was fair and despite the fact I wasnt able to get same day delivery as advertised on that Saturday I was fine with it.Of course I am not happy they then canceled my 2nd delivery day on Sunday and then again they canceled my 3rd delivery day on Monday. My next delivery is now Saturday a full week later. I am ok with it and I was trying to tell Vanessa I would take the post down as long as my delivery comes in time on Saturday, is not canceled again and it is a very good delivery experience including everything in great shape, placed where I need it, etc..Unfortunately, Vanessa wouldnt even let me speak. I could have said, yes I am taking it down right now and she wouldnt have heard me. She wouldnt stop talking. She kept saying take it down and why 3 or 4 times. I tried to stop her and was saying I will if... and of course I couldnt say anything else. I asked her to stop for a second and listen to me. She stopped and I started to say something and she started back again into telling me to take it down and why due to the holiday weekend.Its sad because I was telling her I would but she refused to listen to me. Why would someone call, ask you to do something special and not even let you talk. It became so bad, I just hung up. I am sure the company will see this and if they have someone call again, you should let the customer talk and not just tell them stuff hoping it works.I was going to work with them, but they didnt even give me a chance. I would think they would have someone that is more calm calling when they are asking a favor of a customer. Especially when the customer is willing to work with them on the issue they called about.

Great choice for someone with a limited budget looking for quality furniture fast. Will be back!

Awful! Do not buy here. I was happy to find a nice furniture set. They advertise same day delivery. Unfortunately, they were unable to give me same day delivery. So they said I would get it the next day. Then the next day they called and told me they cant deliver the next day. I cleared my schedule and made sure I was home for the delivery. The best it could be delivered is a week later based on my availability and their availability. Dont be fooled, they wont deliver same day. Either too late in day or we have issues with our delivery folks. The worst part is it took me 3 calls to be able to cancel my order. Buyer beware.

I just want to say buying furniture is not a fun task when you are buying everything new!My experience at Furniture Distribution Center in Countryside mall was fantastic.Working with Ryan was great because he was able of being informative while making us feel comfortable and great with the Items we where deciding to purchase.I ended up Purchasing 2 Full bedroom sets including beds and box spring, while getting my gorgeous grey leather couch that recline. We got some additional stuff that Ryan also helped us with like additional night stand and a dining room table for 8 people.Not to mention the prices are absolutely great for people who dont want to buy furniture at 5X the price that average retailers sell them at.All and All Ryan is definitely a great sales person and would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market to go and take a look at what they offer.Lastly the do have a no credit financing program that is also good for people who do not have good credit score.

This is the best place if you want to buy your furnitures. Costumer service is excellent and the pricing is the best as well.

Super deceaving name, they are not a large furniture store. Theyre a small store on the first floor of the mall and carry roughly 3 beds and 3 couches. Double the number of couches if you include color options. The employee was friendly and knowledgeable but I was confused by the reality of the physical location and selection

I stopped by the store and had a great experience. The sales ladies were very nice and helpful. I purchased 2 bedroom and couch set and got it the same day. Super happy with all the new furniture in my new apartment.

Quality furniture at unbeatable prices. Easy in-out sales process. I never write reviews because Im honestly not impressed by much. This store saved my boyfriend and I so much time, instead of having to go to countless furniture stores only to be disappointed. Everything in the store is very comfortable as well!
