Roberto at Laredo location of Texas Discount Furniture store was excellent! He worked with us remotely, sending pictures of in-stock furniture, mattresses, etc to enable us to completely outfit an empty home. The guys who delivered and installed the 20+ items we bought were great, too. In store, the displays were terrific and inspiring. Although the employees or management seemed a little over the top about Covid and our masks being on properly (sign of the times 🙄), I’d suggest calling Roberto and having him assist you! Our place is near Cotulla and everything was delivered the next day. Incredible.

Worst experience ever, I purchase some furniture on May 3rd and they were supposed to deliver it on Tuesday May 18th, but on May 17th I received a call from the sales person that they had made a mistake and sold the furniture that I had already paid for and said that if I wanted a different one that I didnt like for $100 less. The store manager, Steve, that was in charge that day told me that he had no control and couldnt do anything about the situation.

DONT TRUST THEM. SEEMS LIKE IT IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM. ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK . I PAID IF FULL. THEY SAID O REFUNDS. GUESS I WILL HAVE TO GET AN ATTORNEY. IT IS NOT THE TIME, JUST THAT THEY LIE TO PEOPLE. I WILL SPEND MORE MONEY ON AN ATTORNEY, THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE COUCH.... BUT THEY HAVE TO STOP DOING THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

Ive been to this store a few times and I finally decided on a set of dining chairs to coordinate with my existing table. Its awesome having a small, in the neighborhood option, from the big box stores. First off, the people that manage/own the store are absolutely lovely to work with, quick to help, but stay out of your way as well, and are not pushy at all. I tend to be “particular” about my furniture, and spent a few trips coming in to weigh different options. The sofas/ couches are also surprisingly comfortable. All the offerings at Texas Discount Furniture are well made, and all the chairs are solid wood, the fabrics are stylish and durable, and the price point is VERY fairly priced, even on the lower end. If your looking for furniture pieces on a budget, yet want some stylish options, I would highly recommend this place.

I was in the market for a new mattress and was recommended by a co-worker of mine to go to Texas Discount Furniture. I went with my sister to go check them out and was greeted by Terry(Sales Person) and Mr. Alvarez ( Store Manager). They were both wonderful people and made me feel comfortable. I got a great deal on a mattress set and I’m looking forward to buying a new living room set soon. They have the best customer service in town!! If you’re looking for home furniture ask for Terry or Mr. Alvarez they have the best deals in Laredo.

Not so good prices

I got a really good deal, bedroom,living room and dining room set for a really good price. Way better than L.F.D, Jessica was an outstanding person, She needs a raise or promotion cause she help us alot and were happy with our purchase. Will definitely go back and buy more stuff if needed or if its time to upgrade 👌👌

Weve purchased several items at Texas Discount Furniture and have been very pleased with the quality of everything. Their prices are reasonable, and merchandise is generally in stock. When some things have had to be ordered, they deliver *earlier* than expected! Who does that? Most places draw out delays. Their sales staff and delivery men have always been courteous and accommodating.

Great furniture went there a week to late found some awesome sofas but had just purchased some the week before at Lacks my lost.

Great deals on great quality products. They have Ashley furniture for way better prices. The staff is wonderful and will try to help you with your budget as best possible. Great prices and exelent customer service. They were having problems with the computer so we had to wait a couple of minutes and because of that, they deducted 100 dollars off our purchase. We loved it.

If they tell you that the furniture you are buying is in stock.... I suggest you ask them to DOUBLE check. Because then you’ll get a phone call the day of your delivery that.. “It was a mistake and you have to wait a whole week” (lady was rude about it as well) Your contract starts the day you buy it, and the program is 3 months to pay full or you’ll end up paying more than the buying price passing those three months due to % . The good thing is that acceptance now does help you out with this inconvenience, they work separately. You will end up making scheduling arrangements for a upsetting phone call and having to fix it in your convenience.

Couldnt test the mattress, they were advertising. They didnt have it. It had to be ordered and if that happen and I didnt like it, it couldnt be return. What a way to sell things - blindly. Have to trust a picture and its description. What they did have there, I found it at a lesser price at Sears - a Sealy made mattress, reduce by 64%. With a 10 year guarantee.

Horrible. Lie about the prices and they dont tell customers about the contract that your pay double or tripled the amount say on the tag. Also when paying payment that give you different amount each time. Your paying more than what you wanted to pay. Its not worth that much for the product. I can fine the same thing in LFD for cheap and they dont have hidden thing. What every the price tag in LFD that the price your getting.

Fooling customers and believing that nobody reads google reviews is a mistake of many companies I will tell you my experience; Trying to save a few hundred dollars I decided to buy some furniture and its insurance from this store. Then, in less than 6 months, a mattress sank on one side. After spending weeks visiting their premises, calling and emailing them with photos for the insurance claim ... I cant take the situation anymore; I decide to go back to the store and pay them the 35 dollars (which they surcharge you to apply the insurance for which you already paid along with the product). They come to review and take photos with the phone (which does not have the necessary quality to show anything). They tell me that they will not change the mattress because they look at a shadow which is not stain or dirt, it is the product of the light in the room that shines semi-yellow since it is not LED. They themselves say: that sometimes you see it and sometimes you dont -and I ask them to say where and they stay explaining- that sometimes they see it sometimes they dont, I dont know what series they will watch on Netflix;) I understand that I dont change anything if its stained, but thats not my case. I feel ripped off. They charge me for services which they do not apply, justifying themselves with excuses from childrens stories, the truth is that I prefer not to continue wasting time and money with them. I recommend getting away from there, spending a few more dollars, and going to another store with better customer service. Believe me, you will save twice as much in the long run. You can read my reviews in google and you will see that this is the only negative since with this I only try to prevent the same from happening to others because there is nothing worse than being scammed. In conclusion they have terrible customer service, their furniture is of poor quality and their insurance service is a fraud.

Very expensive and the furniture is of regular quality, apart, the delivery service is bad as the deliveryman Bryan is very rude.
