Staff were amazing, and helped me find books similar to the one I wanted when we couldnt find it.

I liked this book store even though I did not get anything! Its really big, clean, and has a nice simple but pleasant atmosphere to it. Plenty of inventory to stipend through to, and Lord was there plenty I wanted to get! Didnt need service but from what I saw they were nice and helpful enough! Great book store, would recommend if i had to!

Worst EXPERIENCE of my life!!!! The general manager is extremely rude and must be fired!!! I would give one star but it doesn’t let me. I am letting everyone know that they shouldn’t go to BAM because of that disgusting general manager!!!!!

This store has horrible customer service. They were very rude on the floor and at cashier. Seemed to be bothered by having people there. Left the store and order the book I needed on Amazon. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I know most people buy books online from big A, I always encourage buying from your local retail store, maybe it’s a B&B or maybe a Books a Million, I love, love my local Books a Million, love the store itself, the always friendly and knowledgeable staff and the fact that the one time I could not find what I was looking for they offered to order it for me.So yes, I thoroughly recommend our local Books a Million.

I love this store so much

I really like going into BAM, aside from having many books (obviously), they have so many genres. From history, to modern times anything! The staff are welcoming, and they wil go out of their way to find the book your looking for.

Came here in December and it was lovely, they helped out as much as they could. I wanted to buy my girlfriend a manga, and the staff member that actually knew about it helped out a whole lot. The place looked really nice, everything was organized, and they had some other merchandise (I actually bought a pillow), and they all seem well made. All-in-all, loved this place.

Its a really relaxed environment perfect for book lovers. The cashier are also very up to date with pop culture which makes them really easy to talk to. Would recommend to book lovers.

The place is well organized. Really easy to find a book. The customer service is okay. I wish they can carry academic books other than for dummies

Books-A-Million always has a vast array of books, manga and graphic novels from different genres. Its everything a book lover could want. Not only that, there are cute knickknacks for lovers of Harry Potter, Game of Thrones and more. Other items available for purchase are board games, party games (most notably Cards Against Humanity), and mystical items such as tarot cards, tunes, crystals and Oujia boards. There is so much to see and buy in Books-A-Million.

My kids and I enjoy visiting this store whenever possible. The staff is friendly and we never leave BAM empty handed. Ive purchased books available at store, and at other times request books that arrive at a later date but Ive never had problems with any merchandise. We buy a variety of books from graphic novels to young adult books, fiction, cookbooks, bookmarks, etc. I LOVE, Love, love this place. Keep up the good work guys!! :)

If your looking for a good read of any kind of books like comics, novels and original hardcovers. Books a million, is a great place to find them.

Definitely spent too much here, would do it again. Merchandise could use more variety, unless one is a fan of Funkos (most prominent piece of merchandise here and everywhere else).

I was able to find The Elf on the Shelf kit once December had started and all other stores were sold out. They have plenty of copies and even in Spanish.

They have a decent selection of books as well as nice gifts. Their prices are a little steep but the store is well organized and clean.

To call the inventory here huge would be an understatement. There are just so many books and collectibles with a wide variety of topics, all which are easy to find given that there are labels all over the store plus the workers there are super friendly and welcoming.
