I have had my phone repaired several times at this Mobile Addiction location. On Wednesday evening, 08/18/21, I showed up there minutes before closing time with a shattered cell phone screen. Despite the late hour, I was pleasantly greeted and assured my phone would be repaired immediately. Both Juan and Edwin attended me and between both of them my phone was repaired in record time and is again functioning perfectly. I was treated courteously and professionally and I will definitely give them more business in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with the cell phone(s).

I would give zero stars if I could!!! I took my Iphone 12 Pro Max in for back glass replacement on Monday August 9, I got it back the next day on Tuesday when I realize that my flash was not working, something I never had a problem with before taking my phone in. I then take it back the same day and then I got it back on Saturday August the 14th when I then realized that my Main camera was not focusing how it should be, I also got a notification saying my flashlight was disabled and that my phone needed to cool down before using it. (My phone has been over heating which I never had happen before taking it in) l called and they told me to take it in on Monday the 16th which I didn’t take because this would be my 3rd time taking it in and thats more times than the times I should have left it!! I’m very disappointed that I received my phone with more problems that it never had! I was led to this business because of the reviews and was even willing to pay more here than with other phone business technicians. I don’t recommend they will try to fix your phone but will leave it worse!!!! Take at your own risk your device will not be left the same!!

My prior experience left me less than satisfied at the service that was rendered on my phone. However, I was quickly contacted by the owner, who took note of my previous review and reached out to address my issues.They acted swiftly, ordered a new part right away. They even took the time to review, with me, about the issues that remained after that initial repair; watch, I very much appreciate.I was assisted by Edwin and Angel, they were professional, and took the extra time to see what was wrong. The time for repair was longer, which was fine, and it clearly showed in the end result. My phone screen looks as clear as when I took it out of the box, the finger print scanner now works as it should have, and the touch feedback is now very responsive, it feels like it did before the screen broke.Despite the initial setback, if I have an issue again with my phone, I will come back here; now that they are familiar with my phone, I hope, in turn, it helps them be able to fix it with more efficiency in the future.I would recommend this shop since they have shown that they are quick to respond to issues, and do what they can to fix them.

Took my iPhone XR to get a screen replacement and when I got it back I noticed that there’s a visible light in the front speaker and front face camera with the red censors also visible something that I’ve never seen before fixing it and my battery live drains faster.Truly disappointed

Terrible service service I took my phone over a cracked sceeen phone wasent having any problems they fixed it I left there place,phone screen dident work properly and after a full day of use battery stopped working now phone Dosent work at all

I had never cracked a screen before and after a rough morning where my screen ended up shattered I took my phone in and Edwin ended up saving my life! He didn’t have the screen needed, but was able to get one from another location and had my phone ready to go within the hour. Good customer service but the phones dont come out the same. They either leave it with a small defect or mess another feature up like cameras or batteries.

My ipad needed fixing and they cleaned it and the gentleman there didnt charge me for the service...i am now a happy satisfied customer and from now on all my phone and ipad needs will be serviced here...i highly recommend the service here politeness and great service are the order of the day

Recently went in for an iPhone issue (phone wouldn’t turn on or charge) and I was helped by Edwin. He took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. Told me to be back in 30 minutes after I had explained what the issue was. Came back 30 minutes on the dot and he had my phone back on and running smoothly. He explained what the issue was (bad cable under home button) and how it was affecting my phone, he also explained thoroughly what he did to repair it. Now my phone has a functioning home button, maintains a charge, and works properly. He also was able to save me a good amount of money with the repair. I expected a $60+ expense but it only cost me around $30. I highly recommend this place, and Edwin as well. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that works in a time-efficienct manner. Definitely coming back if I have any issues in the future!

A friend had great service a few years ago when he had to replace the battery and screen on his iPhone. My recent experience didnt have a good ending, but no charge after a diagnostic and trying two new batteries on my Galaxy 6s Plus Edge. I was told it was a motherboard issue. 😥

Dropped my phone and made my phone unusable while on business in the US... im in the middle of a business trip away from my normal surroundings and unsure of what to do... stumbled accross this repair store and they had me up and running in minutes... fair price and great customer service, even spent time helping me find my way back to my hotel... really nice guys, to top it off i was so happy and tried multiple times to tip the counter staff $70 and they would not take it... this place clearly cares about the customer and not just the profits!!I wish we had shops like this in the UK!

Omg! After having the worst day ever having to find a place to fix my screen, Edwin at mobile addiction was there for my friend and I. He was able to fix my iPhone 6s Plus screen and her iPhone 6s screen as well. He only took 45 mins and the phone screens look amazing. The price is great as well!
