Horrible customer service! Went in on Sunday, August 29th around noon. Management needs to retrain the individuals who were there asap. We needed help with a Verizon cell phone and the wanted nothing to do with us because it wasnt a paying transaction. Made 3 trips into the store and being told misinformation before we gave up and left. Issue still unresolved!
After 8 years of being overcharged and the worst customer service I decided to look for some other options and OMG, in paying half of what I payed for almost a decade. Sad is the way that you taje care of your clients
Store is very clean and there was 5 different representatives to help out. Guy who helped us out was kind of knowledgable on some of the devices. He help us out with the transaction and even put on the new cover glass on the phone. He just lacked more motivation and a bit of customer service. Spending 1000 dollars should bring a different vibe to the table, specially customer service. Overall it was ok.
After been struggling to get to this location to have screen protect on one of my business line it was so difficult they cannot touch my phone or even provide me a service and making fun of me so what’s the reason for them to be open ? Seriously we can buy phone online or over the phone & I am not even from town I was short on drivers and I have to drive my big rig truck to inside the plaza I won’t leave my little girl by herself but it’s all good and I appreciate the bad experience 👎👎👎👎

I am rating the establishment I went to, and not the company as a whole. The company is a bit too expensive and the network is good but not amazing for its price. Now the service at this location is awesome. The staff has been there for quite a good while, and they know what they are doing. They are very friendly, and will try their best to actually solve your problems. Everyone can have a bad day, but out of the 20+ times I have come to this location I have always walked out with a very pleasant experience. So I would recommend this establishment.
I felt lied to every step of the way.My bill is way more than I was told etc.And now 2 months later I crack the screen and need to use the insurance which I did get.I was told that if I crack the front back or both that it would be $29But of course I crack the back and its $250I cant stand verizon I feel screwed every time I deal with them.Steer clear!
It costed me an extra $100 dollars to return the phones I didnt want it the first place (a restocking fee) that I was talked into buying buy the sales person that knew very little about the phones, which you would think would be there main thing to learn since they are a phone salesman)She had no idea which phones had more ram or better resolution or why those things might be important.Just this ones cheaper... hmm do you think maybe there might be reasons why one is more?Or why do they even make more options?To her they were all the same so better to get cheaper. But I wanted it to edit video so I had to exchange which costed me $100
Wow. Spent 2 1/2 hours and they cant even solve the problem. That girl Yvette was laughing all time with her friend and other representatives besides the manger using their cellphones instead of trying to help me. I have a business account and told yvette to cancel it she gave me such a rude attitude. Stay away from this store save your time and dont waste your day here they will not solve your issue.

I just want to say that verizon trap me with a deal 8 years ago. After a month, i came to realize that the bill was extremely high in compare of what they promised me. I was young and really believed their promise. After 8 years, they keep bothering me and stalking me about the debt. I wonder how legal is that.

My experience have always been nice. The staff have been friendly and helpful. They do get busy during peak hours but they do have 2 kiosks to pay your bill. The kiosk is simple and easy to use touch screen with a number key pad . It doesnt accept cash only debit/credit card. Also they do have a restroom if the waiting takes long.***2020 Update: the kiosks now accepts cash makes payment much faster and easier. FYI:it doesnt give change back. It counts it for next month bill.

Why is it that when I went over there on Friday, May 28th to a closed store (my mistake) and looked up the hours on google + the official verizon website it said they were only open Tuesday/Wednesday.Tuesday comes around I got ready to finally get a new phone to replace my broken one and this Verizon location all of a sudden says theyre only open on Friday/Saturday/Monday?

Wow is this the worst place ever to come get a new phone. The staff is not attentive and tries to upsell you, the assistant manager is extremely rude and the person named barf is a very rude and impatient it. I recommend one stays away from this store. The store manager is also very unprofessional.
I have countlessly exhausted all efforts 2 try to get service with Verizon in multiple States. And have received less then helpful service and assistance from Verizon associates. From online orders to in store visits and even calls to customer service the associates have not been capable and /or knowledgeable enough to resolve issues preventing a new customer account. Therefore I will not be using Verizon for my wireless needs going forward, nor will I be recommending Verizon.
Best Verizon I have ever been to! No long wait. Reps were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They fixed my phone problem right away. Well stocked. I will be back when timw to upgrade. Highly recommend!

Very low employee knowledge about many products and features such as the byod process. I had a compatible galaxy s8 I wanted to use on the prepaid plan. Your website says its compatible. Here I was turned away TWICE by the same woman who I wont name because Im not trying to get anyone fired. I just need help from a professional.I dont ask for a lot. I pay the bill on auto pay every month and only need you every 3 years when I want to get a sim for my unlocked new phone.Go to the location on San Bernardo. I was done there in 10 minutes and Im typing this review on my Galaxy S8 and on the Verizon network you said I couldnt connect it to.What a waste of resources it is to have a location open but not use any of them to properly train employees on the product.
