My boyfriend bought me this pin recently approx a month ago. Today I went back to buy another exact same one for my sister and as We stood in front of the register to pay, the store employee Mariana saw our chosen pins that we were purchasing and told another store employee “look that’s the pin I wanted “ then she turns around and begins to charge us all the pins except THE ONE SHE WANTED“ and said “ I charged you all pins except for one because it needs to be sent back to corporate and that it’s discontinued “I can’t sell you that pin “. She probably thought we couldn’t hear her across the register when she said she wanted that pin. I called store manager for reassurance but wasn’t very helpful either. I always shop at hot topic and I am very disappointed with how the employee “M” took the item we wanted away from us in front of our faces just to keep for herself. This is very wrong what she did.

My daughter loves this place for all her jewelery stuff and my son for his pop figurines. ❤❤❤

Love to shop here for shirts and merchandise for brands or franchises that you cant find anywhere else

Like most Hot Topics Ive been to, it was fun to come in here and browse stuff! The selection is fun and variable and easy to pick from if you wanted to grab something! The staff was a little busy but I didnt get anything anyway so I didnt mind and they seemed to be attentive to the people they spoke to! Area is a little small but clean and easy to walk through as needed. Give it a shot, I didnt have any problems whatsoever!

The new lay out amazing. Its very easy to socal distance.

Friendly staff but store needs to be bigger, it pretty cramped.

All the workers were nice and curious always love stopping by here for band, anime, and other shirts.

The staff was friendly, there were nice sales and discounts that the staff promoted as well. Another thing I liked is that the employees were helpful but not overbearing. The only downside is that the store is a little cramped, so maybe it might be best to visit during off peak hours.

Great customer service. Ladies actually remembered us from when we went during Halloween. Amazing since we were not in costume. Only negative, store is very warm to hot.

I used to love it, but its all messy now and nowhere to walk. The workers do not even try and help you or ask questions, or even just talk to you like they use to! Theyre on their phones a lot or just talking to one another. Even during checkout.

Love the store except its too small and cluttered. Definitely need to expand to have a better shopping experience.

Now that I am older I stopped shopping here, so the only thing I would say is the reason I rated it neutral is because it isnt really a place for someone who is much older to shop unless you still have your parents buying for you, however the shirts are still as always the option I would say I would continue to buy from here.Since you can find most bands here, you can find a great few shirts of course if your still in your younger environment or you are buying for your rebel daughter I am sure you can find him or her a gift here ^^ they will like mostly anything here.Online it is a little more expensive, but they to have shoe exclusive which I think are the greatest things they actually last so I would recommend buying shoes here. Sadly the pants dont last very long and you could probably get the same kind of pants somewhere else. The shirts dont fade as fast, and is the only thing I would recommend.Some of the things they have here you can buy online for way more cheaper and probably at wholesale price. (Buttons, bows. etc)The employees are nice, and seem to be in style with whatever people are buying from there just like always. I miss when they had the stamped coupons instead of the bucks ^^Anyways now my sister buys from here now, it is a little more toned down in the adult department unlike spencers so basically if your underage come here and buy unless you want to see some adult products.Anyway I recommend as more of a gifting place and their shirts other than that ^^ have fun being young !! ^^
