Worst experience ever. These people dont know the meaning of customer service. I definitely will never be coming back. Workers dont care about customers. Just there for a check. How do people like this get hired in the first place.

Waited more than an hour to get what I wanted. Office Depot system of signing people using thier phone is not effective and not working. I was waiting and not even on the waiting list! The lady that was there did a great job in taking care of what I needed and was fast. But the system in signing people in to get thier personal info is not.

It takes forever to get copies here even if it is only one page. I have also tried to order my copies online for pick up and this takes long too. They have self service but they charge you extra if you dont print enough pages.

Was in the market for a chair and decided to buy one there. The staff have good communication, the employee I asked for help immediately found somebody that can help me order one. Excellent friendly and fast service, was really impressed. Will make office depot my go-to if Im ever in the market for something again.

More than 1 hour wait just to fax 2 pages. Ridiculous!!

They try to make you download an app to use their printing service or else they make you give them your personal information to be able to wait in line for over ten minutes. I left this place before my turn was called because they took too long. I went to PrintXpress on McPherson where it cost me half as much and I supported a local business.

I believe that office Depot personal should be more attractive to the person they are helping. And do go to the next person until they finish with the person they are helping. Which people have a certain time to get things done during the day.

I wanted to call out Mr. Jesus for taking the time and looking up prices for me, over the phone. He was calm, polite, and patient. It definetely felt nice to talk to a staff that was willing to assisnt. Thank you.

The staff is slow as a turtle. If one person is in front of you prepare to wait half an hour. Plan accordingly.

I had a horrible experience with a banner & poster that were ordered since Thursday & was told on Sunday it had been misplaced & the person that does them didn’t come to work. I needed it no longer than Monday morning. They offered my money back but no banner or poster. I’m waiting for a manager that said he’d print it for me today by 2 pm. We’ll see

They really need to put more and better employees at the printing station. It looks like they hire just about anyone. No people skills whatsoever. How hard is it to print something from an email without giving people attitude. You just click on it and hit print. Its not rocket science.

Pathetic service! This guys have you wait in line just to sign you up. Then the sign you up and have you wait some more. Then they take forever. Dont recommend it go elsewhere.

The person that took care of us very well informed about his position @ worked and very helpful I dont know his name but very young. Thanks for being of great help.

Medium sized store, helpful staff. Copy center is usually busy, it is however very efficient and the staff is knowledgeable. Quick checkout and friendly employees.

Average Office Depot located in a declining shopping area. Difficult to see from the I-35 lateral. Sufficient parking. Store employees are helpful. Store is dimly lit. Has sufficient though not plentiful stock.

If i could give it zero stars i would. Printing station is horrible. You would think they would do better since that is their main business. Freaking slow too.

Printing section is soooooooooooooo slooooooooooooooooow with 2 people in front if me I had to wait like 15-20 mins in line and I come here often. Ill just buy my own printer and buy overpriced ink cartridges every 3 weeks from now on I guess.

Incompetente management and customer service. All the personal cannot perform the simplest of tasks. I went to use the only self printer they have. Because of past experiences I rather do everything my self and not bother with employees. That day the printer had a paper jam. So I had to make the line to be helped. Waited until was my turn. I tell the employees to fix the printer and to give me photography paper and the employee sarcastically told me that that was not the name of the paper. I ignored him and I asked politely to fix the paper jam in the printer. He takes a lock at it turns it of and tells to make him a favor and turn the printer back again after a minute. He left me their and started to take care of some one else. He never came back or checked on me again. After some time of standing there I ask if I was going to be helped. Then another employee told me that the printer was not working and that he would help me. Then I go whit him to be help, but then he tells me he cant make the prints, becarse, it is not my work and that the images are braking the copy right law. I tell him that it not braking any law, because is all my work. Then he seed that I was not capable of making that kind of profesional artwork. To that point I left him to and proceeded to make a complain to manager. I spoke whit a female manager that did not want to give me her full name. After explaining my frustration whit the employees she tells me she cant do nothing about it. She then decided to change the conversation by telling me that people are starting to complain more and that she can not make everyone happy. I tell her why are you blaming me and or other customers, you are the incompetent manager that do not have the experience to fix the paperjam by canceling the past order in the printer. And those not know haw to fallow proper rules and regulations. Then she seed if I did not like it I could go she tells me to another print store. Then she resides a call and tells me she needs to leave. I ask her wear was she going? And she seed she had to go open a door. I told her that she is was not done and had not fixed my problem. She ignored and left me their and she never came back or give me an apology. I decided to leve the store and I waisted a full hour of my day. This is not the first time I had this kind of tretment. Theirs a male manager whit a mustache that has giving me this kind of treatment in the past. Is not one managers or emplee is all of them. I have 10years of being a professional artist and graphic designer and never in my life I have seen such incompetent store. None of them know the basics of graphic design, computer skills and customer service. I had a horrible experience and fill relly disappointed.

The business center in this place needs to replace the person that was there (she had long, black wavy hair). She is rudeI had cards copied on card stick and needed them cut. Her volume cutter was not working and when I asked her if they had another way to cut them she said she had a wheel cutter but it would be 39 cents per cut (each page had 2 cuts). She was very rude when she told me that. Rolling eyes and all. If she had told me the cutter was broken when I made the copies I wouldve gone someplace else.

Coustomer Service is the worst!!!!! Stud around for 45 minutes waitting for the Tech person to do a diagnostic test on a lap top. He was helping other coustomers selling a deck. REALLY!!!!! THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING!!!!
