New facility on I-35 frontage Rd. Weekend deliveries for live unload require an appointment because its overtime and the customer has to approve it. I didnt have an appointment for Saturday April 24th so I had to come back Monday morning. Its 1st come, 1st served Monday thru Friday. The workers begin at 0900. If you arrive earlier you can pull in, go along the north side, flip a u-turn and park along the curb until just before 0900. Then you can drive up to the guard shack on the north side. There are 2 lanes, #1 on the left is for live loads, #2 on the right is for drop/hook. There are signs to direct you. I was a live unload so I had to go around the building and check in next to dock 57. I was unloaded within an hour. Lots of room to navigate my huge sleeper truck into the dock. The exit is on the south side of the building. I would be happy to come here again.

Usually I have no issues delivering here but today the guard shack took way to much time checking me in. For us truck drivers if our wheels arent spinning we aint making money an it took 2 hours to check in 3 trucks. Finally some old man from security came in I didnt get his name but God bless him made things go by a lot faster.

Driver arrived at the facility at 21:00 to live unload, per customer request. Receiving clerk advised us that it would take several hours to off load, they could get to it by 1 AM and that we should drop the trailer and pick it up in the AM. Well, driver does drop it and goes back at 7 AM to our surprise the trailer was still loaded, it hadnt even been touched. The forklift operator just ignored the driver and when it finally spoke he said that it wasnt his problem and that we should talk to the day shift people. What a bunch of incompetent employees.

Nice facility and friendly.. Mr David Maldonad went straight to unloading the truck.. was empty in a matter of minutes.. In my 23 years of driving a truck had I ever been unloaded under 30 minutes... 4hrs was a average for Laredo. Hope to be delivering to this facility alot more when I come again. At the truck now enjoying my evening!

I arrived at the apoitment to 6am and then they tell me we have no forklift driver wait until 8am, ok no problem, and then the race begins lomansh have time to take the door when a large number of trucks come in at the same time and try to get on the door!!! Are you really mad there were going crazy why all the queue to be run on the object even if to drive the trucks cant.This is the worst place in the organization of delivery!!!!

All can say is fast, organized and super friendly. If you expedite freight this place will make your day .

This place is a joke. Short staffed security causing long lines in the street, custodians make drivers wait until their floors are dry when drivers are paid by mile, not hour like the custodians, and receiving employee is a jerk. They owe us money for making us wait and they get one star from me.

Had appointment to deliver engines for Cummins at 8:00 am where I was told to get in line. Whoever is running this outfit down here in Laredo TX needs to be replaced with someone that can move the 100 + trucks waiting in line.

I usually take 1 to 2 hrs to unload but today its taking longer ive been here 5 hrs and they havent even started yet 😠😠

This is the place where hard working people are!! We need some of them up north where all them lazy lumpers works at. Appointment at 10:00 am checked in 8:30 out within less than a hr.And the things is I’m the only one here so.Gracias gente de Laredo.By the way they’re all Mexicans, hard workers like always. You like it or not but it’s the truth.

I got checked in and assigned a dock immediately upon arriving. Gate guard and Recieving clerk were professional and pleasant enough. Not a bad experience at all.

Narrow entrance is only complaint. Guard very nice...no God complex with this one. Very fast to unload. In and out 30 minutes. Everyone very nice. Treat drivers with respect.

Drop and hook wasnt easy here. With tandems slid back and barely enough room for a daycab to park, it wasnt happening. I found something that looked like a spot, dropped it out and booked.Lose the second star for the long line getting to the gate, and the ten minute gate-in trailer inspection. Its how business is done is not an acceptable retort, either.Speed up. Work faster. Your three guards at the entrance, who are obviously taking turns not working, need to be replaced. Or better yet, give them a small performance bonus for trucks moved through the gate per hour. You will never again have a slow service complaint.

Horrible experience. The branch manager is highly rude and unprofessional not only in customer service but appearance. I thought he was a forklift operator and not the manager based on his inability to speak coherent English and lack of professional appearance. What general manager wears torn blue jeans???Was not able to pick up load timely even though I arrived 2 hours prior to my appointment time.

Always go into a dock immediately and are unloaded in a very short amount of time. Only complaint is that there is not a lot of room to maneuver around in the lot but it is doable.

ATTENTION ALL DRIVERS : Location point on google maps is incorrect. Buckland is about 1/4 of a mile up ahead. DO NOT TURN INTO THE LOT WITH A DIRT ROAD ENTRANCE. Buckland is further up.

Made it here for delivery 8:30AM and leaving six hours later as their receiving took 6 hours to unload and count 20 skids?! Finally leaving and closing the trailer it turns out they unloaded our next customer load as well, despite they were told there’s two loads on the truck and the manifest has been presented. Not happy with these dudes.It’s been a year now and, honestly, nothing has really changed except they opened the gate at the end of the lot for exiting trucks. Came here and was told the load was ready, Hooray!! Spent good 3hrs as the only truck on “Vortex” side of the building anyway. Zero out of five would be too harsh, so I confirm my original review grade of 1/5. They do have some decent people in the office, but this place is extremely busy at times. They would probably score well on the logistics side for their customers, but from the carrier/driver standpoint, the place is haunted. Sorry Buckland.

First time here and it’s a very busy place check in security first, once I got a dock available they started to unload quickly the trouble was waiting on a dock and staying out of everyone’s way they’re that busy!!

I deal with many of the LRD brokers, on a daily basis, and the Buckland Team is by far the best we work with. No broker will clear a shipment faster or provide better customer support than the Buckland LRD team. Pedro, Aurora and Victor are the main contacts for most southbound shipments and 95% of them clear and cross the same day or next day after arriving their facility. Same for Nothbound shipments which Juan and Team support. I have referred several clients looking for a MEX broker to Buckland and as long as they continue to provide the same excellent service, I will continue to do so.

I was in line at 6am when I got to the guard shack I was told I need to back out into the street due to only one entrance and the other exit was closed and had to get in line again I had my appointment at 8am and still waiting in line for the second time
