STAY AWAY--they are just playing the games over there. They keep the truck for 10 hours and they say oohh, this is not the correct location/door its waste of time and money for all day

This is the most worst delivery place i have seen in my trucking experience, very bad management, rude behaviour of staaf specially yard jockey,very narrow place to back on dock, not good managemet to enter the warehouse

Plenty of Overnight Parking on the street the guard is an a...l.... e they will not let you chk in even a minute before your app time theyll turn you around, at 8 this place becomes a jungle because they tell everybody to come exactly at 8am also in their yard parking to the dock is a joke !!!trailers everywhere almost as they would want you to hit something and unloading time average is 4-6hrs

Complete Kaos very disorganized. The lady said dock 26 an on. It tok me 1 hr 45 min jus to get a door bcuz 2 Sti drivers wer let in b4 me. Hey wait ur turn like everybody else.

Got a door pretty quick. Looks like they’re starting to pave the yard, at least the dock areas, so that will make it nicer. For those claiming they’re racist, couldn’t tell. They were all very nice.

This is the worst place to deliver been waiting 32 hrs for a transfer trailer to show up from Mexico 🇲🇽 and they only want to pay $150 per day lay over

Parking spaces are too narrow and you are waiting too long, nobody knows about anyone

No lumpers but this place is a pain to get out of if you have a closed trailer go past first guard shack and go around building the corner is tight then have fun getting out especially if its 5

Delivery was 08/30. Check in time 6-45. Check out 9-00. Great organization of work. Receiving staff is nice, intelligent. Thank you!!!! Gracious!!!

This worst place to deliver load . Waiting from 5 hours and the excuse is they are waiting for Mexican trailer . No management, no plans and even no english. It happens with me twice . I will never come to this place anymore .

Tight yard, but manageable. Office personnel seem to show up whenever they like, but friendly. Taco truck on the corner from 8:30 to 4 was awesome.

Very slow to gain entry. It’s a cluster mess outside on the street. Security at the entrance is slowwwwww other driver trying to get through to other warehouse are confronting the ones in line to get into this one. What a mess they should write down phone numbers and call when they are ready for a driver to come in smh

If I could give them negative stars I would.. They dont have any clue where my load is going, and or who the customer in Mexico is. Ive been here since 6:30am, its now 10:30 and I havent even been given a door yet. This is ridiculous. They really need to get there act together. And Im hungry.*update: its now 1pm and Im still here..*re-update: its 4pm Im still here.Its 5:30 and Im finally unloaded.. this was a waste of a good day.. now I gotta wait here till Monday for a load out..

Not terrible, but I only had a few pallets. If you get hungry here, there is a food truck on Whitepoint rd at the truck gate for 11901 Gavin rd, the building next door just south of here. You can almost see it from your dock. Good luck.

The 3 women in the guard shack who think they are at a beauty salon should be told this their job.

Great start so far. Got here about 30 mins before appt. Got called to a door right at appt time. Only complaint is a little tight, but Ive been to much worse.

How this forwarding agency keeps busy is hard to imagine. No order in this place.

Appt at 7:30 a.m. Got a door after 6pm. Load rejected because it wasnt - 4°...it supposedly was 0°. Cool Ill eat that. But they kept all the export paperwork and signed the bills received. So I got a received bill & a rejection letter. Cargill never got a rejection letter either. ((they did not have a truck that late on a Friday night and they didnt want to pay detention...so show receiving the product while simultaneously rejecting the product and noting that it is 0°...which implies that the product is not bad, but its driver error so we can deny responsibility for not having a truck & hell be forced to sit all weekend reefer running waiting for a Cargell re-inspection. Monday comes re-inspection is good...but no Mexican truck. Tuesday same. Wednesday same. Wednesday night I threw a tantrum & broker made them unload me onto one of the many Mexico reefer trailers sitting on the lot so I could leave. Thursday night to Wednesday night.Drivers, dont do it. They were unloading their buddies trucks and leaving the rest of us stuck out. There damn sure were Mexican trucks taking perishables out of there. Frozen meat, sit on it.

I have been here twice this week. Both times I have sat and waited to get unloaded for 11 hours when arriving at 7:30 am for 8:00 am appointment. The excuse is they are waiting for the Mexican truck. The truth is that they take care of all their buddies first to make sure they get in and out and home. If you are able to reject any loads coming to this place, by all means reject them. To my understanding, they will not pay detention or layover. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. IF THEY WANT THE PRODUCT LET A COMPANY DRIVER TAKE IT OR THEY SEND THEIR MEXICAN TRUCKS TO GO GET IT.

Friendly shipper, understanding about the limits on their yard space, timely unloading considering the product.

I loose me all day here they say I have to wait for a reefer trailer from Mexico and never came .have comeback tomorrow I hope they have a reefer for me .

This place is a joke. Took me 2 hrs just to drop a trailer.

Had to call the contractor with the heavy duty forklift so they could unload me. Takes about an hour for him to get there and he dont speak English.

They loaded fast, a lot of trucks moving around so be careful.

Never take the load to this place. If paying double dont do its the worst forwarding company in Laredo, TX

Receiving is literally 8:30-4 can’t be early or late. They won’t receive you.

Bunch of f****ng liars! First they tell the Carrier that they receive between 8 and 5pm. Then when you get there 4:10pm, they refuse to unload cause they close at 4. And then when you call them, they will even hang up on you! Not a place for Truck Drivers!!

A little unorganized here. It took about two hours to get off loaded, 12 pallets. Check in lady inside the building is friendly. Bumpy lot.

3rd to check in this morning at 7am. Was given a dock at 11am and told to open my reefer doors. Its now 1:45 and not a single pallet has been unloaded

Arriving early, unloading is very quick and the freight forwarders are friendly and helpful, good for the company.

Arrive at 8 a.m. and they downloaded me until 1 p.m. quite slow, come with lunch because they will need it

It is the worst place I went to download my years driver 10 hours to download and apoime it was at 7am and lousy service at the office treat you in the worst way not recommended at all

The most disrespectful are these, I went to ask for a bathroom and a little sociable man told me the drivers bathroom is in the front I went there because I needed it, never in my life had I seen such a depressing place and so filthy that bathroom of the drivers! However, early in the morning I observed a lady cleaning each window of the place, but not the drivers bathroom, no, that does not need to be cleaned because we drivers apparently for them are no more than pigs or to their understanding people unpleasant, at least for me, thats what I think they think of us. The truth was that I was very offended to see such a clean place and only the drivers bathroom as filthy as it is. Ahhhhh but I always left their little gift there to see if they became aware.

The worst winery of all I know, more than two hours just to deliver the box, they check you two or more times, photos, stamp, box etc. All that can be done by the guard but no, they give you a ramp and you have to wait and wait and wait and keep waiting, nobody gives you a solution to something they just tell you you have to wait for it to be checked

Poor customer service; They never give solution when calling you they send you to different extensions.

Yard / warehouse crap, they check you in and then they send you to another door and there they tell you to park in the yard, but there is NO ENOUGH SPACE, and they dont receive the trailer until about an hour and a half ...
