It’s a great shop!!!! Everyone is very helpful and they make sure each person is 100% satisfied with the end result. I would definitely recommend San Ramon glass and mirror shop to anyone that wants there glass replaced or repaired

I just called to order 18 double glass windows and the lady that answered was rude and said they dont carry it I requested to speak to an manager and she said well if you need something I can help you with it again I ask if she can please transfer me to a manager and she said no that shes the manager and said she assures me they dont carry it, I dont know if shes lying but I need them its so simple just to transfer me to someone who knows but I know I will never call this place again. It is rude to act like you know and if a client is requesting to speak with management they should just be transfer. I work with a company that has several jobs line up and this ladys attitude loss a good client. smh hope shes not doing this to other people this would have been good for the company.

That Guy Chuy is a very handsome fella. So his shop deserves 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We called on a Friday was told he would come the next day guy never did, so we called agin on Monday n he didn’t come till Friday and unprepared. We were quoted a price of 120$ n paid 170$ we ended up getting Mirroe 2 weeks after our first call. Will never use company again!

Not to professional. Not an adequate looking business. No adequate parking. No waiting area for customers waiting for service. Shabby working area. Opens late, closses early, dont anwer phone calls and are closed when they say thay are open during weekday bussiness hours. Better prices elsewere.

Tried calling to set up an appointment for an estimate. Horrible phone ettiquette, and NOT customer service oriented AT ALL!! Lady was rude and was talking to me as if I WAS THE GLASS EXPERT!! I wouldnt do business with this company......
