Never been here!Nice variety of items for home and garden. Clean store and friendly staff. Felt rushed however, at checkout. Pregnant girl did not bag/offer to bag some of my items. Had to bag them myself, but thats ok. Nice shopping experience

Managers do not treat workers fairly. Every time I go I hear them complain about their employees...very unprofessional.

Curbside pickup takes forever. I was there at least 30 mins waiting and my order was incomplete. I had to go down and get a refund. They need better replenishers.

I’ve been in this store a few times recently and it seems they don’t want to sell me anything. I Wanted to buy cowboy boots for my daughter. No one even looked in our direction to bring the other boot because there are no complete pairs on the floor. We just walked out, frustrated. I also tried to buy a chicken coop (pictured attached)they have on display. They refused to take it apart and then the manager proceeded to tell me I didn’t want it because it couldn’t be put back together properly.

They have a lot of reasonable prices for farm and pet animals. For lawn care I would give a plus.

Tractor Supply is a large chain, this store is a far cry from its standards and in general a joke of customer service. The workforce is totally disengaged and you will see it in their attitude, accuracy of answers and complete disregard for the customer and product. As a customer, I have never had a good experience (over 5 times) in this branch and will never attempt to give them my business in the future. This is not a seasonal issue, it is clearly a deeper one.

This store does not honor the hours Google nor the Tractor Supply website shows. I attempted to go in at 8:05 pm on a Friday and the store was already closed when they should be closing at 9 pm. After some minor complaints, they let US go in. All the while, 7 customers (I counted the vehicles) were turned away.

Two month’s ago I went to fill propane cylinder they told me it was to dirty had to go clean it and bring it back instead I went to Walmart and exchanged it today to fill to cylinders cleaned them before I went just to find out now you need a milk carton to carry cylinders to refill but conveniently they sell them for $6.99 regardless I went got a milk carton got them filled but really great way to sell milk cartons and by the way they were out good job tractor supply

Stopped in today to get tank filled for an upcoming family cookout. I took a 5 gallon propane tank and i thought it was going to be simple and easy like always. I enjoy going here because of its inexpensive exchange and it is convenient since it close to my home. I have been coming here since the store opened. The gentleman did not want fill my tank because i did not carry the right tools to transport my tank in my truck. In the rules and guidelines it does not say i need to have a strap inside my vehicle to transport the propane. I understand the dangers and safety i always keep my propane tanks upright and secure when transporting. I understand the rules and safety measures on transporting propane but the experience i had was not courteous and not friendly. The gentlemen was rude and ill-mannered and assume i did not have the necessary tools to transport my propane tank and he bluntly denied my service.

Just got the cub cadet st100 works Great.My yard is a Field, I got weed eaters and brush cutters. None worked as smooth as this st100. Note any litter that might be in your path will just get pushed to the side. Not obliterated as with other products.So, far Very satisfied 😂.

Love this place to the max great selection of almost everything you might need. Not to mention the variety of bolts and nuts most of the time youll find what you need. Keep up the good work guys.

Poor customer service, as I walked in and was looking to buy some masks a young Lady yelled at me Sir Sir you need a Mask! I told her I dont have one not giving me a chance to tell her what I needed she asked me to leave, as I walked away she told me thank you in a sarcastic tone, and as I walked away I told her youre not welcome. I really liked it because in February they sell chickens and ducks I find that cool I bought a 3 new baby chickens.

Not bad for price! smell in room could be improved...thats it. pool, garden, and social gathering area/bar very interesting and nice! O YEA AND SHUTTLE ALMOST ANYTIME GREAT!

Never in my life have I been harassed when shopping at tractor supply... Until now. They need to remember that with what measure they measure it shall be measured unto them. I wont be patronizing this store anytime again in the future.

The store is awesome!!!But there is one big tiny problem.No wheelchair available for the disabled person and the aisle are too small.

Tractor Supply has specific items you wont find at larger, chain department stores. They are pricier as well, but at least youll find what you need for your animals and/or ranch. This store had friendly and professional associates.

I needed to refund an item that needs gas to work, i had bought the extended warranty on it, i called the 800 number and they told me that it was still under the store warranty and to take to store for exchange or refund, when i got to the store customer service was confused and could not give a refund just and exchange and he said that even though it was still under store warranty he neede to use the extended warranty and i could not get a refund because they fobt have a place to put a refunded item that uses gas???????
