Hello, now that I have had my screens for a couple of months I can give a review. I’m super happy with everything, Jay is a great person and professional! My house looks great and is cooler as well. Windows were letting in a lot of heat. A/C’s don’t run all day like they used to before the screens. Great communication and service. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Jay!

This company is a fraud! The owner Jason Gonzalez came by to give us an estimate ; asked for 100$ deposit and never returned! We called him repeatedly to all his number after he missed his appointment for our installation and he never returned our calls! After i send a message on fb he replied that he had been sick with high blood pressure and maybe he had over booked ! Really!?? After that same thing happened; no retuned calls or texts! We will definitely file a police report on this man! I will continue to post reviews and comments on what happened on his page! SunCity did an amazing job installing shutters in my home. Mr. Gonzalez was professional every step of the way. He promised he would have the install completed before the holidays and he kept his word. His attention to detail is second to none, I highly recommend his work!

UPDATE: After posting this review, Jaime “Jay” Gonzalez contacted us and provided us our refund. We thank him but caution anyone not to work with Jason Gonzalez. We hope they resolve their business issues soon.We provided a deposit on September 2020 for plantation shutters and never received product/service. After multiple failed attempts to communicate with the alleged owner, we were blocked from their social media and messaging. I would caution others from doing business with them.

I let my wife do her thing. She purchased plantation shutters for our home back on November 8, 2019. Mr. Jay Gonzalez the owner will not return calls and today it’s Match 18, 2020. Over $5,000 has been paid in full and now nothing. No other options but have to go to court. DO NOT RECOMMEND!BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Worst customer service ever, this guy keeps giving me promises and never comes thru. Paid for some work and all he did was start but never came back to finish. Please read all reviews from this guy before hiring his services. Time to file a theft of service report.

Dont do business with this company they took our money and avoid our phone calls, I repeat dont do business with this company!

I would not recommend this business for anything, unless you want to be harrassed. The deal in the end fell through, and when i came time to refund my money i paid in cash, the owner was not responding and ignoring phone calls.

Had a great turnout on all my window units and back door replaced all screens great job done and awesome pricing and great service highly recommended by me !
