Customer Service!!! Our washer was having issues and when we called they were able to get a repairman to do a diagnostic the next day. The serviceman called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He ordered a part which came in a few days later and when he came out to install it...he found more issues. Instead of milking us for more money...he referred us back to Tony. Tony had a washer in stock and was able to deliver it within 2 days. Installer was quick and professional. We cant say thank you enough for Tony helping us out!!! Local businesses like Class Appliance deserve your business and support. Highly recommend!!

Need fast delivery on parts? Want quality, professional service? Ive been a home owner for 47 years and would not even think about calling anyone else for service. I needed two parts for my Whirlpool stove last week and Tony had them delivered the very next day. Have been dealing with Class Appliance for over 25 years. The employees in both stores, Largo and ( New Port Richey, closed for a few years now)have always been 1st class. I highly recommend Class Appliance Center for any of your appliance needs. Called yesterday to schedule service of my refrigerator. They answered their phone!! That may seem a pretty low bar, but too many people dont. I got an appointment for the next day, and the service technician (Jeff Talley) arrived when he said he would. Professional and friendly. The repair was fairly simple. Vacuuming and mopping behind the fridge, wiping down the inside as he replaced each part...all above and beyond.

This company has been out to fix my dryer two times one time was a belt and pulley and second time two small relays, Our warranty is through lowes and the 1st time they sent out Mels appliance and those guys are worthless telling me I need a new computer which is hundreds of dollars and that was not the case they were are a ripoff company and class appliance comes out and fixes it the same day very honest company great people to work with !! I will make sure they fix my appliances from here on out!! Thank you class appliance!! : )

Class Appliance Center lives up to its name. Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling. We contacted LG and were told that there LG service personnel are not available in our area. We were referred to Class Appliance Center. We did an online request for service on the Class Appliance web site over the weekend. They called the business day and scheduled a service visit the following day. The technician arrive on time and analyzed the problem. The linear compressor and cooling coil required replacement; both were still under LG warranty. Class Appliance ordered the warranty parts from LG and scheduled installation the day after the parts arrived at their shop. The service technician was competent, courteous, friendly and very careful with our property. The labor charges were very reasonable. I recommend Class Appliance Service with no reservations.

When our old refrigerator died, leaving us with no way to keep our food cool, we needed to quickly buy and install a new refrigerator. Class Appliance Center, and Tony the manager, helped us find the perfect refrigerator and went above and beyond to get it delivered and installed for us immediately. Class Appliance Centers installers were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and had our beautiful new refrigerator ready to go in a matter of minutes! I cannot recommend them highly enough - always buy local if you can! Class Appliance was amazing to work with, and we are very grateful to them for helping us out so quickly!

Called for warranty work on 3 month old deep freezer. Tech fixed in timely fashion. Kept card knowing I would refer this company. Couple years later now and my parents freezer not working properly so I gave them Class appliance number and they were able to get an appointment quickly. As for my deep freezer its still working great. Never another problem.

I have been purchasing parts at this location for almost 10 years. They have great customer service! In particular, Tony and Christopher do a great job attending to clients. Tony is so helpful with his customers, be it on the phone or in person. Christopher also does a great job serving customers and can attend to them in either English or Spanish. Regardless of which language, they makes all customers feel at home and always attends to their needs.

Our compressor on our LG fridge broke, and the technician who came (gosh, I wish I could remember his name— starts with a D) was very kind, informative, and professional. He explained how all of the mechanics worked and why our fridge was having problems, which was really helpful!

Tony at Class Appliance has taken very good care of us. My mother in law has needed a washer, refrigerator, and a microwave replaced above her stove. We are out of state, so helping her take care of all these things could be complicated. But, because of these guys it has been easy and pleasant. They have helped us pick the right models, frugal but good, and they have been very nice and trustworthy. The delivery and installation has been done quickly and professionally - they have been very nice to my mother in law. I highly recommend them.

WOW...this place is incredible. They have all kinds of parts and all kinds of appliances. Great customer service as well. I have been coming to this place for 10 years now and they keep impressing me every time with their knowledge and the willingness to help. I had Appliance Tech Walter Castillo come to my home last week and was very professional and on time. He was able to order the new ice maker for my fridge, he came back today and was again on time and installed it fast and easy and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. The company also made sure to give me a call before the tech arrived which is something I have experienced most companies to not do. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for appliance repair.

I called their office at 9am because my LG refrigerator was losing temp, melting ice, and needed a repair very soon. I explained my situation and was told that she would call me right back after speaking with the manager. After waiting 3 hours, I called the office again to inquire as to when we could schedule a repair and save my thawing food. I was informed that there were no technicians who could work on my refrigerator, and oh, I guess they had no intention of calling me back. I was terribly disappointed at the indifference to my situation and complete lack of customer service.The manager called after seeing my review to extend an apology. He explained that the staff person was a great person, just alone in the office that day and unable to find a technician. I believe him and added two stars for reaching out to me.

My experience didnt start off so nice with this company. I needed my washing machine repaired. The guy who initially took my request lost my information and I had to make another appointment. (Lost 1 star on the rating. ) On the 2nd attempt, the repair tech was prompt and professional. It was a simple repair, but they wanted to charge an inflated price to fix it. (Lost another star here.) The repair tech was nice enough to give me the part number and show me how to replace it myself! An honest tech is hard to find. I appreciate his help!

Absolute thieves. These clowns charged my wife $230, which is less their $90 service charge, to literally unplug a $50 relay switch, and plug a new one back in on our fridge. Appliance repairman should be added to the list of most dishonest professions with the rest of the bottom feeders who STEAL peoples hard earned money.

I have been a customer of Class Appliance since I bought my GE washer/dryer from Lowes in 2012. They have always serviced my machine in a timely manner and with excellence. In a recent service matter, June, 2016, I was sure they were wrong in their assessment of my dryer malfunction. Through the two week exchange with me which included multiple service calls to my home they were continuously courteous and patient with my demands. In the end I learned that I had been completely wrong in my position about the function of my dryer and their technicians, store manager and technical support staff were completely right. They were respectful and accepted by apologies with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Class Appliance sent out a technician (named Jose) to correct a problem we were having with our new refrigerator. Jose was so knowledgeable and corrected our problem, as well as he took the time to explain some features we did not know about on this refrigerator. Both my husband and I were so impressed with Jose, that we will only contact Class Appliance if we have any appliance problems in the future.

Horrible service. We bought a fridge from them, then needed service while still under warranty. They promised to come, didnt come, promised about 10 times to call back and never called back. We had to go to another company to get our fridge serviced. Might as well have bought the fridge online when they dont provide the promised service anyway.

Great washer, and great service! My husband and I were full of questions and Tony had all the answers - turns out hes been in this business for over 30 yrs! He keeps only the brands he trusts on the showroom floor. He helped us pick the right washing machine for our needs and after using it a few days now, we couldnt be happier. We needed to replace our old one asap and Tony had our old one removed and the new one installed the next morning, and right at the time he said. And all for a great value! Would definitely recommend. Oh - but google thinks the address is located in a mobile home park across the street, so we had trouble finding it.

Tony and the crew at Class Appliance were a huge help today. My dryer stopped heating and I took it apart. Not really knowing what I was doing I took all the thermostats, fuses and the heating coil in the Class to replace them all. They tested all the components and they were all functional and did not need replacing. The only thing needing to be replaced was the heating coil. They walked me through where it was broken and how to reassemble the housing. Best customer service and repair workshop I have even experienced. I will recommend this business to anyone who is looking for help repairing or buying.

Tried them first because theyre close and Ive driven past many times... Parts person first had a problem understanding what I wanted when I used the correct name Mullion Spring for an LG fridge with side by side doors. Then stated that probably needed to purchase entire mullion assembly. I commented that didnt seem likely as I saw lots of reference to the individual spring and YouTubes of people replacing them. He checked again and no, must buy entire assembly (didnt ask but probably $100)...5 minutes later found what I needed, in Clearwater, only $2.50, a number of them in stock (because these arent uncommonly needed) only down side was much longer drive to Appliance Parts Depot.======================Updated to 3 stars as it became apparent that LG does not really want to advertise the availability of an individual spring. Turned out the part number I had (from internet) was incorrect, however the other parts place did find me an identical LG spring with a different number.

I wish I could give a lower review. What a mess, their employee lied about ha name, broke a water line, couldn’t fix the problem, said he shouldn’t even be there as he was done for the day, parked on my walkway and crushed some decorative stones, then the owner lied about him and the level of service they provide. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED SERVICE WORK. Unless your like being lied to and called a liar. Abosolutely dissappointing.

Unfortunately, this company apparently is the only one subcontracted by Lowes in the Pinellas/Pasco county. I had problems with my washing machine 3 times, and they are the ones that Lowes send to do the repairs. This time, it was not working again and they have to order a part. For two months, after we called, they have been saying that the part will arrive next week..and next week... The part finally arrived, but I have to wait 3 more days so they can come to install it and repair the washing machine. Their customer service is mediocre. I dont recommend this company.

They tried to fix an ice maker. It seems a simple thing, but they couldnt do it. After 7 maintenance calls they seem to have given up. They are either incompetent or lazy. I call in to see what the next steps are and they say they have to come out again and talk to the refrigerator manufacturer on the phone while at my house. They refuse to call me back so I have to call them to remind them that I still have no ice. Terrible customer service over the phone, but very nice technicians working on my fridge. On my last call to them they refused to call me back and hung up on me.

I purchased a new dish washer and it left film on the dishes. I called LG and they were worthless. I called LG and they referred me to Class Appliance, Tom came out and told me what I needed to do and even showed me some pointers on using the dish washer. He knew more then the LG guy. I hight recommend this company and will be using them again!!

I was in the market to purcase a washer and dryer, a friend of mine told me to go to Class Appliance Center and see Tony!!! She said her experience there was great!! As I walked in, Tony was a true professional! he didnt bombard with typical salesman questions, I browsed a bit then he approached me...not knowing much about the appliances, he was patient and explained all the features and functions of about 2-3 different makes and models ( very impressed). Not pressuring me on which to purchase according to make or price, he let me make up my owm mind that best suited me and my budget, I ended up buying the LG washer and dryer. Tony made my experience extremely easy and unpressured and I really appreiciate that! I will tell all my friends about Class Appliance Center and to see Tony!!! Thank you Tony!!!

We have a Lowes protection plan for our Whirlpool washer. First they scheduled us with Appliance Services of Florida for a morning appt. They called that morning and told me they didnt service our area in the morning and were just shy of being rude. When I called Lowes to get another service provider they got me in touch with Class. They were GREAT!! They came the day after I called, called the night before the apt and gave me an hour and a half window ( as opposed to the between 8 and 12 ) The tech, Darsh, was on time, courteous, professional and had my machine running within about 15 minutes!! I am now a fan and customer for life!!

Revolting. Mismanaged scheduling, ineffective communication, calls missed - I believe this company has no interest in retaining my business.Scheduling: no after hours availability, so I had to take a minimum 4 hours off work because I work M-F 9-5. Also they only had appointments a minimum of 1 week out, only gave me a days notice for the time they were coming, and said they would call 30 minutes before... but they didnt.Communication: the employee who answers the phone seems inexperienced and dumbfounded as to why Im calling. Maybe hes a little too high class?If there is another business I can find around Clearwater that repairs LG washer-dryer combos and warrants their service I will use them, but I cant find one.The only reason these guys get two stars is they eventually finished my first repair, even though it took 3 excruciatingly long weeks.
