Great people. Great service. It was nice working with them and I was able to get a great deal on a car. They let me drive it to get inspected first. A lot of other private dealers i tries to work with were shady. I would buy from them again.

Neil at this location sold me a car with a crack in the rim of the vehicle that I had problems with and now cannot drive until its replaced. I had asked why the car felt uneven when driving it and he said it was probably an alignment issue which was a blatant lie. After taking it on a test drive to a mechanic they said it didnt need this. I struggled for over a year to find out what the issue was and was advised by a wheel expert that driving with a cracked rim is extremely unsafe because if I were to drive on a highway the rim could break and cause the tire to BLOW UP and swerve which is extremely unsafe..im extremely disappointed and not only that but when i took the car to clean it at Mr auto Neils workers broke the center screen while cleaning it..what would you give this place as far as a rating if this happened to you?

Two friends have purchased cars there and have had no issues. I have personally seen them take care of customers needs and get them in a vehicle that works and is affordable for them multiple times. I would recommend them, and appreciate that the owners are forthcoming and honest. I think some people expect a brand new car when theyre purchasing a used vehicle that is worth very little money. They are not miracle workers. They help you get what you can afford.

Maybe the best place in the country to buy a used car. Zero pressure, incredible prices, no add on charges and 2 of the nicest guys you ever want to meet. Highly recommend

Bought my car here about 6 months ago I did have to replace a few things but with any used car there will be things you have to replace. They are closed Sunday but agreed to meet with me to sell the car which was nice. Was also nice about my children being at the sale they were all over his office playing lol. While waiting tho he had some body that works there give me the key and the guy told me that its not his job to give me the key and was rude. I almost left because of that. But I love my car and was sold under retail value!

I would leave this place no stars if I could. The reviews speak for there self folks. This place is as crooked as they come and no way to do business. Cars that are unsafe from rust issues get painted over (to hide the rust) and sold to the first person that wouldn’t think to check it over. Where have all the good honest dealerships gone ?!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

**Update....:Well, i have held out all hope that they could do their job. If you need any more reason not to shop here know this....they ask you to rate them high on here to get your free services for oil changes etc....i have the print out for that as well. However, i will be back to place a link to 8 months of texts unedited between myself and Neil so you can see all the promises made, and nothing has been done. I have reported to BBB, and spoken with the state on this matter. I am solely here to help you all make better buying choices. There are other dealers out there. Good guys who will not screw you over. I will post a link to all the texts between me and them as soon as they are finished downloading.I purchased a car from Neil in August of 2017. **UPDATE** Issue still not fixed. 8 Months now. ****For one, Fantasy Auto has shut down. Go Figure. Well, they (Neil) sold me a car for my teenage daughter...her first....back in August. Its less than a week from being New Years. Still have not received title or help. This is not a review of Mr. Auto so much as a review on the inability for a salesman to fix an issue that he was responsible for creating. Over 8 months now

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Nice guys but horrible professionalism. They sold me what later another mechanic described as a death trap on wheels, and then told me theyd help me repair it. Now they wont return any of my phone calls or messages. I think its just unprofessional to ignore a paying customer just because you already have their money. These guys give car salesman a bad name.

Pain in the ars doing business with this people. They sold me car with 29465819 lights on the cluster that are cur off. Exuse is they got it from auction. Ill take them to small claims court but to get the hard plates of the car take me 23749 phone calls. Stay away from this auto dealer .

Neil at Mr Auto cannot be trusted for sales or repair. He overcharged me on the sale of the vehicle through financing would not give me paperwork.He also will not honor his 12 month warranty and shabby work done on vehicle.Look them up with BBB and see why graded an F This company has so many complaints and bad reviews everywhere research and do i like did copy paste advertised price from their website and save for legal evidence.

Bought a car from them and the last 4 months has been a a nightmare I would not refer anyone to this place in the last 4 months Ive changed my water pump then my timing replace the alternator replace my engine and now my transmission also not to mention when I took my engine Tennille to be replaced it took him over a month to fix it and when I got it back it was making lots of noises the AC was broken had a dent in my hood and the left side of my Dash the lights or disabled.. I had somewhat of a great car until allowed his shabby mechanics to work on my car this is a very unprofessional place starting from the owner Neal himself all the way down to the mechanics they will do anything for a dollar and I see you turn those carousels and keep you coming back

The owner advertised a truck to me as being in perfect mechanical condition. I told him to please let me know if it had any problems because I was coming from out of state solely to buy the truck, and he told me it was a great truck. Turns out the truck had a ton of problems. I spent over 3 thousand dollars getting the truck to good working condition. To top it all off I paid the dealer around 400 bucks to do the paperwork of registering the car and getting the tag ( this was aside from actual price of the tag and registration) well the owner of the dealer waited until my temp tag had expired to do the paperwork but then refused to send my tag and registration to me even though we agreed he would mail it because I lived out of state. Point of the matter is that the dealer was extremely shady and the customer service was horrible. Not a single thing he advertised or sold to me turned out to be true. Stay away from this horrible and shady dealer

The customer service I received was unparalleled. I had been looking to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee but was having issues finding one with relatively low mileage and decent on the inside. I found one on Mr. Autos lot. His postings on Craigslist were very short and simple. Gave the details of the Jeep and didnt have an excessive amount of pictures to scroll through. The website itself was easy to navigate as well. When I got there Neil showed me over to the Jeep. Explained a bit about it and left me alone until I was ready to discuss it further, I loved that. Billy ended up wrapping up the entire deal. Was super satisfied with his demeanor as well. HOWEVER when I left the dealership and was coming back across the Courtney Campbell the transmission blew in the car. They do offer warranties for cars 10 years old or newer, unfortunately the Jeep I purchased was 12 years old so I wasnt able to purchase it like Id planned to. BUT I took it back to them and explained the transmission just blew up and I cant even drive the car home. Billy got Neil on the phone and Neil was apologetic for my hassle and offered to fix the transmission for me. They kept me updated the entire time. Also they were timely. I bought the car Saturday. They had the transmission there Monday morning. Replaced it Monday afternoon. An let me pick it up Tuesday morning. AT NO CHARGE TO ME! I will be back for some routine maintenance and tire incentives they offer their customers, exclusively. Thanks for the awesome experience!!!

Took a chance last weekend and flew down from Pa. to possibly purchase a 2008 Saturn Outlook XR. Billy assured me it drove great. While there,the transmission stopped working. I feel they knew there was a tranny problem because they said that they changed the tranny fluid because it was dark. They did nothing else to this vehicle before putting it up for sale. It was dirty inside and out, the oil needed changed, and the front tires were completely bald. Nice guys but .........

I will be filing an official complaint with the State Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, we purchased a car back in August 2017. There was some mistake in the paper work (which happens I understand) the wrong VIN number is on our title and plate. Now my daughter has a car that she can’t register and has been pulled over by the police several times. After bringing it to the dealerships attention they promised to fix, we also notified DMV to cover our bases. They said the dealership should be able to help. I totally understand mistakes happen but now they are not responding to any more of our requests and her registration is due. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Total nightmare! Bought an 05 kida sedona with 90000 miles. Car looked good, sounds and drove good. Bought it and took it home. On the way home the check engine light turned on so called Neil the dealer, and he said bring it in. Brought my car there and it needed a TPS which i paid for and they put on. Then a week later the car wouldnt start or if it did the temp went up really fast. So i had them tow it to the shop and it was the timing belt and water pump. In the mindst it took them 3 weeks to get the job done (so i drove my new car for all of 4 days before it was in the shop) then i kept being told it needed oil and they killed my battery twice. Ended up with a recycled battery after the work was done. Also realized they crushed my oil pan, because you have to tilt the engine or take the head off to do the water pump/timing belt, and they didnt offer to fix it or replace it. So i did that as well. Then my mechanic also realized the valve covers were leaking oil and the oil handt been changed at all! Dark thick and dirty. The filter was black. Then we checked the transmission fluid and it was almost black. I paid for all that to be changed because i left Neil 4 voicemails, then heard a spanish vm thing saying it must be full. So then i texted him at least 5 to 8 times. Only to get a response 4 weeks later saying hes not God and doesnt know when a car might go bad, but he had no problems mentioning he would do the mechanical work and still charge me. The car has run for 3 weeks total out of the 3 months ive had it. The car spent 5 to 6 weeks with Neil right after i paid for the car, for the cam sensor tps some sort of bolt that was stripped the waterpump snd timing belt ... just to find out that they didnt even calibrate the timing belt and rhe battery was used and I am now missing lugnyts off my wheels which were there when i bought the car before Neil worked on it. I called him today giving him one last chance before i go through lemon law proceedings.. AALND NO SUPRISE!! NO ANSWER FROM NEIL EVEN VIA TEXT.. NIGHTMARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
