I recently purchased a car though this dealership and it was a great experience. I have never bought a car this way so it was my first time. I told them exactly what type of car I wanted, color, year, options, and price range and they were able to find me exactly that. They sent me pictures of cars and I was able to tell them if I was interested and if so they would bid on it for me. My birthday was October 10 and I really wanted a car for my bday and they made it happen. The car was clean and nice. Exactly what I had expected. They provided car fax and a 5 day return policy. I was able to take the car to an auto macanic and get it inspected. I would highly recommend going thought this company as you basically order your prefect car. I feel that I got a great deal price wise as well.

Nothing but positive things to say about VIN Twin and the people that work there. Ryan was awesome and answered every question I had. I was able to get my 328i well under market value. There was just a tiny hiccup the day after I bought the car but Ryan came out, picked up the car and took it to get looked at. VIN Twin took care of everything and gave me updates every step of the way. Now it drives perfectly and I couldnt be happier with the car. We just purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz C250 from Kevin and Jeff who own Vintwin. These are two great guys! Their cars are luxury vehicles that are in very good to excellent condition. Its mostly internet based business, they have just a small on hand inventory but they say they are able to find any car you are looking for. Our car happen to be in stock. From the start they were informative about the car and the process. We were provided the auto report for the vehicle so nothing was hidden from us. Vintwin is a no haggle price and we felt the price of the vehicle was very reasonable and not over inflated like most dealers would do. They are able to give you the best price as they dont have the huge overhead that most dealers have which benefit the customer. I personally dont care for the large fancy dealerships! We never felt the pressure that you get from the typical car sales people. They were easy going and worked with us on getting our car to us for the sale. They made sure everything was just right and had pride in their work. The paperwork was very simple and no hidden fees or fluff in the transaction. Straight forward transaction. They were patient with any questions we had and just all around kind hardworking people. We were informed of the remaining warranty of our vehicle which was a huge plus. They put brand new tires and provided the paperwork/receipt to us so we also have the warranty information for the tires as well. We did do our own financing, so I cant review this part of it. Excellent experience!
