Customer service is excellent at the 2700 W. Picacho Ave. location. Please patronize this store

The store is very good But i cant go shopping with out getting hurrast by beggers now you have one with two dogs taking up thesidewalk wed ont feel safe going into the store

Horrible service the lady at the pharmacy has horrible attitude and doesn’t even let the customers talk at all. She is extremely rude. How does Walgreens still have her employer? Definitely doesn’t enjoy her job

I’m not sure who the lady in pharmacy is but extremely rude. Wouldn’t let me talk about a miscommunication that happened when I went to pick up medication for my grandma back on the 15th.

This has truly been my neighborhood pharmacy/grocer for last minute supplies and snacks for 5 years now. I have had a few issues with the pharmacy shorting both myself and my child on pills. Just be sure to count them immediately before you drive off. Sometimes is obvious when its qty 90 on the bottle and there are only 30 pills in the container. Hmm. But the rest of the store is fantastic, very friendly!

Ive never had a bad experience so far. My prescriptions have always been ready when Ive picked them up, and very good customer service. I always find what Im looking for and the staff has always been helpful.

The staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. Never any problems with insurance billing. My rxs are always ready when they call. Love the drive up option.

I like this Walgreens location. The one star rating is for the never ending being on hold on the phone. I literally spent 34:28 on hold only to be told that the promise time of 2:00 p.m. will need another 30 to 45 minutes. I dropped off my Rxs at noon. Dont promise a time, if you cant follow through with it.🤔🤔🤔🤔

They dont know what they doing...., not even how to submit a claim to your insurance.... that already happened to me 4 times.... I called my insurance and they told me Walgreens didnt submit correctly. And also takes forever to answer the phone even if they dont have any clients at the store.

Horroble. They called me telling that I have a prescription ready for pick up if I will able to come for the prescription, I said yes, on 30 minutes Ill be there, after waiting 10 minutes they said they havent the lady who called me delete it already. I am very disappointed with this Walgreens pharmacy, this is the 3rd time happens.

Id give them a no star if I could! Worse decision of my life transferring my meds from CVS! Pharmacy has the worst customer service-- I got talked over and then when I check him on his customer service I got hung up on. I called back to speak to a manager, Amber who was even more unprofessional with a bigger attitude! I dont care how convenient it is Ill never spend another dime here.

Go to pick up meds, pretty much in and out most of the time.

I have been using this Walgreens for (pharmacy only) going on 3 years now. Today was the final straw to make me switch to CVS. My 3 year old son just had his tonsils and adenoids removed. Drop off RX and was told be ready in 15 to 20 mins. Ok drop screaming kid off with dad and come back after 20 mins. The pharmacy says they dont even know if they have that pain RX in stock. Another 10 mins before someone tells me they do have it and they are working on it now and can I pick it up this afternoon. No I want it now like I was told 35 mins ago because he just had surgery. The response I recieved Oh, ok. We have got to get to work on that right now. They have done this to me twice before with kids puking in my truck right in front of them. Plus their system keeps losing my current address, phone number, and even insurance information. Worst place ever! I only kept coming bevause its 10 minutes from my house. I dont give reviews unless its terrible or amazing. I would give no stars if I could.

Convenient I live two blocks away and the service is always been awesome.

Every time I go here to get my meds its a have to because I cant make it across town due to my condition not letting me walk far. Every time Im shorted on my meds.

The pharmacy people are rude and dont know what they are doing. They have been this way for the past year I have done business there. I keep hoping it would change. Its only gotten worst. They all need customer service lessons!
