Cant get anyone appears closed but took $1000 of my money for a purchase that now seems fake

The bike came a day Late and with no paperwork to get the tagscant ride itOnce the bike is paid for prior to delivery the proper paper work should be mail or fax or even in the bike when it cameso when the bike finally comes it can be registered now it just sitting cant do nothing with it and the person that sold the bike name wayne
