Thanks to Sal for getting my Eluder in for an oil swap so quick!People make the difference when working with dealerships of any kind..Ive been coming here for 6 years .. (service for 2 bikes here directly and one at a RN in Arizona that Vegas didnt have at the time) Though I have seen some good peeps go, there are some great folks on Rancho who have some hang time .. Manager Dennis, Service dudes, Ricardo, Sal, and Im very appreciative to Brian and a couple other mechanics I have had the pleasure of talking to about my bikes (but am having a senior moment on their names )
Well……. Where do I start! Maybe at the begging. I was at another dealership across town looking to purchase a Maverick X3 Can Am they did not have anything in stock and I was told maybe by January. My family member out of state jumped on the case right away and found Ride Now online spoke to Victoria and the rest is history! We were told they had a couple of the models I wanted in stock and I could choose! When I arrived I was greeted by Jesus who took me to Victoria and the rest is history! We looked at the two models and I choose one. Started paperwork and the process, low and behold I spotted a new razor side by side that I fell in love with immediately and the rest is history!Dakotah was amazing with the bank stuff and everything else I needed. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and can’t wait to get it dirty!
I’ve been taking my bike here for a few years now and Ricardo has always taken great care of me and my bike. Him and Sal will take that extra time, walk the bike, and listen to any concerns and needs I may have. Both Ricardo and Sal are top notch with customer service in my book and they have a good sense of humor. Oh, hit up Stan in parts if you need anything, too. He’ll pull out the old school book to look up parts if need be. Great customer service all around here, military friendly, and I would highly recommend! They get busy during certain times during the year/day so be patient and courteous and I can guarantee you they will reciprocate.
Many thanks to Clyde and the awesome crew at Ridenow On Rancho! I flew in from California to pick up my dream bike and ride it back home. They made sure I was taken care of and stocked me up with water for the long trip home! Friendly staff, very well-stocked shop, and very knowledgeable. Too bad theyre 550 miles from home!
I bought my first bike (Honda cbr500r) from Ridenow on rancho and literally learned how to ride in their parking lot. They have a great selection of bikes but please be aware of their warranties and added fees!I paid over $1500 extra in warranties because I admittedly was very eager to buy my first bike and they could tell. I don’t write reviews like this but I truly feel like I was finessed. Got my bike though and a warranty I hopefully won’t even have to use. Hey at least they weren’t rude they were very happy to take my money lol
We came looking to purchase and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wed have made a deal except the dealer fees exceeded 30% the cost of the bike and were much higher than other motorcycle dealers in the valley. The one that we walked away from the deal over was the 500$ battery warranty that they point blank would not sell the bike without. Unfortunately we purchased elsewhere but would definitely buy from here without the bloats. dealer set up was 488, document prep was 600, battery warranty was 500, title reg fee was 29.25 on a 5300$ bike. Cant fight sales tax but the total cost of the bike would have been just shy of 8k.
Thank you to Geno and Tyler! Walked in and left an hour later after buying my new Ninja 650. They made the process smooth and easy. They are up front with all the pricing without pressure. They even offered to deliver to my home for no extra cost. Just be prepared for the additional fees that are normal when buying from a dealer. Overall a great experience!
So we put down $1000 deposit on a 2022 Polaris. Two days later after discussing add on’s and speaking to 3 different people (salesman, manager and parts department) we started discussing the dreaded extended warranty. After we declined their “extended warranty” we got a call from the manager who said there was “miscommunication “ and the Polaris we had put a deposit on was sold to someone else already! Weird….wonder if this person paid the extra money for the warranty. Terrible business……. Screen shot of conversation below. Oh and as of this morning still shows out 2022 Polaris general XP 4 1000 deluxe still available!
Went in to get my son his first bike (Rebel 500). Great customer service, but thats about it. Bike priced at $6,000, sounded great. But then they hit you with tax and fees totaling $2,700. That is a 45% increase in price!!!Which does not include any warranty or service yet... Who knows how much more it would be for that. Then you get financed which isnt a big difference on the size of the loan. The difference is a third of the original price in misc. Fees.
Bought a seadoo a little over a month ago. I thought everything had gone smoothly. Wrong! They charge 600 to assemble the unit, well they didn’t do a great job since the unit lost a part in transit to my home. (And before they come and reply they are not responsible, yes they are they are the “professionals” that assembled it. When I purchased the part we realized their mistake right away. Now to the best headache because the part wasn’t the worst. It’s been over a month and I had not received any paperwork to get it registered. I had confirmed with them what the next step would be and was told to wait for the paperwork in the mail. It wasn’t until I contacted them that they sent it. Now let’s move on they had the audacity to send the Dmv a cover sheet with a message in bold letters stating it was my responsibility to come to the dmv to process the registration. First of all it wasn’t until I mentioned to them I hadn’t received anything yet that they even attempted to send me the paperwork. I even thought maybe they didn’t have it themselves and were waiting on them to send. No! The title shows the date. So yes, no need to pin the responsibility on me I already knew it was that is why I spoke up and asked. Well now let’s move on to the DMV. They told me I was missing the HANG TAG. I call the dealership and no one can help. No one responds to my voicemails. When someone finally took my call he suggests I show them the emissions sticker. I went back to the DMV with a picture of the emissions sticker to see if that would help and I was told no that only the hang tag was needed, that in fact they should not even be removing the tag only the purchaser may remove it. So here I am waiting on the next step because I contacted brp directly but they redirected me back to the dealership.
So I found a Goldwing available through this dealer around April 2021. After headaches with the paperwork, including them tacking on the extended warranty after I stated I did not want it, then flying there to ride the bike home and finding the issue, unable to correct it as my cosigner was not present and having no options to remove it, I left with the bike. (You can cancel the extended by calling Honda directly come to find out.) About a month goes by, still no paperwork for the account or DMV paperwork sent to me. Dakota calls me and says they are behind in paperwork and that the first payment was due which they paid for me, but I would need to reimburse for. I paid him my first payment and thought nothing of it. Never was sent the receipt I requested. Well, come to find out from Honda financial that the first payment was never received and I was getting hit with a late fee every month. (Had finally gotten the paperwork and set up my account with autopay for the 4th of each month. Fired and forgot option.) So I called and spoke with a financial rep named Prince and am awaiting a solution. Either a refund, or the payment to be submitted as credit towards my account. Will update when this is resolved. (There is no way they will be earning 5 stars towards this review, but perhaps better then 1(0 if I could do so) depending on how this is handled.
Dont try to buy anything new from these con artists the bike theyll try to make you pay nearly 2500$ over list price on a 4500$ motorcycle with fees and surcharges no other dealer has. My favorite is their 600$ lifetime battery warranty thats mandatory.Edit - I ended up finding the bike I wanted at Michaels Cycle Works in Carson City. They were wonderful to work with and I got the bike OTD for under MSRP without all the BS. I highly recommend them.
I needed a service done for my husband’s motorcycle and was helped by Sal. He was very professional and friendly over the phone! He was able to get me a quote for some tires and had told me that it would be ready next day - but to my surprise was done the same day! I’m so glad I was helped by him. Thank you Sal for an amazing experience (:
Buyer Beware!!! I bought a brand new 2020 Polaris XP Pro from Ridenow Rancho in Vegas. From the second they got my down payment I knew things were not right. As soon as they got my money communication and responses from them came to a crawl. It took weeks to get them to simply complete the paperwork so that I could arrange shipping. I specifically asked before I gave the down payment that this machine was brand new with next to no miles. When the carrier picked it up these are the pictures that they took so they did not get blamed for the damages. You can see damage in several spots and it has a lot of miles on it. You can see from the tires this machine has been demoed in the dirt before it got to me.If the Ridenow power sports fixes this issue I will change my review but if you still see this you better believe they will do the same to you!!
My experience today at Ride Now Powersports was a delight and brought back memories of days gone by, where the customer was still respected and good customer relations was still important. Sal (who I met for the first time today} made me feel like we had known each other for years. He took the time to get acquainted and befriend me before asking what was my point of the visit. Remembering some of my experiences of owning a motorcycle was the interesting people I met at bike shops and learning why we ride in the first place, adventure and camaraderie Oh yea the tires are great and a good price. Sal is very professional and was extremely accommodating. During my visit today he treated each customer who showed up with that type of attitude. Thank you Sal.
I bought my very first can-am ryker here! The experience was awesome.. Dakota is the man! He went the extra mile to make sure i was 100% comfortable with my purchase. Excellent customer service and this dealership has whatever you need! I can appreciate quality service and not being pushy just to make a sale.. Keep up the great work guys.. Special s/o to Ryan and Dakota they will make it happen!!
Awesome experience! Sal in service was amazing and walked us through our new razor. Great customer service. Dakota helped us through the process on buying our new razor turbo s, and was amazing!
I just want to share what a great experience I had! I needed to fix my tire for my Polaris but wasn’t sure if it could be repaired.Sal from the parts department walked it to the service department and had a technician check to see if it was salvageable or not. He a the technician come out to show me that the tire had two slices on it. He took the tire to verify what was the specific part number and placed the order. He called when the new tire came in and said bring your rim in and we will finish up and mount it for you. Thanks Sal!
Incredibly disappointed with the service I received here. Not only could the employees not answer basic questions about the bikes they carried, but they were completely unhelpful and frankly unprofessional. Couldnt be bothered to call when they said they would and had to be reached personally in order to get any answers out of them, despite repeated asking and assurance they would reach out to us. We were told that we would be contacted by noon, just to call them at 12:30pm to hear that they hadnt even started the process of helping us yet, and it would be an hour, and once again assured me Id get a call. 2 hours later I called back, and was not remotely helped. They said they were busy helping other people and couldnt be bothered to reach out, which was shocking. The salesman additionally made rude assumptions about me and my partner. They said they were busy helping other people and couldnt be bothered to reach out, which was shocking.David was the employee who helped us, and had a complete lack of knowledge of the vehicles, totally unhelpful, and a very poor communicator who has no clue what customer service is.If you want to do business here, which I dont recommend, go in knowing exactly what you want and not having any questions, because you certainly wont get any help there. Good luck everyone!
Great and pleasant experience! Was very patient and knowledgeable about the bikes and small stuff that goes with it. For a first time buyer, made it extremely easy and stress free! Ask for Gino and Taylor they’ll get you straight!
Great sales staff, I received a call back from Milo on my CanAm X3 and Milo helped me out tremendously. He asked when I would like to come in for an appointment, no pressure at all. I showed up met with Milo and he took great care of me with a great CAN DO DEMEANOR. It was a very easy transaction and only took a few minutes. I will definitely be back because of Milos help and hard work on making my visit great. Thanks Milo at Ridenow on Rancho...
Gino was very patient and professional helping me find what I needed. I ended up purchasing a side by side and a Honda rancher from him. The staff there was very friendly. Sal was very personable and helpful as well.
Went in to buy a motorcycle listed online inquired the out the door price. It was marked up $2900 in hidden fees. Prep fee for a bike that was not prepped. Tires bald, seat was torn, scratches, and oil not changed. Charged excessive documentation fees. Added battery protection fees. Charged for a warranty that was already included by manufacturer . When requested to speak with a manager I was given the run around. I am only agreeing to pay sales tax and title fees. Sales staff were rude and unprofessional. Make sure you read your purchase order.
Horrible experience with my slingshot purchase. I was called down that they received one in. I get there and it’s a trade in with only 100 miles. Was told sale prices is 3k more than a brand new one, ok we still move forward. They did not even inspect the slingshot as the speakers did not work once I was finally able to turn it on (after sale). I was told it would be expedited by next week which turned into 2 weeks. The most frustrating part is I was never contacted by anyone even though I purchased from the sales manager. I also never received any of the things you get with the purchase (battery charger, first aid kit, shirt). To make it all worse I have called 4 times and left 4 voicemails regarding my dmv form to register the slingshot and I have not received a call back yet. My registration is due in 4 days and I cannot get anyone to get me the slip.
Ridenow is the truest example of a business that tries to use sleazy and deceptive practices to get you to buy a motorcycle from them at any cost. When I acquired about the availability of a motorcycle they refuse to tell me if it was available or not and continuously insisted that I could come in and find out if its there or not. Do not trust their sales people they do not care about you as a customer only about their own pocketbook and how expensive of a bike they can convince you to buy.
Five stars all the way! Ethan was awesome, very informative, and efficient. This is our first purchase with Ridenow Powersports and we will be back for sure.Philip in parts was very helpful as well.
What a great place! Salesperson Ethan Rubio had great patience and persistence in tracking down the new Honda motorcycle that I wanted. It finally arrived from Honda and the purchase process was smooth and quick. I love my new bike and will have all my service done here as well. Best bike shop in town!
Frank in service is a great guy with awesome people skills, goes the extra mile to help customers and Ride Now is lucky to have him. Thanks Frank for making my visit with you sort while I waited to get my tires mounted. Thanks again. :-)
I would not recommend this place. Overpriced with extra charges and my Mavericks 4 wheel drive would not work. They didnt even test after building. Staff are super nice but like any other salesman once you leave its not their problem. But they want you to finance with them. Paying for a Maverick that i cant use and have to pay for. Cant take in to get repaired for two weeks. Then dont know how long that will take.
Brought my bike in for some routine maintenance but these guys found problems that I didnt know even I had, and Im grateful. Having a chain snap or a tire blow on the highway is going to be a real bad day. I didnt realize how bad my bike sounded until I got it back from the shop. SAL in the service department really helped me out by getting my bike back to me as quickly as possible, a little over a day after the parts arrived. Ill definitely be back for my regular maintenance in the future, as well as for any other issues that come up. Thanks guys!
Ride now at rancho is the best. I own my own company, and customer service is most important.I needed two new tires to make a return trip to phoenix The next day. They were able to get it done that day within hours! And, at a great price.Thank you all in the service and parts department.Thank you Sal, who stays on top of the service. Communication is great there. Thank you Frank! And also Philip in parts.Ride now, please keep these guys happy. As long as they are there you have my business, and referralsThank you again!!
We purchased a new 2021 Kawasaki TeryX4. I believe we negotiated a great price. The salesperson, David Lopez, and head of sales, Dakota, were cordial, knowledgeable, and good at their job. David was especially excellent to work with. If in the future I have any questions or issues with my new side-by-side he will be the outstanding go-to person for me. Thanks to David and your professional team!
First time there but Looks Great! .if I lived in Vegas that would be My Toy Store!
Nice people, bought parts here and was satisfied. However, if looking for a new Polaris UTV, they charge far too much for freight and assembly. I saved $3500 even after paying to have my RZR transported by buying from a dealer in northern California.Dont pay frivolous fees, just like you should never pay added dealer markup on a car or truck! The store management needs to reconsider these practices. They lost a $32,000 sale with me, and now Im looking for another RZR which would have been another $34,000 sale for them.Response to owner:I didnt have to travel anywhere. I bought my Fosgate Pro XP Ulitmate from my home office chair and got 60,000 points on my AMEX card doing it. It showed up on a truck a couple days later. All in all, better than driving to Vegas and then paying NV tax like you require.... I didnt have to pay California taxes, I just paid here in AZ when I registered it for street/OHV use.Cheers.
Had my Yamaha wolverine X2 serviced and the service was great. Fast and professional, I was helped by KC and Sal Porras.I would recommend this place, Rydenow Powersports on Rancho.
Typical dealership service department, just trying to get every little dime out of you. They take advantage of people who dont know what they are getting serviced. Took my motorcycle in to have new tires put on, and got a call saying I need new chain and sprockets. When in reality the chain and sprockets that are on the bike have less than 1000 miles on them. The service advisor stayed loyal to the cause when I told them they were practically new, and he said the service tech said otherwise. I can say with 100% certainty that the parts were new because I watched them get installed onto my bike. But like I said the advisor stayed loyal to the cause and no matter what I said I was wrong.
Really great experience buying our first bikes from Ridenow Rancho location and working with Ethan. From the beginning of the sale til the end, Ethan helped us navigate what we needed to get into trail riding. He even stayed after work for close to an hour helping us load everything into the back of the truck. I will certainly continue to do business here and hope anyone considering will take the time to visit this place and get into something fun! Thanks Ethan!
Amazing place- helped so much with everything. Zack is great and if you go there ask for him he will hook you up
If this review helps you, please mark as helpful so others are made aware.Disclaimer: this is not legal advice, use this information accordingly.Nevada Revised Statutes 482.351 summarized states No vehicle dealer may employ bait and switch advertising. Bait and switch advertising consists of an offer to sell goods which the seller may not intend to sell, accompanied by one or more of the following practices...(c) requiring other sales or other undisclosed conditions to be met before selling the advertised good.Their website advertised a bike at an MSRP less than other local dealers. They mark up their freight and doc fees which sucks but within their right. HOWEVER, they required the purchase of a battery protection (to clarify, they would not sell me the motorcycle without the purchase of the battery protection). Their website does not mention that a battery protection is required for the purchase of the motorcycle. If we use their logic, Im going to open up my own dealership and sell bikes at $100! Sure, therell be a battery protection of thousands of dollars that I wont mention on my website and I wont sell you the bike unless you buy the protection, but I can advertise my motorcycles at $100!!!The above paragraph is sarcasm in case this somehow escalates into something serious and theres some sort of retaliation.Ride Safe my Vegas peeps.
Zach was a great salesman he answered all my questions and the purchasing process was very smooth would recommend zach to anyone looking to purchase a off road vehicle.
Sal hooked it up for us, great customer service, got us In and out of there and don’t forget to ask for sal!!
Great service and huge selection of parts, makes and models. Your Off Road Super Store!
Had some accessories installed on my new RZR work was done quickly and more importantly it was done right! Had a little issue that Sal took care of ( damaged plastic when removing a bolt).damage was hidden but they still let me know about it and took care of it thru Polaris. Sal was great to work with and kept me informed of everything. Go see Sal in service. He will treat you right! Great company if you are looking to purchase or have service done on your RZR
I bought a new Suzuki vstrom here last week. After the paper work was done they discovered they couldnt find the packet for the bike. So the bike was delivered with one non oem key, no owners manual and no battery tender. Love the bike but the process was a bit unorganized. hopefully these three issues will be corrected this week.
Ride now Rancho service department is great and very helpful. Sal is easy to work with. He helped get Yamaha to stand behind their motorcycle and get a warranty item pushed through for me.
Today I received the best service from Ethan and Taylor Tot!!! I just bought my first SeaDoo! They really made this a great experience because I was so nervous going into this. Thank you so much you guys! I’m beyond happy!!!
Went there to get my Suzuki Boulevards forks rebuilt. They over quoted which is nice. Rather think youre paying a lot at first and be surprised its actually $100 cheaper. Customer service was decent. And at first glance the maintenance seems to be done well, but only time will tell. They will obviously try to upsale you on addition maintenance that may be coming due on your bike but dont press the subject when you say youll pass.
All of the staff at Ridenow were super friendly and helpful! They answered all of my questions, were very quick in responding and even stayed late on the holiday weekend to get us taken care of! I will go back again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a bike, atv or parts and supplies! Thanks Ridenow Rancho!
$500 battery replacement bs up-sell on new bikes and $599 doc prep fee? Have bought over a dozen bikes/utv’s and have never been hit up with a non-negotiable “battery replacement program” or $600 doc fee. Make sure you understand the “extra” un-necessary fee’s they add onto the price of the bike.
The staff is very professional & will get you exactly what you want. They have a very good inventory, you can’t go wrong with grabbing a bike front here. I’ve already recommended two of friends to swing bye.
Can’t say enough good about my experience. Was helped by Ethan and the manager Ryan. No surprises at any point from trade in to new finance. The entire dealership helped and was up front with information. I’ve bought several vehicles over the years from ride now and have no complaints.
Very rude personnel, tried to talk to the sales department “Victoria” and wanted to see the statues of my father application because we were interested in a rzr and i called and she was acting very sarcastic, rude by not answering my questions and saying “yup, yup, yup. So I hung up on the responses I was getting. Giving me no help. I wouldn’t recommend her at least. Very unprofessional.
Purchased some tires for our bike. The service is somewhat below standards. Ordered the tires at one counter, then walked over to the service desk only to be told to wait for a Specific service advisor (who was helping another customer at the time). There was 3 other service advisors at the service counter readily available! We have No idea why we had to wait for this specific person. He ended up not helping us anyway because we waited there so long. Thank goodness my child (who is 1 yrs old) was well behaved enough to wait around the entire time! This gentleman was still helping his previous customer so he asked his coworker to help us anyway! I don’t understand what the issue was in first place?! However, Sal took over and was friendly and took care of us. We left our rims around 9:45am and asked for an estimated time frame for pick up. They said shouldn’t take more than a couple hours. I brought in the loose tires/rims Only, there was no need to disassemble a bike. I didn’t receive a call until After I called around 3pm to ask when I was able to pick up my tires. Got a return phone call and said my tires would be ready at 5pm. Got back to the shop around 4:30pm. Tires were still not ready at 5pm, I waited until almost 5:45-6pm to get my tires/rims. This place closes at 6. I repeat, they did Not have to disassemble my bike, I brought in Only the rims/loose tires for them to add the tires. I do not understand why this took All day. Perhaps they were backed up in service, but it doesn’t take all day for 2 tires. Sal apologized for taking so long, but as a consumer I may think twice about doing business here in the future. -Mrs. Haag
Had such a pleasant experience here with David C. in particular. Purchased my first brand new GTX (300) and I could be more pleased with the respect, the options, and the professionalism of everyone over at Ridenow. Even visiting the Wildlife Dept. they know the Ridenow team and registering was like getting something taken care of by friends. So highly recommended, see y’all out on the water!
For our first visit to the Rancho location, Id have to say Im very satisfied! We looked around for a little bit before anyone came up to us. (Whice was nice) Ethan Rubio came up to us and asked if we need help. We told him we had some questions about the Honda Talon. He answered all that wet had with what he know. The ones he didnt know he went and asked the correct person. He made sure we were comfortable while waiting for the credit department, which was also very professional and informative as well. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Thank you Ethan for all your help and service.
Sal from service dept. He made the appt hassle free. He was very helpful and communicative throughout my service. He even texted me for updates. I would do business again.
This place is outrageous if you are trying to buy an ATV. Dont let them use that inventory BS excuse. I Drove a couple hrs to buy the same model 1500 cheaper.700 freight700 assembly600 doc fees600 some BS battery warranty
I decided on RideNow for tires. After waiting three weeks for the tires to arrive I called them and inquired. The ball got dropped because the tires were never initially ordered. Once properly ordered, RideNow did pick up the slack and I had them installed within four days. The next day I washed off the soap residue used in mounting the tires only to find chips in my rims. In addition to the chips, my chin spoiler was also cracked. Did the installer use the wrong stand or actually try to jack my bike up by a piece of plastic?? Dont know, dont care. What I do know is that after calling and leaving a message to discuss the situation, I have yet to hear a response (one week has past.) Another thing I do know is that I will never trust them with my motorcycles.Update: I did receive a voicemail from RideNow on Rancho a solid month after posting this review and one through their website. I did decide against further correspondence. Im not looking for things to be made right. I dont need compensation to the damages. What I do need is a person/business that I can trust to get the job done correctly the first time.
Had to bring my motorcycle in for recall service. The first time I tried there was some miscommunication between members in the service department. But after that Sal in the service department went above and beyond to get me taken care of. The work was completed faster than quoted. If you need any help in the service department I highly suggest you ask for Sal he will do his best to get it done for you.
Just bought my first bike the Kawasaki Z400. I worked with Ethan, real cool and down to earth guy. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. If your looking to make a purchase and want to work with someone who is straight forward, I highly recommend asking for Ethan.
Ok it all started with Kaylin their website site person. She gave all the needed info I asked for. Very helpful. Then I went to the dealer on rancho where I met Ethan He was very helpful in detailing all the questions and information I requested. A great help. I went back to this dealer a week later. Ethan was working with a customer. I met kaylin again and she helped secure David Lopez for me as I was interested in talking about a bike I wanted. He was able to give me all the information I needed and that helped me to decide to move forward with my purchase. Of course David is the sales person and it was now time to meet, what I call the money people. David did an excellent job in helping me decide to move forward. Now comes Dakota, the money guy, we talked about what I wanted. He never smiled at first, you know the money guys. It didn’t take long for him to change I had him laughing. Now I’m in position to talk turkey about the purchase. Dakota worked some magic as we compromised a bit and we both came out with a deal we both could live with. Needless to say I picked up my Goldwing today. All in all they had a team of people helping me put together my purchase of my new Goldwing. Everyone worked hard to help me out. Oh even the business manager got involved, don’t remember his first name. He came out to help put the finishing touches on the deal. What was even more amazing I got to meet Brian the Goldwing technician that will be working on my bike when I bring it in for service. He came out to the showroom and walked me through all the components of this new superior electronic motorcycle. Boy it has a lot of new stuff on it. I told Brian this is my 5th Goldwing and it has changed completely since my first one I owned.
We had a wonderful experience with Ridenow Powersports on Rancho. Especially our service writer, Sal Porras. He provided great customer service and kept us informed on all aspects of our service work. I really feel he went well above and beyond what he needed to do. Extremely customer oriented. I really feel he is an asset to this company. We look forward to seeing him when we need our next service.
Best experience ever! Great customer service. Thank you Frank for helping us get what we needed done. Definitely going back for anything
Would not price over phone. Drove across town to get quoted some outrageous price way over sticker on a dirt bike. Bounced out of there real quick. You’ve been warned.
So many toys, so little time!Have bought several bikes from these guys and Ill buy more — no complaints, only praises.
I must say that I dont write reviews very often and especially for dealerships of cars or motorcycles. However, my experience with everyone at RideNow Powersports on Rancho in Las Vegas was nothing short of AWESOME! I live in Oregon and they had a new Honda Goldwing that I could not find anywhere else. And above all, it was at a price that beat all other dealerships around the country. It had everything that I wanted. My sales professional was Clyde Harris. He made the process very easy and was great to work with. They held it for me and when I flew out it was all ready to go. I looked it over, paid for it and asked Dakotah Hickey if they could store it until my shipper could come out to pick it up. Dakotah did not even hesitate before saying, Of course. Well, my shipper ran into bad weather and was delayed a couple of days. He was coming from LA and it was clear he was going to be late. Since this was a Saturday and the dealership was closed Sunday and Monday, my shipper would have to delay the pickup for several weeks. This would have cost my shipper money, it would have cost me money as I had other things lined up that I had already paid for, and it would have delayed me getting my already purchased motorcycle. I contacted Dakotah and he was willing to wait until my shipper arrived late Saturday from LA to pick it up. What a great experience to work with such dedicated professionals. Its because of the efforts of Dakotah Hickey, everything fell into place. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! These guys are truly amazing. Thanks RideNow Powersports on Rancho! You really came through.
Great people! Art & Dave are good people, They took care of Business.I will definitely recommend Ridenow Powersports to Friends & Family.
Yes I walked in the door all I can feel is a good Vibes David L was the best I asked him questions he answered me right away I love the spirit and the finance Arthur Izquierdo, I think you guys.
Great place. Friendly and knowledgeable. Talk to Clyde, a good guy and he will hook you up!
Very cool store but service was poor at best. I walked around for over 30 minutes looking at side by sides and couldnt get any help. I had $35k in the bank ready to buy out right a man toy to no luck.
Was told deposit on jetski was non-refundable. Heard from another RideNow that was not true. Did not go over any of the fees until after ski arrived. Was forced to buy a battery package that I didnt want but felt obligated because of my deposit not being refundable. Which I heard that I could have refused that also from another RideNow. Just felt taken advantaged of. Not a great experience.
Great experience purchased a motorcycle with no issues. Thanks to Ethan Rubio and art izquierdo
I was thrilled with the service I received from Kaylin and Dave. I purchased a Honda S x S, drove from Seattle to LV, they had everything ready and I was driving off within about an hour of arrival. They were professional thorough and made sure my experience with Ridenow was excellent.Rod
So I came in wanting to buy one of the Yamaha T7s they had recently gotten in stock, a salesmen Ethan was the first person to help me. Ethan was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and not at all the pushy salesman stereotype. Unfortunately Ride Now couldnt fiance me for the bike I wanted but Ethan assured me he would keep in contact with me if anything came up on his end or mine.Fast Forward a couple hours and I came back with financing from another bank and Ethan didnt hesitate to continue helping me. He hooked me up with Art (one of the floor managers). Who was also extremely helpful and nice to me. Even after running into some trouble on my end with my check and some small issues with Ride Nows computers running slow Ethan and Art were always giving me timely updates on the process and helped me work out all the kinks in purchasing the bike I wanted. The deal was done on Wednesday and I had my new bike delivered to me on Friday.I would highly recommend Ride Now to anyone looking for a bike in town, Ethan and Art were extremely patient and helpful through the whole process and I will definitely be going back for parts and services.
Arrogant unknowledgeable staff and they just want to sell new bikes not service older models shop in st george much nicer people with cheaper pricing on new bikes
Amazing, fast service! Sal gets 5 stars!
Sal was awesome to work with. The warranty company didnt want to pay for what the warranty covered but Sal worked everything out for us! Thanks Sal!!!
Just bought my first Honda. Thx!(Edit) Place has a good inventory but they are not helpful at all after the sale is over.
Worked with Ethan Rubio. Helped me with the purchase of my 2021 CBR600RR. Very satisfied with my purchase and service provided. Kept it quick and simple. What you looking to ride? You need gear? Hit up Ethan Rubio at Ridenow Rancho
I purchase 3 pairs of shoes great quality but pricey.
Do yourself a big favor. Do NOT buy your side by side or ATV from this place. I had 40 hours on my 3 week old machine and it is toast.Absolutely ZERO help or preference from the service department. I have had to take my machine to a different dealer for service. Im left on my own to deal with Can Am and a dealer I didnt buy from to try to get my $35k pile of worthless metal working again.Do not deal with these people. You will be better off for it.
Had very good experience Purchasing my first bike, Ethan was great very professional I would definitely come back or recommend someone to get a bike here..
Few weeks ago I bought a CRF50 from them. The experience was awesome. Living in Reno I called over the phone. They helped every step of the way. Was able to put down a deposit and drive down to pick it up. Showed up and was loaded up back on the highway in less than 45 minutes. Taylor helped me through the process and everything involved. Super nice dude. Whole experience was great and was able to surprise my son for his 3rd birthday.
Ridenow on Rancho accommodated my out of state purchase and made the process easy. Dakotah and Milo are top notch guys and I highly recommend looking them up if youre in the market for a UTV/ATV.
Pretty Disappointed in the customer service this Ridenow provides. I called Yesterday looking for a price on a bike for my husband (We live over an hour away and both work full time) the gal over the phone declined to even give me a ball park number and stated they only give numbers to in person customers. After talking with another person in sales (who was very short) I knew they were unwilling to help. Sad to see a business like this turn down a cash buyer. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
Clyde Harris and everyone at Ride Now on Rancho have shown nothing but patience, loyalty, and respect to my wife and I. We spent days back and forth over the phone and in person with zero issues, and Clyde was very great at giving space when need be as well as being very persistent all at the same time. Clyde even got a bike built from the crate so I could actually sit on it and test the feel instead of just selling me a bike like any other salesman would. This location is very well kept and everyone we came into contact with was extremely professional and welcoming. Art was very kind and quick with getting back to us with all of our financing needs. Can’t say enough good things about our experience and we will be recommending Ride Now to others for a fact!!
Frank is always doing an outstanding job and makes sure to take care of each customer
Special thanks to Art, Mike, Chris and Claude. Outstanding customer service, friendly and genuinely supportive. Stopped in after being told by another dealer that the RZR Turbo XP I ordered in April would not arrive until late July. Art worked with me, matched the price the other dealer offered and had me out the door within hour as a proud new owner of a 2021 RZR XP Turbo. Highly recommend stopping by, these fellas will do whatever it takes to get you what you need.
I bought a new Suzuki Vstrom 1050 XT from these guys. It was the best vehicle transaction Ive ever had. I was an out of state buyer and they put everything in writing with no problems. They even held the bike for me for 2 weeks due to me cancelling with no problems. I wouldnt hesitate to deal with Milo or Ethan again for a vehicle purchase. Outstanding and trustworthy customer service! Review update: Dealt with Ryan and Kinkaide to get a Certificate of Origin due to registering the bike in Oregon, the required paperwork was sent via overnight delivery! Great Job, thanks!
Place has a nice inventory but the customer service from the sales team is terrible 😑
The team of guys were on point with everything they got the bike I wanted to there shop in one day Clyde was an awesome salesman Milo was on point with his skills finding me the bike I wanted Dakota got me where I needed to be on payments easiest purchase I ever made thank you guys much appreciated
Horrible service. People mixed up there and tried to deliver me the wrong Harley Davidson. Very disappointing for sure. Ruined my day totally .
We were looking to purchase a Can Am in our state, and they had them here for significantly less. Even after shipping it back, we saved money.Melony was the staff member who helped us. She was knowledgeable, and courteous, and followed through on everything she said she would do.I would buy a atv/trike/bike from her and RideNow Piwersports sgain
At first I dealt with that is which I cant remember his name, he has no customer service at all once I walked in and the whole time he was dealing with me I had to be the one to ask the questions about the Can-Am that I was looking at and as soon as I was done in that place I didnt want to go back, but I had a curtousy phone call back and the lady Destiny asked how my experience was so I told her so she had recommended me to go see one of the Sales manager and I did, oh and I almost forgot Destiny apologized for what happened in the store, and told me to go see one of the 3 store managers so I went in the next time and the first person I see I went up to and asked for Chris, Tony, or Travis so the guy said he was Travis Cunningham and the whole time he introduced himself and explained everything to me, lets just say my second experience Travis has great customer service and I also explained what happened the first time I came in so he apologized for that and he would take care of it. So all in all Travis Cunningham was the best sales manager to deal with as well as Tyler that I had also dealt with after Travis and so i ended up purchasing a 2016 Can-Am Spider and I love it.
We just picked up our new Honda Talon. We live in Chandler and went all the way to Vegas to pick it up. Ryan, David and Art took care of us and everything we needed. Would highly recommend them if looking to purchase. Everything was easy from Arizona.
This place is beyond busy, I purchased a Can Am X3 XRC over the phone because no one in the Bay Area, Ca had one. The price out the door (tax, reg) was amazing. The deals and inventory on the showroom had me close to buying another one. Have patience with them when calling, the poor phone receptionist is also the cashier. The staff was helpful and we bought a lot of extras to get the “Free” Go-Pro Knock off camera. They did have us wait for 2 hours while they checked over and fueled up the unit. Unfortunately they forgot to add any fuel so it’s a good thing I didn’t want a Test ride. If you want to save some money and see every available Can Am & Polaris in person this is the place. The RideNow’s in Arizona are bigger than some car dealerships.
