I paid over 700 dollar to fix a problem wich was I get to a stop sign it turns of. I ask to fix it I get my bike back and they dont return my bike all the way together or can fix the problem he will blame me for the missing parts when i dont fix bikes. There prices to pick up the bike is 35 and then when the add new parts to the bike they want to blame me for it not to work. When the bike still starts. I mean they have a business and obviously they have a good business well they dont.

Its been about 5 years since going to Luis but I always found him to be fair and slightly below market for labor rates. He used to be on valley view, I had a gsxr750 and cbr929.

He REALLY Knows his Stuff! Very reasonable prices. Goes the extra mile. Maybe a little slow - because he has a LOT of work & a little help. Overall service is EXCELLENT! Highly recommended. My bike runs better now than when I got it from the dealer!

Just bad people skill cant return calls. Whats sad is i was referred here.dont waste your time here your better off some where else or online. I brought my scooter in to have the oil changed and basic maintenance a week ago...they were very friendly even when I realized after I got it home that one of the tire valve caps was missing they replaced it for me (after telling me there wasnt one to begin with which was untrue)...however the next day I checked my oil and it was completely empty...not sure what to think about that...makes me nervous to go back...which is sad because I thought I had found a new place to take my scooter for repairs etc.Im so glad I came back. I really appreciate the time you took to help me figure out a way to put this new license plate on my scooter...and it was fun talking to you...Ill be back. Thanks again

I contacted Throttle Punisher about my Yamaha Rhino. I was quoted over $1800 from another business that will remain nameless. I was quoted a much better price and it was also explained to me that the other business was over charging me for work I did not need. I received a fair price with no up-sale and no unexpected price changes from the original quote. I found them to be very honest and upfront about what needed to be repaired. I was out the door for under $800 and my Rhino is running the way it should. I will continue to use them to service and repair my rhino.I also took advantage of their pick up and delivery service which saved me a lot of time and energy. ($35 each way)

I wanted to give a great rating but I give 2 stars because they received full payment ($1,100)about 3 weeks ago got the part in 2 weeks ago so why does it take almost 2 weeks to fix and sync a carborator it does not take that long accordian to mutiple mechanics(3 specialize in motorcycles) also my brother got a full flush(he put the wrong gas duh)but they charged him over $400,I still would want to do business in the future but the price mixed with no urgencie to get the customer there property back Im not sure,hope they can tighten up on speed and execution.
