We went into the Mattress Firm on North Nellis and Charleston Blvd. today to buy a mattress.Isaac was our store associate that helped us with our purchase. We explained what we were looking for, he listened to our needs and wants. Then he showed us 3 beds that he thought would best fit what we were looking for in firmness. Then showed us the difference between springs, hybrid and foam. It didnt take us long to decide ( maybe about a half an hour ). Then it was time to write up the contract. We were there about an hour. Im very satisfied with the results and efficiency of the sale and choices to choose from.Thank you Isaac for listening and making our choices easier. There delivery people broke light in front of house. Its still being 30 days and still not fix by them. There delivery people knew they messed up that why they drop mattress 🏃‍♀️.
