They give you an advantage over buying online because they will help you and you can see the product and try it before you buy it. I highly recommend them. I had a pool table installed in July and now three months later their installers from On Cue re-established the table level as it had settled into the carpeting. Susie at Billiards n More and Quentin at On Cue were professional and courteous. Excellent choice of products and service. I recommend highly.

I decided to check out pool cues because all the cues at the bars suck, playing for a year now never owned a cue. I found this place searching google and stopped by. A woman (forgot her name, she is one of the owners) helped me out, she answered all my questions and then some so I ended up purchasing a cue from her as well as a set of balls. The information that she gave me I cross reference online when I got home and she totally checks out so I m happy with this place, Id recommend it for sure I feel good about the value for the money i spent happy with my purchase.

This place is awesome. Store is well stocked and my wife and I shopped around for an hour an a half. They have EVERYTHING for the ultimate game-room. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and our delivery was pure perfection. We finally have the game room of our dreams. Thanks guys, well played!

We hired them to install new felt for our pool table. They called to get payment and we missed the call but called back 30 min later only to find out that Suzie had told them to remove the rails until payment was received! My husband made payment over the phone immediately and was told they would return to reinstall our rail they removed. We went into the store the morning to get the rail as it was never installed and the owner insulted my husband by accusing him not paying for the job and saying that we were rich and that he knows our type of people. Insulting and classless.Id encourage everyone to shop online or use a different company in Vegas. They do not value your business and cannot be trusted.

Christmas eve. We called at 1:54 to see how late they were open. The girl told us 3 oclock. We rushed across town, arrived at 2:20 PM and they were closed. We needed to buy a pool table for Christmas. Nice job! We will never go to your store again!!
