The worst experience ever. First time I took my car to have a stereo replaced. Only the touch screen worked. The factory unit buttons was supposed to sync with the screen but it did not. I got charged $150 for labor and then $50 for wire kit. Came to find out they used the same wire that came with the unit.I brought a bigger screen unit for them to install Then the hazard button and the steering wheel controls stopped working. And they cut up all the wires. Luckily I figured it out myself how to fix it.Very unprofessional. They will not hear your explanation.As soon as you go back to the store letting them know the stereo doesn’t work properly, they will start arguing with you and you money is never refunded.They will tell you, they will install any thing but the work is always half way done. Take you money somewhere else.DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

THEIS GUY BEEN SCAMMING PEOPLE IN LAS VEGAS FOR TO LONG NOW ITS TIME THEY SHUT DOWN THEY WILL INSTALL OR HALF INSTALL YOUR RADIO THEN ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND WANT FIX OR RETURN YOUR MONEY

Excellent..... Had major stereo installation done in November 2020.. System started acting up today.... Thought i blew my amps or subwoofer but it was a loose ground wire... Edgar found out the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in 10 minutes.... These guys are true professionals... Great prices and clean detailed work.... Wouldnt go anywhere else because i know personally that they not gonna rip me off..

Me and my boyfriend went here and got a radio installed and they installed our radio and never put the dash kit in after waiting 2 weeks we had to call them for them to tell us to bring our car in to install the kit and we had paid upfront 400$ and we kept getting pushed to the end of the line after being paid ahead and didn’t even give us the radio we wanted and didn’t hook up some of the wires back and then charged us another 100$ to switch our radio and charged us 30$ for a remote to the previous stereo that didn’t even work!!! Will never recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Stereo is crooked, it sounds terrible, the blue tooth is inaudible. Theyve stolen out of my car TWICE. AVOID at all costs. Not worth the headache.

Was have problems installing a tablet radio in my bmw and they got it working for me no problem and did a really good job and didn’t take long and the price they charged was very fair price. I will be coming here when ever I have audio needs

BEWARE!!! My father went in to get an alarm system installed, automatic start, and Bluetooth installed. He went back as soon as he noticed his back lights were not working, and the owner told him what they did had nothing to do with his current issue, and he could go back when the person who installed the system was in. He went back and that person told him they had nothing to do with his lights not functioning. 2 weeks later and over $600 later the mechanic still has his truck!! We have all the paperwork to confirm that it was indeed what Car Stereo Xpress did to the truck with their dirty work!! They ruined the trucks entire wiring and computer system!! We are reaching out to news stations so that people are aware of how this place takes advantage of people with their work!!

This was not a good experience. I was quoted a price then it was raised by more than a hundred dollars for no reason. Then they failed to straighten out a wiring problem on the stereo,which they had promised to do and in the end the system sounded terrible. Also they broke the lighter on my console and tried to say it was already broken. I hate to give a low rating but this was really bad

I had a brand new less than 3 month old wrap on my car..finally got the money for a stereo system and had these guys hook it up jus to give my car back with a big tear in the bumper and the owner and son in total denial eventhough one of there workers walked outside and inspected my car with me b4 i turned it in..definently a thumbs down

They installed my brand new system and before I got home it stopped working. I took it back and they said the brand new boss speakers were blown. I dont know how. But now I have to buy new speakers on top of getting them installed 😩. How did this happen?

The owner gave me a decent deal on a complete system and didnt take long on installation. Definitely will be my go-to for accessories in the futrue!

Not recommended... the prices are made up...I paid him $410 for an alarm and to give me good speakers... originally he said 360, but at payment he threw on another 50...I researched that the alarm was worth $100 and the sound was terrible... I figured out by taking things apart and playing with my fuse box, that two of the speakers were changed and i had to remove some fuses to turn off the other speakers to get a mediocre less then extremely scratchy sound which existed before I made the changes.

I went here to get rewire of amp and sub.... very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Would recommend. From my experience you get what you pay for. Thanks again!

They did a good job. I got an HDMI 2 din dvd jvc raido. Be prepared to haggle no posted prices. They still came in at a lower cost with a great system. It has all the features I wanted. We did have to re haggle when the first raido we discussed would not fit in my car. I had to return once to have a few items tightened down so they would not move on bumps. I am happy with the end result.
