Discussed the installation of a new receiver for my car through text, always being straightforward with the needed parts and costs. I knew exactly what I needed and how much it would cost the next day when I went to order the parts. Got the pieces that needed to be ordered within a week. We had came across alot of good reviews about this place but for us the experience was a nightmare.We paid $1570 for 2 12 inch box kickers and a amp. Had to come back to this place several times and still cant get the problem fixed. The bass goes in and out like theres a shortage in the wires somewhere. The manager and sales person seems to not be able to fix the problem. Its very embarrassing to be beating down the street and your music goes out it should be more embarrassing that we have to tell them we got our beats from AUDIO EXPRESS MARYLAND PARKWAY..All we want is to help us out find a solution to the problem NOTHINGMORE NOTHINF LESS

First I called ahead about getting my system upgrade with everything I wanted. I was told to come right in and they would help me right away. The audio express guys here helped me right as I walked it. And pointed me to exactly what I needed. They didnt try to upsell anything unnecessary to me or anything. I picked out what I wanted/needed and gave them the keys and the next day my truck was fitted with the great system it now has. This wasnt my first time here and it definitely wont be my last, theyre great!

Just recently bought a 2005 Camry that had a stock stereo, came in with my boyfriend to look for something new.Edder (I believe) immediately addressed us, look at my car to see what was compatible and gave us a few options to look at. He compared not only prices but the pros and cons to all of them.After we picked one he offered to keep my car over night and have it installed ASAP in the morning (we came in right before closing)Sure enough only an hour after opening my car was ready to go!Edder and his team were all friendly and so helpful. Great professional staff with a lot of knowledge. Problem I had with my X5 BMW Stereo Bad radio reception needed a new antenna, a lot of static on the radio and cell phone reception. I was able to obtain a new antenna and the radio stations became more clearly. But my static with my speakers after a 10 level was not corrected. I was informed I needed to go to a BMW dealership to correct further problems. The hourly labor rate was a normal Las Vegas area rate

The best in Vegas. I’ve been coming to them for over ten years for audio in four different cars. They just put in a state of the art dash cam — it’s neat, wiring hidden, pro all the way. Trust these guys.

PLEASE BEWARE!!!! This place took advantage of me not having knowledge about audio sounds for my car and the salesman sold me a defective speaker! I purchased an Kenwood amp and 12in subwoofer combo. The subwoofer was malfunctioning off top but I was told to give it a few weeks in order for it to tune… whatever that means. In 3 weeks the subwoofer had completely stopped working! When I returned to Audio express for help the same salesman told me he couldn’t help me because they didn’t have anymore of the same brand to swap me out with, that was the last one that he sold me and to contact to manufacturing company. When I contacted the manufacturing company I was told that they don’t even make that subwoofer anymore and more then likely audio express sold me a defective speaker. I believe I was sold the defective speaker on purpose because I’m a woman and I expressed to him that I didn’t know much about this stuff. He purposely suggested to me a subwoofer that he knew was discontinued!! The manufacturing company offered me my money back but I have to spend $60 of my own money just to send the subwoofer and amp to them. Audio express refused to even send the equipment back for me so I wouldn’t have to waste $60 for shipping, talk about Customer service! I Hate it Here 😩 P.S I will be contacting the BBB because that was really unprofessional

I had a great experience at Audio Express. Edder and Jason were super informative, as I am not super audio-tech knowledgeable, and I needed guidance toward what my car needed to get the desired results. They worked to help me get a price point I needed, and after a conversation and education, I ended up upgrading to a better system that provides me with something I can appreciate over the longer term. I feel good about the purchase because Edder took the time to help my understand my options and what I was buying. Thumbs up.

Jason was awesome!! I upgraded my cell phone and could no longer use my aux cord so I needed to upgrade my car stereo. I let Jason know my budget and what I was looking for, he got into technical talk about sound quality while I marveled at the pretty colors and all the buttons I have yet to figure out. We picked out a stereo that would work for my needs and I dropped my car off that afternoon, picked it up the next afternoon. Quick, easy, painless and within my budget! I have been going to audio express for all my sound and keyless entry needs for nearly a decade and I have never left the store unsatisfied. All the staff I have encountered have always been informative, friendly, and honest. While all the staff members are awesome, I have personally been following Edder throughout various audio express locations. Edder has this uncanny ability to know exactly what I want, despite my poor descriptions/explanations. All I have to do is tell him the type of music I listen to most often and hell come back with options of what he thinks Ill like. Then he takes the time to fully explain the differences between the options to ensure Im able to make an informed decision. Once the job is complete, Edder helps me tune the sound to my liking (once again, I dont have to tell him anything, he gets it perfect from the start) and anytime the settings are reset (getting a new battery, for example) I can go to the store and Edder will help me retore all the settings without hesitation.The shop is quick, efficient, and meticulous. My car looks clean and I get compliments from others when they see how great the wiring is. Not to mention, up until this week, I have had the same system for about eight years installed in several vehicles and have never once had a problem with it. These guys do the job right the first time and they do a damn good job.I dont trust anyone else with my car and Ill continue to follow Edder for all my sound needs.

I had a radio put in my car at audio express And Jason was the one who helped us there. He was so absolutely positive, new all the information. Did not try to push us one way or the other gave us all the facts, it was very patient, and most of all was the most informative about every phase. He seem willing to help at every turn and he could’ve been a better role model for the company. What a lovely person. It was certainly a pleasure to work with him and we would certainly tell others about our wonderful experience how great it was, how good the price was and how willing he was to really help.

I went in blindly not knowing what to expect. What I ended up getting was incredible customer service and an experience that will stay with me as one of the best. For an audio job that would usually take two business days I was able to get my car with installation does within a few hours. The customer rep couldve upsold me on a system that I didnt need but instead walked through what style and type of music I listen to and picked out a system that was just right for my needs and car. Ill be a customer for life.

This place is horrible. Went to well first gf bought viper alarm system w idatalink AlCa but didnt know about usb to program to spec. Vehicle went to Maryland site and they said they didnt have software to program which is on the web just need the usb for computer.....went the next day to some locale and they didnt have enough(went to purchase DBall3 instead)and sent me to 2 other locations...went to Rainbow location they had it but wouldnt program it with the purchase of Vehicle interface was going to also purchase new amp and 9 speakers w accessories but they didnt need my business very rude and not informative at all .....

Im giving it 2 stars and not a Zero for Jesus and Jesus only. His customer service was solid and he was really doing his best to help me with info on what I needed for my car audio. There were only 2 people visibly helping anyone and the store had only a few people looking at anything. Jesus was getting pulled in 4 directions trying not to be rude while still trying to help me and he did help with info so thats cool... The store didnt have what I needed and not a wide enough selection anyway. Overpriced products and even more overpriced labor costs I guess to make up losses for a chain car audio company. I wont tell where I ended up going bcz I dont wanna blow up a good thing, but I ended up with exactly what I needed for my car including installation for a 3rd of the total I was quoted here (including a generous tip) and in less than half the time I was quoted here. All quality products as well, smh

Awesome place! Very friendly and helpful! I went in needing an antenna adapter which they had and installed for me! Answered a ton of questions I had about the unit I am attempting to install myself and helped me come up with a plan for the subs I want! They also have a awesome military discount you must be the active duty member no spouses but its a discount worth dragging your spouse with if your not active duty!

I had them remove my 3rd party car radio and install the stock one. Their work was spectacular, works perfectly! They even removed the trash, cleaned the dash and console, and the windows/ windshield! I cannot give them high enough praise, I am very pleased with their work!

From the time you walk in the door and you are greeted the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They don’t try to rip you off or get you to buy things you don’t want. I went in to get just a radio receiver and end up with a receiver, in dash camera, a back up camera and some cool underglow lights for my car. The technicians took the time to go over where I wanted my camera to where he was putting my lights. This guys rock! I highly recommend them! I will be using them again in there near future!

I am not at all pleased. Radio install in an 84 Corvette. Installers broke the dash pad. They agreed to replace it and ordered one which was over a month coming. Now they tell me they will not pay for the install. So now Im stuck for paying to have it installed. Be careful what you take there. Ill never go back.

Daniel & the crew on East Sahara treated us great. They installed one of their floor model DVD players in our minivan while the new one was being shipped. This enabled us to take a LONG road trip with our kids entertained...PRICELESS! When we returned, they swapped out the used player for the new one, and we are good to go for our next road trip.
