Smart Auto is a great place to work with of course your credit determines your APR theyre a good second and third chance place to go to to get a vehicle and help your credit score out my salesperson Pat she was fantastic she got me into this 2012 Chevy Impala got a couple of miles on it but runs great very clean no dents no scratches clean interior also very professional friendly and upfront theres not going to be any hidden fees theres not going to be anything that theyre not going to tell you up front I can deal with people like that. Just trying to push me into whatever that they can but to making sure I got what I needed I would recommend anybody to Smart Auto ask for Pat

Not a friendly staff. Service department not reliable. No one seems like they truly want to help. I wish I wouldn’t done more research or asked more questions before buying a car from this lot. Just please look up all the facts about the way the operate. If you have kids that travel with you, just use a different car lot.

I brought a car from here and from day 2 the car has been messing up..when I brought this car mysteriously Todd was gone on the 3rd day.do Im stuck with it...they say stop the car off but when you working 16 hour days thats not acceptable...then when I go up there they have service people come out like Im gonna do something to them...Merrissa know she could of gave me a different car...now I called her right now they answered and hung up on me.dont buy a car from here they play tag on the phone..

I am approaching my 2nd year with them.I review when I feel like it is owed to somebody.The entire staff at Smart Auto will treat you like you’re really a valued customer, especially Ceasar in repairs and Todd in management.They will take care of your car when it breaks down and finance your payments at a reasonable mechanic price, and this is the kind of company that you want. This is my experience and I am speaking for myself.We’re in the middle of a pandemic and Smart Auto already helped me a few times. My job is possibly a week away from shutting down again in Nevada and my car is being worked on as we speak - several major issues and they are trying to have my car ready at the soonest time they can.You may think a high interest loan on a car is bad especially when you really need a car, but then the outstanding service you receive if and when it breaks down will make you appreciate every dime you spend on your car. Take care of your car and It will take care of you too.If you do not pay your bills or come up with excuses to do so, which probably explains the bad reviews, you are still most likely receiving service which is better than you deserve.Bottom line: I recommend this place if you got a couple bucks and looking for a car quick and a place that’ll take care of you. This is the worst car company I have ever been with they do not take care of their customers I explain to Marissa that I was having a newborn and need a good reliable car I have had my car for a very short time and have been having multiple issue with the vehicle. I had my newborn in the car on the freeway and my whole car shut off not only did they put my newborn at risk but they also are liars and could of cost us our lifes.

Then your buy out option is not even based off the car ither ? So in facts you pay for the interest and the car even in the buyout option . Smart Auto steals from people who already have nothing. DISGUSTING.

I have been a customer of Smart Auto for over 2 years now, probably the biggest mistake with purchasing anything in my life. I understand this place help with people who don’t have the best credit. To be honest I would never recommend this place to anyone and advise you don’t shop here. They interest rates our outrageous, you end up paying probably 5 to 6 times more then what the car is actually worth. Nothing against the employee that work here. But there system sets you back versus helping you progress. I would suggest figuring out a different way if you need a car!!!

WOW! This is really all I have to say after getting screwed by this company. A+ BBB rating my a#$, because if anyone knows anything about the BBB is that you have to pay your membership dues to get this good a rating.This company is poorly ran, they lie to you from start to the very end. Their cars all have MANY miles on them. If you literally walk in the door and look around at everybody they are all miserable. The sales manager is a piece of work who will do his best to get what he wants out of you.The others reviews are 100% CORRECT! Each car they sell for about $19,000 over a period of 3 years, and the car is actually worth about 4,000. The cars are in no way reliable, but they will stress how GREAT their warranty is but who has the time to get their car fixed every month?I hope this saves somebody from a huge amount of wasted time and money. Please do some research and you will find this is not the best option for you. Dont be desperate!

My days started off pretty crappy at first, kept getting turned down by different car dealerships because my credit. But thank God I stopped by Smart Auto. Was buying a 2010 VW CC and had it less than 2 months started having problems with it and it caught fire. Supposed to have a bumper to bumper warranty and said it wasnt covered. I do not recommend this place to anyone plus they made you every paycheck not once a month
