Make sure this company writes down the exact break down of what they are charging you for because they are bamboozling their customers! Saying I would lose my door features to get me to buy extra parts when in fact my features didnt need a door chime interface & door feature. After paying he claimed the door feature wasnt in stock offering a more expensive one & I declined & Ill wait on the one I paid for. When my car was finished w/ the radio installation my door feature still worked just like it did when my factory radio was in! He only refunded me for the $40 part that I was going to wait on but refuses to refund me for the door chime interface! Good @ what they do but when it comes to money just make sure you get exact quote on your receipt cause thats how he got over on me!

I purchased a set of Diamond Audio 6.5 for my Road Glide based on Pauls recommendation. I received the item installed and had to communicate several times with Paul. He was very helpful and did not try to upsell. a few weeks later one of the speakers had an issue. I contacted Paul and without hesitation he emailed me and said return it for an exchange. I have read reviews about how he is always in a bad mood. I have never once had that issue. (Everyone is entitled to have a bad moment) it happens. Will follow up after I receive the new speakers. These guys could have easily pushed off a bezel that was the wrong color, but didnt. They were willing to open two boxes kits for me to look at to make sure and neither was the right color. Instead, they patiently put everything back and sold me the parts I needed to get by until I could find the right bezel. Great people. Ill only go here now.

Purchased speakers and amp for my Victory Cross Country, Paul was responsive and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to my many emails and phone calls and assisted me when I was having install trouble. The diamond audio system I installed sounds incredible.

Talked with Paul numerous times for help with my 2014 Ultra bag speakers. I installed a system a year ago but was not happy with the results of the speakers I placed in the bags. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable with listening to what I had installed and talking me through different options for the bags. Ended up ordering 2 pairs of 6x9s for the lids and an amp. Prices were better than anywhere else I could find on the internet. Thanks again for your help Paul.

I just went in to look around and they have a lot of stuff. Clean store

They had everything I needed, speakers I wanted were in stock JL Audio C2-650xs and C2-600xs and wiring kit for my sub. I was also offered some inexpensive insulation/anti-vibration pad to put inbetween the speakers and doors that was very easy to cut/install. They are a certified dealer so I even get a 2 year warranty with the speakers, better than the 1 year that JL Audio offers.

They charge MI son almost 800 dlls cheap stereo and alarms the alarm doesnt work no more I take the truck to get check out they not even want to check whats going on,they only want the money shame on you guys

Had a JL subwoofer and amp installed into my tacoma. They priced me out cheaper than the other stores I had found. Quick install that was absolutely perfect. Would definitely go back.

Disappointed with my experience. The research I did on 702 motoring should have swayed my actions. However I went in wanting subs, not an install. I would never pay someone to replace my speakers. Not wanting an install left me with over priced options. Wait a day. Check Amazon it’s flooded with licensed sellers of all the top name brands.

We tried to charge me a great price for a Sony stereo $328 but by the time the final score was it was $685 for install an extra kits I said no

Worst customer service EVER! We went in to make an appointment for later in the week. The woman working the front counter made our appointment for 10am and indicated that they were available all morning as they did not have any appointments made that day until later in the afternoon. The man working with her stopped her and said to make if for 10:30 because he couldnt make it in to work at 10:00. It was too early!?! We made the appointment for 10:30. When we showed up for the appointment, the same man indicated we would have to drop off the vehicle for them to work on later that day. We indicated that we had an appointment and he indicated that not all of his service people were in that day. We indicated that was an issue for our scheduling for the day. At that point he said he would refund the deposit we made earlier in the week. There was no attempt to re-schedule us or make any accommodations. He clearly did not want our business. We are greatly disappointed as we try to frequent small businesses, especially during this difficult time However, we will not be using this business again.

Customer service is above expectations. The knowledge of the installers, the degree of professionalism and the variety of parts can not be touched. Another shop totally messed up my install and their techs here nailed it.. next time.. I start here... thanks 702!

I bought a car alarm online and brought it to these guys for an install. When I called to get a quote they were very nice and clear to talk to about what I wanted and how much everything would cost.And after they finished the installer walked me through all of the key features of the alarm system.I was in and out in about an hour. And I had a good experience with these guys from start to finish.

I called to get a price on a dash kit and antenna adapter but he said he couldnt give me a price because he was in the warehouse and didnt have access to a computer and he also said hes probably the only person who has them in stock all over town but how can he be sure when he didnt bother looking? I told him that audio express had it in stock but the store was on rainbow and i wanted to keep my business on the east side. Well he told me to go get it from audio express and hung up on me. For being a pretty new store thats not the way to do business my guy!!! Im sure you didnt care much about my $40.00 business but business is business especially when you see no one parked in front of your store. But i thank you for recommending audio express now ill gladly drive across town just to see you go OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

Wife purchased a radio from 702 motors for my birthday, was told the radio fits my truck and guess what.... Nope doesn’t fit.Went to talk with the staff and was told I need to modify my dash(cut it) to install the radio. Asked to return the radio because cutting my dash isn’t something I want to do. Manager Paul said he would not return my money, unbelievable. Would highly recommend staying away. Also they charged my wife an extra 100 dollars for a 200 dollar radio. Again stay away.

I stopped in this business because my tire was flat. I was unable to change it myself, and didnt know if I had a spare. The salesman was very helpful and had an installer come look at my car to replace the tire. After I handed the technician a $20 bill for all his help, what was surprising was he would not take it, just said he was glad to help. I was astonished at the service I received from 702 MOTORING, I bought them lunch and decided to write this review. Highly recommended.

READ 702 MOTORING YELP PAGE.This business would get a zero star if it were available.Had purchased some stereo equipment from this business and it didnt fit nor work in my vehicle after asking very specific questions about the equipment.Concerned I called and spoke with the owner a Mr Paul Klein he immediately went on the defense yelling at me and trashing my vehicle (both in phone and email).Odviously not getting anywhere with him or his shady business I left him a Yelp review which in turn immediately inspired him to actually call my house at midnight that night and threaten me with violence for leaving the review!?!? A very very true story folks, (2) police departments and reports to prove it!So what does this mean.. Mr Paul Klein and his business 702 Motoring do not care about you (the customer) or about your vehicle, as most of all of their Yelp reviews say THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND COULD 100% NOT CARE LESS ABOUT YOU.Terrible business and worse owner.If you buy from them and have a problem you better hope Mr Paul Klein does not know your phone number or address, believe me! 100% scum bag.

This is absolutely the worst place to buy anything! I wouldnt even trust their vending machines. Dustin is an outright liar and the owner, Paul, is just as bad. Paul attempts to intercept Dustins calls and when you tell the you have an issue, he gets rude and obnoxious. If you want to know my bizarre story, check out my BBB complaint. I will also send letters to the AG, FTC, and whomever else I can as they solicited my business from out of state on eBay. BEWARE!! This time they pissed of the wrong guy! I might just buy something else from them on eBay so I can leave negative feedback! Too bad they dont have a minus 5 star rating!

Paul is always in a bad attitude when I have questions he wil give me a very rude answer like he has no time to talk with costumers he was in a phone call for 17 minutes well I was waiting for hem he was very rude I will never go to this place again

I been in couple of times asking questions on system for my 05 Harley bagger and Paul was very helpful and took. The time to give me prices on different systems and even call me to listen to bike they just finished for me to listen to thank youIt has been 4 months since I put my new system. It sounds great and loud. I wouldnt mind it being a little louder, but I wear full face helmet so I think needs to be louder. I rode with another rider this last Saturday. Once turn up my system he and smile from one side to the other, and can rolled their window where jamming to music on my bike. This is running down the street, with alot thumbs up from others. A person sent me over there for a basic harness and when I got there the guy with the ponytail tried to sell me the entire kit for a new radio.I was my phone usinv the bluetooth and the guy had the nerve to tell me get off the bluetooth and use my phone.Never will I go into a busy why tries to railroad me into something I do not want or need.Very disappointing.I will never send any people there.They try to take advantage of me because I am a woman

They have a large variety of car audio equipment they also will install items that you purchase somewhere else and the work is professional grade

I am sitting here over 3 hours and they told me its mostly done 1.5 hours and they telling now another 45 min to done. They re very nice until they get money and than really rude. Actually its waist of time and money this shop. And when I complaining about time they telling me I came 30 min after my actual time. Totally I dont recommend it at all.

Hopefully Paul will step up and make it right but have been in the car audio game for 30 years an when i get a quote of a really good amp kit and quoted for an install that is with high end wiring and components and then find out that a $35.00 CCA wiring kit capable of handling about 500 watts was used on a setup currently running about 1300 I tend to feel like either there was some miscommunication or I was just flat taken. I also have at least a couple issues with ground noise and alt noise and overall it looks to just be a very amateur and very cheaply done. They seem to have done a very good job on the actual install but just unfortunately used a bunch of cheap for lack of a better definition junk to hook stuff up. Again, I am taking the truck back in and expecting the wiring to be pulled and replaced with good copper wire that is of much higher quality as I was quoted and the grounding issues to be resolved and hoping the staff there will step up and do me right. Well we shall see and i will definately will be back on here after to update ya all as to whether the staff and crew steps up and makes it rt or tries to come up with bad reasons to have to have used low end ebay quality stuff. I hope to be back on here saying they stepped up and made it rt by installing what i was quoted for to begin with and not expecting me to pay to make it all rt and give me what i payed for once already. We shall see i guess and let everyone know after if i was taken care of or shrugged off. Hope they are of enough character to correct things and just fix it all.

Heard some great things about this shop so thought I would give it a try. Purchased a new headunit and alarm. Few months later I noticed my alarm didnt go off when my girlfriend opened the door, later to realize they didnt hook up the alarm to them. Also multiple wires were found twisted and taped. Headunit more recently shorted out and now randomly turns off and on due to bad wiring. Called shop because they warranty their work, magically they have no record of my vehicle, very disappointed.

Just called and spoke to a very nice person. He didnt sell what I was looking for, but he was more than happy to lead me in the right directions

I will never go here again had my gps less then 2years and it went out. Plus my alarm kept going off for no reason so I could never turn it on without it going off as soon as I walk away. So save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Avoid these guys - they installed a car stereo and broke my console and refused to fix it after promising to do so with lame excuses . Only would have cost them $50 to fix what they broke but I had to go to my regular mechanic to get it done. Terrible customer service, Go up the road to Audio Express or Vegas Audio & Customs. Nothing more insulting when someone lies to you and thinks youre so stupid as to believe their BS.

Good but could used better customer service

Long story short, I bought a set of used original OEM rims off these guy, asked the guy if he could throw them on the balance machine to confirm they balanced and he said because it was late in the day and they were closing he couldnt do it. So I asked if he could guarantee they were straight before I paid for them and he verbally agreed and handed me a receipt with very fine print that said no guarantees on used items. Long story short 2 of the 4 rims turned out to be out of round and did not balance. I went to take it back and they refused to give me my money back.Do not trust these guys they are crooks.Never trust people with bad refund policies they are there for a reason. Walmart buy something that doesnt work guaranteed to take it back. These guys NO RETURNS!• • •

Buyer beware, I recently purchased what was advertised as a Harley Touring radio. to most Harley owners that would mean a radio that can with stand a little bit of rain, misty fog or just moisture in general. this is not the case with the Kenwood radio that I purchased from 702 Motoring that was advertised as such. it does not say marine or aquatic. after installing the system I had nothing but problems and 702 Motoring didnt want to stand behind a false advertised item. if you have this trouble with your Harley touring radio purchased here, go thru PayPal cause they got my money back for me. I will never purchase another thing from here..BECAREFUL,,

I brought my car here to get a stereo installed and they burnt all my wiring! My car started to smoke where they wired the radio and almost caught fire!! They said its not their fault....They also scratch your whole dash as they butcher the radio in..I have to pay thousands of dollars because alot of wires need repairing throughout the car...Also Their ebay store is a RIPOFF!! They charge you double the price and are very IGNORANT FOOLS WHO I WOULD STAY AWAY!! BEWARE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CAR!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOW-LIFE!!

702 motoring i was recomended by a friend. Since i walked in the service was very poor. The guy didnt even pay attention when i was talking to him. Their very high priced. Went in just to install some high beams and clean up the mess i had of some hid/projector headlights. $135 dollars. Then i went back to switch my low beam hids bulbs. Guy said my headlights were too much trouble and i should get rid of them. Shows that they cant do a simple good job. And both times they didnt do the full job i asked for. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I decided to replace a 7 year old Kenwood system that had finally given up the ghost. I was referred to 702 Motoring by a another shop because the complexity of the installation and the need for special parts that other shops did not have. I met with the owner, Paul Kline. This guy is a true Car-Guy and knows a tremendous amount about everything he sells.He gave me a great price on a Brand New Knwood Excelon DNX690HD Stereo, GPS, Blue Tooth, Backup camera, Serius, System that is a dramatic improvement over the old system it replaced.I told him that time was of the essence. Paul and his crew worked through their lunch hour to get it done as soon a possible.They gave me a free ride back to the Vegas Strip to take care of some businessThe installation was superb!! My 2003 Mercury Marauder looks like this Kenwood system came from the Factory.I look forward to working with Paul and his team on future items and installations._____________________________________________________________________________Follow-up 9 months later.My Kenwood GPS and stereo worked perfectly till yesterday. Map data lost.I was given two choices:702 was happy to send it back to Kenwood for repair and reinstall with no charge.Purchase a brand new unit at a heavily discounted price with a new warranty and 100% credit for my 9 month old system and installation.The choice was easy. I am currently enjoying my new Kenwood system.I was treated in a very courteous and professional manner by Dustin and Germain.I will continue to do business with this excellent establishment.
