Delicious iced blended hazelnut drink! Quick service, happy they had a location in the airport!

I was in line for maybe 4 minutes before I was helped, I ordered a 32oz mango cold brew & it was the bombbbb ! The cashier who helped me out was a African American woman wearing glasses & she was beyond kind … and even made my drink instead of having someone else do it . She deserves the praise 🙏🏼

Worst place ever, the cashier was a mean person I was close to cancel my order for her rudeness I wish I could ask for refund. The place horrible and the coffee it’s not worth it for the price. Starbucks should be in the place instead.

This was my first time here. Ordered a dark rost with chocolate and cold almond milk. Amazing! I was not expecting it to be that great but WOW! The flavor was bold and deep but it was smooth. Sever Lulu gave exceptional service. My new go to place:)

Active duty military personnel receive a free cup of coffee! This was a very pleasant surprise after a stressful afternoon of scrambling to get to the airport on time. I ordered a large iced vanilla latte with soy milk - It was absolutely delicious! The service was also very friendly. I will definitely return!

We ordered bagels and coffee here, at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf cafe. A person named Jordan Walker helped us with our order. We were all over the place trying to figure out what we wanted and being kind of high-maintenance. Jordan remained patient, calm, and super friendly. He let us know they did not have any cream cheese, but we could have butter. We were bummed but started eating the bagels with butter. I was halfway through when apparently, their cream cheese arrived. Jordan came and found me at my table and gave me some. He was really personable, kind, and helpful the whole time we were here. His positive, authentic energy and smile made our breakfast experience better.My background is in human resources/recruiting and from my experience, in a sea of mediocrity, Jordan is exceptional.He is the type of employee any company would be extremely lucky to have. Thanks, Jordan! I hope you see this!(Also, the bagels and coffee were wonderful!!)

Employees are clearly unprepared and untrained. Tried to use my Canadian INTERNATIONAL credit card, and they said the it wouldn’t go through. You’re in an INTERNATIONAL airport! How can you not take foreign international cards???Went to Starbucks and everything went fine.

Quick and sweet. Got my Americano in no time. And most importantly, it tasted perfect. Hadn’t received an Americano that didn’t tasted burnt or sour for a very long time. This was perfect for me 😊

If youre flying out of Terminal 1 at McCarran, turn left out of security and hit this place up before you head down to the A or B gates. Staff was great, fast and friendly. Got a helpful drink suggestion, which was ready almost before we finished talking.Make sure you show them your card, they really go above and beyond with the military/first responder appreciation.

Needed A cup of coffee and Starbucks was packed, so I came here. The lady behind the counter was rude. It was to early to have an attitude, so I went back and waited in that long Great Customer service Starbucks line! Change your staff and I bet sales will increase.

A coffee Life Saver in the middle of a weather delayed packed terminal. I could not have encountered better service which was Welcoming, helpful and friendly. Next time I have a layover in Las Vegas Ill certainly be back.

Very rude and definitely will not come here again. If I could give zero stars, I would! Just asked if they do military discounts and they responded that they only do personnel in uniform. They then proceeded to make the incorrect drink and when I brought it to their attention, they looked at me that it was my fault! Go to Starbucks instead!!!

Their Rose hazelnut latte was so gross 🤢🤮 tasted like they got rose air freshener and sprayed it in the cup. Maybe other drinks are better..the cashier was also kinda rude to me...

I am disgusted to see your employees at Las Vegas Airport keep the water on full blast to clean their blender jars while they are running around doing other things. After watching 1 jar being blasted for 5+ minutes I asked the person to stop it only to be told that this is the way they do it here. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a simple large coffee with hazelnut, no sugar, or cream, and it tasted great. I am from out of state so I was very satisfied with both their service and great coffee.

A good up of coffee, the scones and muffins looked good too but all I had was the coffee and it was 👍. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

~9am coffee that I dont need to cut with cream... because its actually freshly brewed.

Always surprises me when a coffee shop makes burnt coffee. My cappuccino tasted like cardboard and they ran out of most pastries at 6:30 am.

Coffee was fine & most staff were great. However, there were two employees, one named Andy (I think), who were obnoxiously arguing racial poltics. They were VERY loud, talking over each other, & making staff & cutomers uncomfortable. Our group & others left the establishment. Poor, poor behaviour!!

Always makes my order perfectly. Sometimes the line gets long, but it moves quickly.
