Quality Starbucks beverages but insufficiently staffed for the number of customers. I waited in line for about 40 minutes with roughly 30 people ahead of me and only 2 employees working.

They sat and counted their tips on the counter in front of everyone a little crass but no biggie. The kicker was the fact that one person was taking orders and one making drinks in the mean while.... The line took us 45 minutes, just to order, and my venti cold brew cost me 12$, not including tip.

Ordered an iced green tea latte and told them little ice--I even indicated with my hand how much ice I wanted in the cup, basically an inch. My drink was 90% ice, barely any drink. In a few minutes and 3 sips, my drink looked like this. So I showed it to them and they said that since I drank from it that they couldnt do anything. That is against any experience Ive had at a restaurant. If you order something and the kitchen messes up the order, its their fault. This is not what I ordered, and I should have been given a refund or the drink I ordered. This is not the Starbucks values of good client experience I know...

They dont know/dont have the ingredients needed to do a Pokemon Go Frappuccino yet they still take order for it. The staff was nice despite that but for real, what I got is nothing like a pokemon go Frappuccino (see picture)

I would give them no stars if possible.Absolutely worst Starbucks, horrible customer service as well as incompetent baristas. Ive had to hand back my simple drink every time because they dont know how to read the order written on the cup. Then my husband and I are told that we are wrong about what we ordered, sorry, but I can read whats written on the cup. And they charged us at the register knowing they didnt have all the ingredients for what we ordered.... so when we see it made incorrectly and ask about it, were told they dont have enough to make it correctly for another hour until the shipment comes in so this is what we get. On top of all that, they are EXTREMELY slow.Go across the hotel to the Starbucks off Fremont. STAY AWAY from the Starbucks in the Carson tower!

This is the Starbucks in the hotel lobby,not the one on Freemont St. This is the one in the Golden Nugget you want to visit. Great customer service. Only knocking down rating because they were out of some items first thing in the morning and my bagel was barely toasted.

I love this Starbucks. You can find them in some interesting places, but this location is right on Fremont Street. I sat there enjoying my coffee and watched the Sign Spinning National Competition. How exciting, free entertainment. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!(~);}

Expensive Starbucks $8.00 iced caramel macchiato

There are 2 locations inside the casino. I stayed in Carson Tower and was in Vegas on business. The first morning, I really wanted a breakfast sandwich. The location across the hotel, by Fremont, serves sandwiches, etc. But after my first day, I was so pleased with the staff, I never went to the other location!Every morning, the staff was cheery and delightful to deal with. They even had my order ready before I reached the counter some days!! (Decently long lines daily.) They remembered my name and were very attentive. Unbelievable service and, obviously, love the coffee and juice!

I stood in line forever to buy a water. I see people coming in and asking for ice in a cup. I was tired of waiting so I asked for a cup of ice and water. I was at the point I would take tap water. The manager comes over and gives me lecture about stepping out of line. I just told them to keep the water. Instead of lecturing me, the manager should have opened another register so I could have paid for a bottle of water.

Do not come here. I repeat: DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve been working for Starbucks for a long time and have never experience such awful service. The line was the shortest I had seen it all day and it still took over 20 minutes to get my coffee. The guy at the register was unwelcoming and generally looked like he didn’t want to be there; I wasn’t even greeted with a hello.Along with that the person making the coffees moved at a snail pace so I can only imagine how much longer it would’ve taken me to get my coffee had the line been longer or more drinks been ordered. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend going to a different Starbucks where the people working there are actually welcoming and you don’t have to wait forever to get a simple cup of coffee.Side-note: The coffee sucks too. Tastes super bitter even after adding a bunch of sugar.

Been several times, and mostly good experiences with good customer service. Today, there was a crazy lady working there with a manager that wouldnt help her out. They deliberately made drinks incorrectly and sloppy. It was weird. Other than that, its a nice place to sit on the patio and sip.

A favorite evening place of mine. Excellent coffee and good breakfast. Overall a really great experience.

I should give one star, but I bumped it up because the lady who answered the phone had the right frame of mind. I have been playing poker at Golden Nugget for over a decade. I have purchased endless drinks at the Starbucks in the Golden Nugget. Never have I had a problem or been refused service, but today I was refused service by an employee I did not recognize, so she may be new, but she certainly was over the top on rudeness, insolence, and lack of service that she is hired to perform. I am talking about the large girl with dark hair in front that is pulled back into a blond ponytail. The sign behind her boldly said, Pour Over Available. Christmas Blend, so I asked for a venti size. She actually said No, that I can have Pikes Place. I smiled and said, The sign behind you states that you have Christmas Blend available for a pour over. She insisted again, No, we are only serving Pikes Place. This went back and forth a couple more times, so I directly said, Look, I have had many pour overs here. Are you refusing to serve me? She said, I will serve you Pikes Place. I explained that Pikes Place is weak and I wanted a bold blend, Christmas Blend. Then she outright lied and said that she was out of it. I responded, You dont have any? She said, NO. So I left to walk half a mile to the second closest Starbucks. While in route, I went on google to make sure of the address and the Starbucks at Golden Nugget came up with a phone number, so I called to ask for the manager to see if this was a new practice? The lady who answered seemed very surprised and asked me to describe the girl who refused service. She apologized and said that If I am willing to walk back, then she will make sure that I get a Christmas Blend pour over for free (the ground that they were supposedly out of). I conceded and went back. I appreciated her stepping in, but that lady on the counter needs to be replaced by someone who really wants a job. I have spent hundreds of dollars at that Starbucks over the last decade and Im being cautious about weather to just pick one up on the way there or to patronize them. Today, they get two stars due only to the woman who actually resolved the other ladys bad attitude. There are a lot of hard workers who would love that job and who will treat customers with respect, but if Starbucks keeps her they are only hurting their business. I was not surprised to see that so many others have had service problems with this same Starbucks.

I am not a fan of casinos. I stayed there because this was the host hotel for the Blackjack Invite Mens Gymnastics Meet... It is like every casino I have ever stayed at - but the beds are decent and the Fremont Street Experience is kind of unique. If you have to stay overnight in Las Vegas, this is as good a place as any. Did I mention (valet) parking was free?

Beware! This is the Golden Nugget hotel Starbucks. Prices are double and cant top off SB card here. Nice baristas having fun tho.

Horrible service. Ordered a cold brew with sweet vanilla, pretty sure I got an iced coffee that tasted burnt and bitter. Forgot to give us our scones. I asked for them not to be heated and they did so anyway. No apology and grumpy.

This Starbucks is the one by Carson towers. I have been here most of the mornings for the past week. Before 8:00- after 9:00, it makes no difference there is always a pretty long line of customers. The people that work here do a super job of attending to everyone hours on end. They are friendly, polite and very good at their jobs. I do not mind waiting, when waiting for the best. The coffee is good too:)

Terrible. Not open at 5am as stated and only one staff person. Brewed coffee tasted warmed and not fresh. Macchiato was not hot and flavor was off. Not the Starbucks service Im used to.

Drink was good, I only had the iced coffee. My friends ordered fraps, said they were good. I gave 3 stars because the employees were slow, one was walking around like there were no customers waiting. An employee even asked the other workers to move around and work.

This unit doesnt accept Starbucks gift cards. If you want to use gift cards use the Starbucks facility facing the Fremont Street Experience. Your service quality mileage may vary.

Standard quality but the service is so grumpy!We went in for breakfast and the people behind the counter seemed so impatient to be done with our order that we ended up not buying half the things we wanted to.The drinks had more froth than any other Starbucks Ive been to and any time I had a question about why they had only cream, or why they were out of napkins, I got served looks alongside answers.

Good coffee. Aggravated because I paid with a Starbucks gift card. They gave it back wrapped in the receipt and told me I had $8.42 left on my card (Jorge was the server listed). I got to the airport and found they gave me back a Landrys card with a $0 balance not my Starbucks gift card back. So, made for a pretty expensive mocha and black coffee. I hope someone that needed it got my card.

They totally messed up my drink because the barista didn’t know how to make it. She asked her manager, and he didn’t care to help her out. She put about 1 tbsp of cinnamon in my drink. I didn’t even order anything with cinnamon, and I totally could not drink it. I asked them to remake it and I got back a cup that was very messy and overflowing,and I didn’t even get an apology.

The costumer service is horrible. My coofee was made incorrect and the manager wouldnt remake it. As a Veterans/citizen vissiting that is horrible.

In the Golden Nugget, sometimes youll walk up to a long line, WoW !! These people kno their job, quick, allways service with a smile, and through the line ya go, Great Job, Starbuck servers !!!! A++

Starbucks is Starbucks Good drinks w/ the right barista.

It is nice to have a bit of everywhere in the middle of such a unique place as Fremont Street. On my vacation here I spent a lot of times in unfamiliar places, so having a Starbucks like all the others in the middle of it was grounding. I went every day and sat on the patio.

Cozy nice spot to relax for abit we went for 4th of July long line no strawberry frappuccino was out.great service. Always checks your visa to make sure its not stolen lol

Starbucks should be disappointed in this location. I dont know if they are just a franchise location or owned by the company but they reflect badly on Starbucks. Despite paying more here than a typical Starbucks, they dont make their espresso drinks the same way they do at other stores (less shots than they should). When confronted about the fact that there was not enough shots in the drink, the barrista flat out lied (confirmed later at another Starbucks location) about the nominal count in the drink.

Worst starbucks ever. Their system was down and they wouldn’t even give us our FREE puppacino. Very disappointed. Disrespect. They denied our puppy to get the FREE puppacino, even when we were trying to pay for it

Horrible Batista- made my drink incorrectly and told me to take someone elses that was on the counter. The frappuccino wasnt even blended thoroughly you could actually see the ice chunks.

The Starbucks has the standard menu but at a slightly higher than usual price. What makes it worth five stars is the outdoor seating area, which is a great spot to enjoy the light and sound show on the Freemont St ceiling.

Cashier tried to charge me $4 for chocolate I bought for $2 the previous day. Double checked the Starbucks app, and yeah, it’s $2. Asked her a few times if she was sure she entered the right item and she said yes, it’s $4. Had to leave hungry and grumpy.Also, no outlets, so you can’t sip your coffee and work on your laptop at this location.

We would leave our room, head down the elevator and it was just outside the doors. It was super convenient to stop there in the morning to get your caffeine fix and some breakfast, like yogurt . Even if you were just passing by to get to the valet parking.

Heads up this Starbucks is not associated with Starbucks. So you cant use your stars, or get refills on teas and coffees.Not good service, & drinks were way off. The male barista was incredibly difficult to work with, as he rolled his eyes after I said anything and after sitting in the shop for a momment I realised he did that to all customers and employees.(So not sure if its a medical condition or if hes just naturally rude.)

They ran out of kids and would not sell coffee with out the lid. You would think they would tell the 20 plus people in line that they could only order a small or a cold drink.

$10.01 For a grande cold brew and Grande coffee. Sub par service but delicious coffee. Overpaid but the convenience was worth it.

Hint: a larger tip will make them provide your order faster, you can jump the line..

Worst Starbucks ever!!! 4 people working. 20 ppl in line. The girl working register was stopping to heat food orders. The guy who was making the coffees, wiped the espresso machine down repeatedly when there were no coffees to make. One lady was taking out trash and stocking and the other was hiding in back. Hell even the manager came out from the back noticed and just took her little deposit bag and left. For an $8 coffee. This was BULLS#$T!!!!

They serve caffeinated beverages to sleepy hungover gamblers in downtown Vegas, what else could you hope for? This place can get very busy in the morning, but they are very efficient and professional.

Price in window of food is not the real price, i ordered something for 3.75 and got charged 6.25 + those taxes. I informed them and they just said oh well its not that price. Never going there again. Thats fals advertisement.

I was employed at this location a while back, and witnessed the worst food safety violations of my life. A manager at the south tower dropped a tray of muffins on the floor, after which she and a second manager instructed me to place the dirty items on display once the line had cleared away (otherwise customers may have put two and two together in seeing us stock muffins in the display moments after dropping a tray of muffins on the floor).Additionally managers never used latex gloves and never washed their hands, in in front of me at least. One manager made direct contact with pastries this way on a daily basis, meaning every single muffin sold (aside from the ones transported myself) had been contaminated before being served.The worst part of this is that I even reported these violations to HR, only to later find they took no action and kept no records of my claims, and instead notified the managers that I had reported them.To anyone who eats at the golden nugget, please be aware of this companys dangerous management culture, as these problems almost certainly extend beyond the managers I witnessed pesonally. I will never forgive myself for being too intimidated to file a lawsuit, but Ill have at least some closure in sharing my experiences on review sites, in hopes of protecting customers from the golden nuggets unspoken policy in adhering to the five second rule.

Im not a Starbucks Fan. Their coffee is strong enough to wake the Dead, I have to use the restroom constantly throughout the day and the staff only seem like they would like to be somewhere else. Typical Starbucks
