Store no longer appears to have this name nor do they host game nights or other events. Prices are higher than other local shops or online. Displaces are clean. Staff smoke cigarettes in the back with the door open which is very off putting as my son has asthma. The staff I talked to were friendly and would look up things they did not know for certain. Clean displaces and some rare items.

Super helpful and frirendly! I really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff whenever you need some help or have questions. The game selection was wild, saw some titles I didnt think Id see again, and I took a look at their section for customizing figures. I personally dont play DND, but I do Gunpla and its a small, but good selection at a local store for some beginner friendly products!

I love visiting this store! My family and I are all a bunch of Geeks. We found many things pertaining to the video games we like and the anime we watch. I also give myself a budget every month for Magic The Gathering cards and their selection has been great! Ive always seem to find the cards that I want.

I love both Wii Play locations, and I always end up spending more than I plan on each time I visit. There are always hidden treasures - statues, pops, cards, games - & everyone that works here is always so nice!

I discovered this spot a couple months back when my step son wanted to get into Pokémon. They’ve got a great selection of cards, including Magic as well. Any accessories or supplies for keeping your cards on top shape. And that’s just the card section! The bird games, novelty toys, and video game section are all awesome, and the staff is nothing but helpful and knowledgeable.Thank you guys!

A gamer’s paradise, for a variety of types of games. The store is amazing, clean, and complete with so much you’d want and need for many trading card, video, and board games. What impresses me most are the positive attitudes and helpfulness of the staff in addition to a great inventory in-store with some excellent pricing and quality.

Shop here often. Never had a bad visit until just recently. I had just got payed and had some extra money so I decided to visit and possibly buy a few cards. I spotted 2 out that I was interested in. The clerk said Im not looking up any cards after 6. Well my only day off and I couldnt get there until after 6. Plus it was only 2 cards. 2!! Even if Im not buying them because of price I will always buy something for the effort. Guess this business doesnt like money. Or perhaps my money. I get it if I walk in 2 minutes before closing. We still had a good 45 minutes though.New edit: Ive upped my review from 2 stars to 4. I guess guy was just having a rough day. I get it we all have those. Been in there a couple times since and had good experiences. I think this virus is having an effect on everyone shops and patrons alike. Just keep positive people 🙂

They are always very helpful in my MTG building. They go out of there way to answer questions and make suggestions. And the cashiers there are always super amazing.

I enjoy shopping here, the employees are very knowledgeable of everything in the store. Even customers can help out with things you may be shopping for the first time. Definetly recommend

Just went to sell off a pokemon card to them and they were willing to work with what I wanted and were super nice and kind. I strongly recommend them if you like card games, old school video games, and board games. They also carry models and now legos.

So Im traveling from chicago, and despite the numerous stores we have for collectibles and trading card games, nothing compares to the size of this place, their selection is amazing, and one of the staff members overheard I was a collector and with the utmost integrity immediately interrupted my conversation to let me know the games I was looking at where reprints and showed me where the collectors items wereI dont feel like every store would have made sure to let me know so quickly and effectively I was looking at the wrong thing, and I can think of a few stores by me that would have sold me the reproduction carts knowing full well its not what I wantedForgive me for being old-fashioned but that alone made it a five star experience for me even if they didnt have Pokemon cards where no one else does, and even if the store wasnt four times the size of its competitors ❤️

Awesome place to visit! Im all the way from texas and it was worth visiting (was at a convention, but made the time to stop by). The staff was VERY knowledgeable and took the time to check on me without being overbearing (like a car salesman lol). I was met with smiles and great energy. Was given a faulty memory card for ps2, refused to give me store credit. Only replacing the faulty memory card. After I had bought 2 Sony brand memory cards because the one that was given didn’t work. It’s not even about the amount of the money it was, it’s about them not taking a loss a something minor to satisfy the customer. I would have taken store credit and gotten a game but that wasn’t even an option. Like what am I going to do with a 3rd memory card? Nothing.

This store is awesome. They have amazing things such as; vintage video games, board games, trading cards, stuffed animals, d&d, rpgs, bags, pop figures, dice, pins, masks, anime, pokemon, yugioh and more. One of mine and my familys favorite place to shop and leave reality for a bit.

Dont buy a PS4 controller from them they say its rebuilt but its just a knock off thats like 20 on Amazon and they sell um for 45.

Amazing store! There is everything from Monopoly to DS games. Lots of fun looking through this store and prices are reasonable - we had a great time just looking around at all the nerdy treasures.

Great selection of board, card, and dice games. Seating for tournaments and casual games. There are also figurines and video games. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lots of merchandise for Harley Quinn fans.

One of the few places that does YuGiOh trade-ins. Specialist was out each time I went over. Not wasting any more mileage for no service.

Shady and borderline illegal business practices, found a game I wanted in the case with their price sticker of 19.99, when the game was shown to me the employee said the price had gone up to 29.99 because the game price online had gone up. Didnt buy anything, you are better off skipping this store if you are buying games. They price above the average eBay prices so its easier to just buy online anyways.

Buyer beware. Bought 2 items from this store last week. Both new condition. One was a dark souls board game that was sealed. Took the wrapper off and there was damage to the box. One of the game pieces was also busted. Wouldn’t have minded but it was overpriced by $50 (I purchased another new copy from eBay for that much less with shipping).Also bought a pop vinyl figure on the same day that was supposed to come with a stand, yet was somehow missing. So guess what, it doesn’t stand up and I can’t display it outside of the box. I don’t trust the legitimacy of their “new” products.I did buy a used ps3 a few months ago - which was totally fine - no complaints there.However, I don’t recommend buying any new products from this store because I feel like they’re reselling used items in their shrink wrap and charging a premium.That’s just shady business practices.

We’ve had excellent customer service every time we’ve gone to Wii Play Games and today was no exception, in fact it was even better because today I brought all 4 of my very excited to leave the house children and the employees patiently answered ALL of their questions (and there were a lot lol).The games they finally picked all work perfectly and a special shout out to Ryan for cleaning our copy of Star Tropics for us ❤️My kids all declared it the best store ever and I absolutely agree with them 😀

This store does not even come close to the customer service at wii play games east. aaron is kind, knowledgeable, & had me laughing. 10/10! sadly, my experience at wii play games west is always a flop. today was the last straw! even if i have to drive further i will, no more at this location.

This store and the other location really don’t care about local game communities. They do little more than the bare minimum to get people to come to them, over charge nearly on all products and have extremely poor customer service. They used to do better 7-8 years ago, but it’s been down hill since.

Super helpful staff!! I went in to ask if there was any chance they were still accepting an old console I was looking to offload because I just dont play anymore. The customer service ladies up front directed me to Daryan in the back, who looked over everything I had brought in, set it all up, tested it, and completed my transaction. So simple. I wish Id known about them sooner!!

Since some new employees have joined this store I personally have seen a increase in prices for the items I normally buy and a decrease in quality, (purchase items (electronics end up faulty, broken, or unusable after a short time, being told that there is a high probability of device failure due to it being 3rd party) this is unacceptable.This never happened with the old wii play crew, who exactly are they hiring?

Best game store in town. Were there just about every day playing cards and just hanging with the staff. Friendly and knowledable staff. And its dog friendly!!

I went to trade in some Pokemon cards for Store credit. They only gave me half of what the cards were worth. I understand they need to make money. They way overcharge for single cards. I was looking at TCG Player as they were giving me price quotes. Their price per card was over double what TCG Player said the value was; no thanks, I will stick to online shopping.

This place has Funko Pops, board games, amazing night lights, handbags, collectable figurines (marvel, the walking dead, ninja turtles, hello kitty, dc and gaming characters) they also have video games for gaming consoles!

Went in here, bought some pokemon cards and was extremely happy with how pleasantly nice the staff was all around to both my family and myself... Especially with my daughter asking for a baby mew, lol. Will definitely be a returning customer, no matter the long drive here. Well worth the visit!

I walked in and was immediately reminded of my childhood. I saw everything from Zelda, to POP figurines, to Disney, to old Playstation games! The staff were all friendly and I walked out with some Tarot cards and a Link poster. Super cute hole-in-the-wall!

I had been recommended to come this location for an expansive board game selection and I was not disappointed. The sales associate Ryan was very helpful in narrowing down something that fit what I was looking for. While browsing I saw awesome posters, chess sets, action figures and video games. If youre looking for games for your Xbox, 360, PS3, and even Nintendo, this is the place to go. Looking forward to coming back here again!

Great spot for those who play RPGs too.. they also buy used gaming consoles, games, and merch... but very picky on the buy backs and offer very little ended up selling down the street from them for better prices.. very disappointing plus felt like they didnt want me or my kids business.. after that experience.. me and my kids dont go to that spot anymore..

Came here yesterday to meet up with someone to buy 2 shining fates etbs and we got some penny sleeves and started to open some packsA couple packs in and an employee guy with long black hair and glasses come over and tells us we can’t rip packs in there because of (COVID-19 and there capacity ) with a lil trollish smirk on his faceSo we said ok and left I’m assuming he was mad because the packs where not bought there little did he knw I had the guy I purchased my ebts meet me there is because I planned on buying a 25 th anniversary binder a couple of shining fare pin collection and a cosmic eclipse booster box but after seeing he had an attitude about us opening packs there I couldn’t spend my money in there anymore and went to darkside got everything I needed for a cheap price anywaysWith that being said every other time every other employee has been great

Best video game store in Vegas. They have everything here spanning all of gaming history including consoles and games. They also have disc resurfacing so dont toss your favorite game because it is scratched. Have it resurfaced. They also have figurines, miniatures, posters, etc. Lastly they do trade ins. The only downfall is the fee if you pay with credit. It is 2020 price it into your games. Nobody likes transactional fees.

A great retro place if youre in a retro video games and if youre in new video games you may have to wait a little bit but the people know what theyre doing.

They have a plethora of vintage games, card, and table top games. Prices are on par with most of other game stores and ebay. Large selection of older bosters for Magic and Yu-Gi-Oh. The selection of board games is excellent and well stocked. Good select of fandom collectables and merch. One down side might be that the staff in different sections dont seem able to help you across stores.

Overpriced. Had multiple orders canceled just so they relist for a higher price. Made an online order went the next day 30 miles out of my way to get nothing but a rude employee saying I should have called first.. If you want to be price gouged this is the place.

Been coming here for a few years now! Close to my place and always has something cool and geeky. Dragonball, Star Wars, Pokemon, Yugioh, etc they have it all. My most recent visit was epic, they had a Shining Tyranitar card that Ive been wanting since I was a kid looking through Beckett magazines (circa 2003). I managed to snag that card for a fair price and got military discount too! Check them out!

Super friendly gaming store to cater to the variety of different types of gamers out there. They have video games, to board games to card games and collectible items. Prices sometimes skew on the higher side but the staff is nice and ultra knowledgeable about everything in the store. If you have any gaming related needs, this is a store people should check out.
