At iFocus, Dr. Vivienne and her staff are always friendly and professional.Dr. Viv has the latest and greatest technology when it comes to examining your eyes. She’s able to identify any underlying issues you may not be aware of which she will let you know during the exam.I always have a wonderful experience when I go see her. Staff has always been polite and of course Nikki is awesome at what she does and she always helps me pick the best frames and is so patient while I go back and forth (im very indecisive haha). This is actually 2 reviews in one! I have wanted sunglasses for ages and could never find a pair that fit nicely. When i went into the iFocus Vision Center and mentioned that to the team, Dr. Vivienne picks up 3 pairs... looks at me, looks at the 3 choices, puts one in my hand in says, i think this is the one. I put it on, fit nicely and bought it straight away! SO happy! The second review is for a friend who i referred to Dr Vivienne. After his appointment with the team, he was so impressed with the technology they use that he told me he called her Inspector Gadget! Incredible team and very friendly. Best place in Vegas for anything to do with your eyes!

I started seeing Dr. Velasco and her staff 4 years ago and have never had a complaint or worry about their customer service or medical help. Professional, clean, courteous, and always pleasant to visit. Their office has adapted well with this years pandemic and difficult times. Looking forward to seeing them for years to come.

I called the office to check if they accepted my insurance. The lady told me that they’re, and asked all my information including my social and all. After waiting a brief period, she told me my insurance wasn’t accepted. I tried to make sense out of the situation like did I give my personal info for someone who shouldn’t know or the stuff in untrained? Either ways, I feel very unsafe and confused.

Poor experience attempting to make an appointment. Made an appointment request online and failed to receive a confirmation when the requested appointment was the next day. I ended up calling the office to see if there was a problem and they said that the appointment was not open and the next available was 3 weeks away. Their appointment website shows large numbers of open appointments. The woman I called was polite and apologized for the issue, but the experience put me off going back. Increased stars because of the lengthy reply and apology.

As a patient for over 3 years, I recommend Dr. Velasco and iFocus to anyone needing screening and eyewear. I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 40 years. When I moved to Las Vegas I started seeing an ophthalmologist for exams, however after one visit with Dr. Velasco, I switched and made her my provider. As a patient at iFocus for over three years, I have been very happy with my visits. Appointments are prompt, unless the Doctor has an unforeseen emergency, and the office staff is helpful and friendly.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Velasco for years now, since she moved into this location. She is the best eye doctor we have ever been to. She is always kind and patient. She remembers us and takes very good care of our needs. She always offers the latest technology or makes recommendations when it is something she cannot do.We go here for Dr Velasco. Unlike other eye doctors we have visited, she performs your exams; she doesnt just come in at the end to sign off. She is hands on.Update: my family still uses this practice and they are amazing. Still hands down the best service I have had.UPDATE 8/18/2019Still the best eye doctor in town and I wouldnt go to anyone else. She has handled my three kids flawlessly. She hunted down the best deal for my eye drop prescription to assist with my migraines. This is still the only medication that remotely helps me. Love this place.
