The eye exam performed by Dr. Chan was streamlined and informational. I appreciate how direct and thorough he was during the exam.I didn’t think I was going to commit to and buy any frames when I walked into the Optical Center after my eye exam, but I did, thanks to Marvin at Boca Park. He was very welcoming and attentive. He took the time to ask me about my style preferences and even provided different options and listened to my feedback after each pair. My recent glasses purchases have all been online because finding glasses can be daunting in store. Marvin made it much easier than my previous experiences at other optical centers. He also looked into and explained the best options based on my insurance. Great experience from start to finish. I will definitely come again, for eye exams and glasses.
I ordered glasses at the Boca Park location. Patrick assisted me with ordering my glasses. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. As I searched for the right pair Patrick provided me with feedback about each frame which I found very helpful!
The store manager Marvin help me not once but twice I had a pair of glasses that had a problem with the rubber tips Marvin went out of his way above and beyond and got me a new set of glasses the second time I had another problem with a different set of rubber on the ends of the glasses instead of like doing almost nothing he grabbed a pair off the shelf changed my lenses and gave me another new pair he made me super happy I highly recommend him and their optical department and it is an added bonus I never used insuranceAnd they told me my insurance was good there which I didn’t even know if you go there Marvin is the man

Went to Dr Yamane at the Boca Park Target location for a problem with my sight.He thoroughly check my eyes and quickly determined the problem.Cant really ask for more.Provided a new eyeglass prescription to help until I have further evaluations.

The staff here is amazing! So friendly and helpful! Cindy was absolutely stellar and incredibly helpful while getting my first pair of glasses. I highly recommend this place to anyone who may need glasses or contacts. The wait time to get my glasses was only a week, so that was pretty good I suppose. Anyway, this place is great. 10/10, would recommend.
Had a really good first experience here. Everyone was really professional and kind, from the front desk, to the doctors office, to the store for buying glasses. Got a pretty good deal on an exam, glasses and contacts. I wish theyd had a bigger selection of glasses and brands that were a bit less pricey, but I ended up finding a pair I really liked. 8)
My initial reason for choosing this optical center was the price point for a contact lens fitting. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the receptionist was. Also, Dr. Ng is very knowledgeable and was equally friendly. In my 10+ years of wearing contact lenses, I had questions answered that I didnt even know I had. Great team, keep up the great work. Amazing service. Definitely will be back!
I was visiting my kids in Vegas (from California) and my glasses broke. I tried everything to fix them myself with no luck. I was so desperate I was ready to buy crazy glue when my daughter suggested I try Target Optical. They were a godsend! I was ready to buy a new pair if we could find one to fit my frames but no luck. That’s when the Optician said if I wanted to leave for a few hours she’d give it a shot and try to fix. An hour later she called. They were fixed and it was no charge. Really?? Who does that? Apparently Target at Boca does. They are amazing. Thank you Target!!
Sherri is amazing. She goes above and beyond customer service and was really patient with me when I was having my issues with insurance. I couldnt be happier with the service she provided.
The contact fitting fee is $60-$100 in addition to your co pay. No other place is this expensive. Also if it’s your first time wearing contacts, they make you pay an additional class to learn how to put in contacts for an additional $50!!! $50 to show someone how to insert a contact? I left and didn’t attend my appointment due to their unreasonable fees

Havent gotten my glasses yet, but I did visit the optometrist here and was very impressed. The appointment was quick and the doctor was professional and very personable. He also does free eye exams on little ones (he says 18 months is the first time they should be seen, to make sure everything is ok). Gave 4 stars because I have no experience with the actual optical department.
I was hard sold a warranty for my glasses and frames and told I could get new frames under my warranty. When I came in for the new frames, I was told it they are no longer available, and it would be an additional $100 for anything similar. Every time Ive come in it takes over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Very disappointed.

I went in to the optical store on 7-15-17 for two pair. While selecting my new frames, there was a gentleman who was unhappy due to the frames not being what he originally selected. I didnt think any of it, things happen right.When I received my text that my glasses were in, I went into the store and waited since it was packed with customers. But to my surprise, again customers were not happy. Not one, not two but three customers one after another something was wrong with their orders. A mom with her son was to get a simple pair of glasses for school but his order turned out to be sunglasses. Raquel the associate stated is was she who thought they ordered sunglasses. The mom was furious and said what is a 9 year old going to do with a pair of sunglasses when we came in for glasses so he can see the board in the classroom...second gentlemen had a pair of frames that he did not order, he ordered a pair of Oakley, and Raquel said Oh, I can pop out the lenses and just switch them...when he put them on, the lenses fell out! Third person got a order that was not his alt all. He was leaving for NY and the associate Raquel, stated it was the error of another associate Karen who did his order and she would see if she could get them sent to a Target Optical where he was going to be at in NY, but it was him who needed to find the store so she could have them sent there.Now my turn. My pair of computer glasses were not the correct prescription. They were not even the prescription for my everyday pair. Again Raquel threw Karen under the bus stating it was Karen who took care of me and she got the order wrong. I asked how long with it take to get them back? I was told less than 7 days. Ok I guess I have to wait.I just called today 8-4-17, since no one called me, and they are there but Raquel cant tell me why they are put to the side of the counter, her manager is the only one that knows why. She continued to give excuses. Ive already shut down due to my frustration with the blaming others and passing the buck.Its be a total of three weeks and Im not a happy customer and I wont be returning in the future. At this point I just want this second pair to be refunded onto my FSA account and be done with store #4727.I hope someone at Corporate does call me to refund my FSA money today. I am a Office Manager and the customer service Ive received at this Target Optical, I am truly disappointed. Negatively and blaming others instead of taking responsibility.CynthiaSent from my iPhone

Absolutely GREAT service. Came in with my glasses which had a stripped screw. Marvin helped me, tried several different screws, and eventually was able to find a screw that would hold the stripped glasses back together.Couldnt recommend enough.
